I think using a VPN is not too risky because it is blocked, like me when using BitCasino I can't access it because it's blocked but that's the only way to use a VPN to be able to play with the slot you want.

Nothing you can do since it depends on providers' licenses, but you can always logout and use VPN to play for fun. It's not recommended to use VPN for real play because it will violate the TOS.

That 155 btc wagered was probably wagered not on a single bet that consist of 155 btc but rather few small ( probably medium amount of wager ). Most casino site has max profit or max win limit so it is kinda impossible for someone to wager 155 btc in one bet .
