Do you mean something different than the Ticket Leaderboard? There are a few users who are "Hidden" as you have that option in your privacy settings but the ones who are public you can check their little profile that shows how much they've wagered (since creating account I believe).

As I see it, Roobet is just making their user interface as simple as possible to avoid confusion with regards to the quantity of bitcoin being charged as the transaction fee. Roobet uses USD value on their site. Any crypto ( btc or eth ) that are deposited into the site are shown using USD value , same thing as the withdrawal therefore it would be normal to show the withdrawal fees in USD as well

10$ withdrawal amount is a reasonable minimum amount for the withdrawal. Keeping in mind that we have to pay the tx fee also when we withdrawal no one will want to withdraw any thing lower than 10$.
