It can really be possibly into those 2 different reasons and indeed VPN do really have slower connection but as mentioned above where there are paid ones which is better but

Yeah, when I was using google chrome and downloaded some free VPN and used that one, it was really horrible and it was almost always problematic and it was terribly slow to even move around from google to search something and click on it. However when I moved to opera browser, it became something much better and much simpler for me, it is a lot better right now and when I open the built-in VPN of opera I am moving around like nothing happened, rarely there are some problems with connectivity but aside from that there is absolutely no problem at all.

I personally suggest anyone who has trouble with their VPN to move to opera browser and check that out, it would really help you get around a lot faster.

It is possible that there is a conflict somewhere between the site's plugins and your browser's add on if not your computer resources. You should try to install another browser (chrome if possible) and check if it fixes the issue.
Anyway, have you installed Microsoft Edge? Does it fix the problem?

Many casinos allow to withdraw with the same currency you use to deposit. I guess they have these rules to avoid money laundering or abuse to use casino as mixing tool for money flow from fraudulent activities.

However, I'll be more interested in a feature whereby we can chose to withdraw in either Ethereum or Bitcoin, since the payment are converted automatically to USD after deposit, I think it will be better if we can withdraw in either currency regardless of the means of deposit.

Have you tried on restarting your router? maybe this would be a connection issue.

I think his router is okay because he was able to write this post, and restarting the router won't solve the connection problem with a specific site. Maybe his provider is blocking access to gambling sites include roobet.

Am I late on this? I just noticed that Roobet had enabled a transaction fee option on its BTC withdrawal. Now it has low, medium and high priority fees to solve the whinnings of player about huge fee. You should seek professional help and not just get banned.
