You actually advise him to do a device refresh because he had temporary problems with a website? In my opinion, that would be a bit like "shooting at sparrows with a cannon". By the way, a browser change would also solve the "memory problems" you mentioned and would be much less invasive than a complete reset of the device.
I guess you misunderstood what he was trying to convey. I think he meant restarting the device(not resetting the device).  Restarting does help sometimes, but refreshing or changing the browser is usually the preferred solution in these cases.

Resetting the device is overkill as you mentioned. Other methods are to reset the router or just trying to access the site later on.

No, I think it is your device use and your internet provider, any website can be accessible of any browser you have used. That is why you when encountering those problems I suggest hard refresh to your machine and your internet provider because it could be the memory of your device used.

I do not think that any browser affects the Roobet connection, they are pure tricks, check the characteristics of your cell phone when the screen stays like this with the logo it can be an indication of lack of memory or low capacity in your cell phone's processor. On the other hand, it may be the classic failure of your data connection or Wi-Fi

I'm quite sure that some browser has problem on different sites, in case of Roobet's website, there could be some browser that players are using which doesn't support the feature of Roobet. Resulting not to load the game properly or not load it at all. The UI could also be laggy.

I don't experience as they experienced but I think any browser is capable of reading apps and the ability to browse. But the best for me is Mozilla firefox because it could balance the memory so that everything is very smooth.

I don't know if this problem is solved or not because @noorman0 didn't reply to this answer, I think it's done if using Chrome browser.

Have you ever tried opera browser? I think it's true that this browser sometimes makes it slow when accessing some UI sites and one of them is roobet.
Not to hate Opera browser but i would much prefer on using Brave because it is most likely close to on using up Chrome.I would choose this over Opera and Mozilla.

It true that browsers could possibly affect websites UI full operation or function and this is the thing i do actually whenever i do experience some possibly buggy situation which i do think off.

since @@noorman0 hadnt said out any words on this then it might already get resolved.

Now the interesting thing here is to know your feedback .... what happened, what did you do? It is good to close that cycle of doubts, which in reality is a great help this type of problems or concerns.

Are you and your friend happily gambling?

For flash content, it is better to use Chromium-based browsers but the lag was on the end of the website, in my opinion. Called ISP and they checked the connection, they didn't find a problem. Tried to change browsers and few hours later everything was solved.

I think you're mistaken. There is almost no flash content on the website anymore. The only place you might find it is on obsolete, no longer updated websites.

As of 2021, Adobe has ended support for the Flash Player plugin. Flash content, including audio and video, will no longer play back in any version of Chrome.

As for the animations in slots games, they are all HTML5-based.
Yeah looks like it was my bad not to check the website properly and it was the wrong assumption. Thanks for the info buddy.
If the problem is not on the website side, I am going to call the Internet service provider for checking my connection. Probably bad connection or high ping rate caused this bad experience. I should test the speed-related stuff on the test websites before trying to connect the main server.

Did you contact your internet provider to resolve the issue? Exactly the same problem happened to me, I also could not play slot games due to lagging, I informed my internet provider and they solved the problem. Half an hour after informing them they asked me to check again, I was surprised that there was no problem then. Sometimes they slow down some websites for heavy traffic.
Did you have slow internet connection back then?
-snip-
It would be even more interesting to know if the problem was a one-time occurrence or if it keeps coming back. Of course, it is just as possible that Roobet was under very high load at the time and all those who wanted to reconnect to the site (or play games) encountered problems.

Roobet has certainly set up a corresponding monitoring to detect such problems and to be able to fix them quickly. From the user base alone, Roobet is absolutely not a small platform anymore.

I have also not occur any issue in opening up the official site of Roobet any time although there is delay in loading the site but that also for 1-2 seconds only nothing else as I am not using any VPN service paid or free as there is no restriction in my area and then network connection is also very strong. It is the obvious case that if the network is too much congested due to high traffic at certain period then site might not open up and may only the logo will be shown in frontend but after sometime it will reload automatically so no such issue. The main problem arises if there is any technical issue or support team is not responding and your funds are blocked which can cause fund problem that definitely needs to be resolved soon. But many have said they are able to open site easily.

And because he was connected to WIFI, it may have been during those hours that he was not the only one connected to that network, so there may be someone else connected, so the connection slowed down while he was trying to access this site.  And maybe the others who are connected have heavy activity going on like streaming on youtube or Netflix like what happened to me before while I was playing slots.  Almost don’t want to connect when that’s the situation.

As FatFork said, there are hardly any websites that still use Flash, it's all been replaced by HTML5/Javascript. So you don't need any extensions anymore to use the websites (like the Adobe Flashplayer).

The ISP usually doesn't notice any problems with his connection. The ISP only measures the line from its node to your home. The ISP can't know if there are problems in the home network itself (e.g. if your brother starts a download and your connection breaks down). The ISP can only help you if there are actually line problems (kinked cables, ...) or something similar.

I think it's true that this is a problem with connectivity. I've just tried from various versions of PC and cellphones, everything is fine, there are no problems at all because after I checked all my connectivity was smooth so this for those who complain maybe it's the problem from the internet connection .

Google Chrome is much better when used in various ways, it is highly optimized and it is very friendly and comfortable compared to other browsers so for me there is nothing easier than Google Chrome. IMO
This is my firsty time hearing about a restricted area to use Roobet, and i don't even know if i am from that area, but i am sure that Hhamp faced a problem of connectivity or the Roobet servers faced a lot of traffic in that time. Since yesterday, i have tried to open Roobet using different browsers with many devices without facing any problem .
The problem is on Roobet servers, I also can't load website. The lagging and small errors after first spin on slots can be annoying. Tried different browsers and cleared cache/cookies but no functionality.

I didn't have any issues on my end. I generally use Chrome, but I have tested in other browsers as well. Everything appears to function normally.
Perhaps it's really a country restriction or something else blocking the connectivity? Try changing the public IP address of your internet connection if you have the option.

Sometimes the content doesn't load but I don't think it is related to my IP address. Btw, I don't want to use VPN for browsing casino, it can cause more problems.

Well, when sometimes when I was at work and have a break time, --browsing on my mobile is not a problem at all and the internet speed is just fine. The thing that I dont want in mobile is just because the screen is too small to browse. Wifi or using smartphone data is just fine as long as it is a stable internet connection. Sometimes internet providers will have too much traffic and especially at peak hours when most commonly after lunch or in the evening since a lot of people using internet at that time. I hope OP's problem will be fixed soon and Roobet team will glad to know that.
If you’re living on a country where internet it still a problem, even if you’re using your data will be a stress for you. In my country there’s no stable internet connection though I didn’t experience any lag accessing Roobet but if there’s an interruption, expect to have no internet in the next 24hrs. Using a good and quality phone can also help you enjoy gambling, sometimes if you have too many applications on your phone, lagging will be the next problem for you.
If you want to experience the best without any lagging, then go to casinos and there you don’t need any internet connection because the house will provide it for you.

The best solution is so simple, go find a better connection and use your gaming device. This is beyond the control of any gambling site, even Roobet can’t help you on this one because again there’s no problem with Roobet site at all. Having a problem with internet is very normal, this is not new.

^ Just because that user did not use Wifi connection as I said above, actually, how many of you here prefer to gamble using a connection through a data phone only. That is an unstable connection that every now and then will collapse the connection and disconnect. Wifi plus PC and I think the right device to convenient access gambling sites and avoid possible issues like disconnecting. But good to know I did not experience this or not yet.  But at least I have an idea how secure your fund to them.
Accessing the site via PC has no problem be he faced issues only while accessing through the smartphone which may happen and its temporary. Anyway data speed is much faster now even we have 5G networks which are more stable and faster even I used to go with mobile 4G data for fast browsing experience in smartphone over wifi.

I could say that it could be one time thing or a long term problem at the same time as well. How? Well it could be something you are doing that impacts it, like just to give a very very simple example, you might be downloading a movie or anything and that might be eating up all your speed which would result with you having slower internet connection going into roobet, I can't count how many times I had very slow connection and later realized it was because I was downloading assets for a project.

This is just one example, it could also very well be VPN related, if you open up the VPN on opera browser and go to roobet it is almost always very very slow, and it is not slow on google, instagram, facebook, reddit, twitter none of those are slow with opera vpn, but roobet is slow with it, so you may forget about it and think it is roobet that has a problem. This means it is both a onetime problem if you do not have that anymore, or could be long term if you keep doing that.
