At first I also didn't want to give KYC but because the site I used was very trustworthy and had a good reputation, I was forced to give it too with the aim of being able to play comfortably and calmly without worrying about always being sent messages to complete verification.
Understandable. Some gamblers have no issues providing their KYC to reliable sites like Roobet, but some avoid providing their KYC completely regardless of whether the site is trustworthy or not for various reasons.

Some don't like to submit KYC since they want to protect their identity. They can't afford to expose their details because some maybe a well known guy or maybe they are also don't want to get any possible problem regarding on hacking or any related on financial issues which might happen to them if they don't became more careful to give their personal details to anyone. We can't force people to just accept this KYC thing since its still up for those people if they want to continue or just quit if KYC will be implemented to all casino exist in this forum.
then the answer and solution is simple  "Dont Play In Roobet" that's it mate ,
it is not about Roobet doesn't care about the potential players but what can we do? if the team and the site only need to comply what the government is asking them for the players and team safety?
i think there is no need to further the discussion about this because it is given , comply with KYC verification or never play in site that has this rules.
people sometimes take it hard when the truth is? there is no real issue about that .
I agree. If you don't like the rules and what the casino is asking to their players to be able to play, then don't gamble because no one is forcing you to comply if you really don't want to. We always have a choice and there are plenty of options out there so it's not an issue.

The gamblers who remain playing despite of the sudden changes are indeed loyal and aware that Roobet is reputable and one of the trusted casino currently.

There are players come to a casino because at first KYC is not implemented but when this casino became big then KYC has been implemented so we don't need to get surprised on anyone's action that they dislike this implementation. We need to understand that KYC in online casino became a normal thing so if we cannot afford to submit those requirements its really better for us to leave rather than get stress on unimportant situations.

Yes, you are right, when we never win and keep losing every time we enter a contest, it will kill our enthusiasm to continue participating in the contest. This is not a form of despair, rather it is a feeling that must be possessed by humans. When a contest gives prizes to participants by simply participating in the contest it will really have a positive impact, of course every participant will feel happier because they will definitely feel their work is appreciated, yes even if they don't win, that at least gives them appreciation.
Undoubtedly, things are like that, as far as I'm concerned when I see contests that they do at Roobet I get excited, I've always known that this casino does Incredible things, and that they don't only have to do with skill for players, but also for other things, such as art, but due to these things it not only Attracts those who are good at art but also attracts all those who are quite good in a field that Players appreciate, good things are appreciated, That's why this casino has everything to be the most complete.

When you think of any contest by a gambling site, the only site which comes in our mind is Roobet. Roobet has been a pioneer in setting this trend and we are yet to see if other gambling sites also follow this trend.
When every gambling campaign has only the signature campaign as a marketing tool on bitcointalk, having a graphic competition is indeed something that attracts everyone and it is another effective marketing method on this forum.
I cannot deny it, it is so, this casino always does Different things, very different from what other casinos offer in their promotions, I think that most of us know what each casino is Capable of doing,According to dates, According to important events, casinos don't take out a special promotion, but at Roobet I have seen things that go Further, the style of their contests, sometimes they are not even aimed at players, but at another class of public and that makes that kind of If the non-playing public is Interested in Playing at the casino,it's great ideas that the Casino manages.

I don't want to exaggerate things here but I agree on that because Roobet isa  trend setter because they boost not only the Games And Rounds section but even the Bitcoin service section is being flooded by their back to back events towards artist and of course gamblers .
though there are also many sites we can see in Games and rounds that brings games here and there , but the trend roobet brings is truly amazing and something the whole forum must be thankful and yes up to date they are having one.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/roobetcom-art-contest-mr-roo-rocks-the-cosmos-5000-ends-may-31st-5450850

and here is the latest one , everyone is free to join and chance to win huge amount for a contest .

This KYC topic has always been a debatable one as some are comfortable with it but others don't like to submit any documents to protect their privacy and remain anonymous which is why they have selected crypto casinos. But the thing is simple if you are not comfortable with it find other options as there are available otherwise you will have to comply with the regulations of casinos if you want to withdraw funds.
Even crypto casinos ask for kyc verification at some point, most especially when one wins and a good amount of money and wants to withdraw, for example, ive been gambling with crypto on stake for as long as I can remember, and I've also passed a kyc verification on the site..

The beautiful thing here is that, there are quite a good number of decentralized gambling casinos this days, and some of them look quite promising, and joining such casinos doesn't require registration not to talk of kyc, all one have to do is connect his or her wallet and start playing directly with the fund In the user's wallet.
And those are decentralized platforms but would you mind on mentioning one of those things? considering that they arent really that much popular nowadays which this market had been flooded out by centralized platforms which is really that evident. Passing up KYC is something that highly frowned upon on this space which we know that it is really going opposite to the main idea on what crypto is all about but since we know
that these platforms are something that could be applied with some regulations since it is really involving tons of money then its expected that government couldnt really just let it pass or slip.
This is why they would really be asked out if ever there are some huge whales would be playing or even winning up jackpots but the outmost preferred is pulling out those funds without
questions asked or no strings attached but well on having these platforms today then it would really becoming that a standard thing.
OK, to mention one of the decentralized casinos, Just-bet is atleast, one of the latest decentralized casino listed on this forum, though I've not tried gambling there, and don't know if I ever would find a good reason to, simply because passing kyc verification is not really my problem, and I am not a user of several casinos at a time, so by this, you should understand why kyc is not a problem to me..

One thing we all must understand is that, nobody eats his or her cake and still have it...
If one Is a gambler who frowns at kyc, then such gambler have the option to start using only decentralized casinos, but if the gambler does not like decentralized casino due to their current unpopular state, then be ready to pass kyc verification on a centralized casino the moment you win a good amount of money and place a withdrawal request.

Well yes KYC is bit off but if those gamblers realize that mandatory Kyc is slowly happening to other big and small casino for sure they might comeback to gamble back on roobet since this casino is tested and prove by many gamblers.
Good point. Other sites like Stake etc require KYC too when trying to deposit funds. It's sad to see more and more popular crypto gambling sites fall prey to KYC, but the silver lining is that decentralised crypto gambling sites will always exist even if they are less popular in comparison.

Almost every recognised casino have mandatory KYC not sure for the deposit but for the withdrawal cause gambling regulatory bodies made it into the way. And nowadays I am hesitate to pick any non KYC centralized platforms because they are at the verge of getting seized, recently a newly launched crypto exchange also got seized or they just exit scammed their users which is still unknown but that shows the importance of choosing the regulated platforms to ensure the minimal risk of losing our money.

As far now decentralized casinos are not really used by anyone or I doubt is there a platform exist for gambling purpose though and its been years now the mandatory KYC rolled out in the cryptocurrency service providing platforms so its unavoidable at the moment.

I agree, the topic of online identity has been extensively debated. Generally, people feel uneasy and reluctant to reveal their true identities on the internet. Many firmly believe that using their real identity online can be extremely risky. As a result, they resort to using various pseudonyms to safeguard their anonymity. Additionally, some individuals prefer to keep their gambling activities private, not wanting anyone to be aware of their involvement, including their spouses or partners. Consequently, a significant number of people opt for anonymous payment methods such as Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies when engaging in online gambling.

Personally, being someone who also values privacy, one of the main reasons I decided to play at crypto casinos was due to the anonymity they provide. I strongly dislike the idea of my personal information being accessible on every website I visit. All it takes is one unscrupulous employee to expose this information on the dark web, and we have witnessed cases like this in the past.

Fortunately, Roobet has implemented a multi-tiered KYC (Know Your Customer) system, and I have only completed Level 1, which involves providing basic personal information (although it still makes me uneasy to provide my full name and address, but I suppose we have to come to terms with it).

At least the gambler are being informed at first that the site requires KYC and its up to them if they will continue or not.
True. This is why so many gamblers shifted to other sites where they didn't require to submit KYC at the beginning itself.
Despite of this issue Roobet remains stable and still operating good, their marketing strategy can cover this issues.

I believe their promotions makes gambler stay and that's a good indication of a good site.

I agree that every casino has their own problems and it happens and that's normal, there is absolutely no reason to just bother it with constant attacks based on what you think is negative with it. I understand that some people dislike that, the simple solution is leaving and going to a place that doesn't have it, that way you could get away with it and not have any issues at all.

I personally believe that would be the best thing to do and I believe that we can move further along with it anytime we want. I get that we should be considering that as a big deal and I believe that we need to focus on having some sort of situation where understanding how it would work is a lot better. Just leave if you dislike, tell them why, and move on.

Anyone has the right to leave the casino if they really object to the KYC requirements which they may not like because they want to hide their identity to become an anonymous gambler, but after all playing in a decentralized casino is also not safe even without KYC, it all comes back to the wishes of which gambler they choose and make convenient, if I'd probably prefer to play at a big casino so even if they asked for KYC it was no problem for me.

KYC has always been a subject of debate that will never end in casinos, many complain about it and many consider it something normal, but playing anonymously is also not always safe, it all comes back to the gambler's choice

Agreed. Awards matter for sure, but practical experience with the site itself matters way more in comparison.

KYC topic had been tackled years ago mate and lets leave it alone because lets admit the reality that most of the legit casinos now are implementing this as they wanted to be closer to their players and bring the more safer in regards to playing and withdrawing .
and also Roobet have proved everyone how best they  are over the years so I believe that there will never be an issue about KYC unless players does not want to comply or not reading the TOS before hand.

KYC is not major concern now so for sure anyone knows about this implementation. If anyone still doesn't like it maybe they will just go temporarily on not reputable casino but later on once they realize which this is normally happen when they compare the service provided and the risk they came back then accept this KYC ask to them.
Its normal for people to get afraid about sending their private details to online platforms but once they know how reputable the casino they submit it without any further more questions.

Talking about KYC will never end because basically it is just an option, if indeed gamblers don't want to give their KYC and don't want to play on roobet just leave it and look for a casino without KYC, but to be honest if I choose of course I will look for a big casino and safe even though you are required to complete KYC as long as it provides security and convenience why not.

Roobet always has a way of attracting many gamblers to play at their casino and even spoiling them to play there for a long time, moreover their marketing strategy is also good enough to attract the public's interest to play gambling at roobet.
It would be all depending on someones preference because we do have our own will to do on what are the things we do like. There are indeed people who could just bare up with the risks or current requirement on

having KYC as long they've been dealing on a legit and known site which it wont really be that a problem but if you are a certain person on whose really that too paranoid when it comes to your information or identity then no matter how good and reputable it would be, you would be still not be that confident on going with their terms but its true that we do have lots of options and choices in the market on which
you could choose from. Its just a matter of someones decision on where they would comfortably wants or likes to play.
