Why do we have the rule implemented where brand new Roobet users can't participate? - So that people don't spam the creation of accounts on-site and ultimately bring multiple entries into the discord giveaways.
It doesn't sound fair to invite people to join giveaway and then, when they win, to tell them to go away. You can call it whatever you like but you just don't add or change giveaway rules after you announce winner.
Do you have any actual proof that OP scammed giveaway?
Do you have any proof that whoever won that giveaway doesn't have more that one "old" roobet account?

So far I see this:

1) 1 month old gambling site
2) scammed yahoo62278
3) scammed dkbit98

I'd ask you to take down your negative reps on our bitcointalk account as those were made out of your frustration for being a winner that did not follow our giveaway rules.

I will not remove my negative trust as I dont trust you or your Curacao casino.
I am not frustrated at all and I never complained to you not in PM not in public discord, because I don't care about your shitty 150$

Thomas the Trikster added this 'special rule' after everyone joined and participated and that is NOT HONEST at all.
Rules should be stated CLEARLY BEFORE you start something like this, and not hidden in some secret place....

They edited and deleted everything...
I posted images in first post.

There was NO rules. not on Twitter (where I saw this giveaway ann) and not on discord.

When you announced the giveaway, you should have set the rules at the time of announcement and not before the draw. You tricked people like OP to join your discord community and create a roobet account.

Exactly.
They are Curacao dishonest tricksters

Besides my case, this case pops up. If he made a discord account prior to 7 days before the giveaway then pay him.

You should think more about how these claims harm your rep vs we are sticking to our guns.

Some of us are fairly high rollers, fuck us once shame on you. Fuck us twice bye bye to your rep.

I don't want their dirty money and I was honest about this case.

They also pretended like they don't know anything about your case  Grin

Maybe they should change their name to ROBBER casino

It's the fact that the specific rule was stated in the giveaways channel prior to the giveaway roll taking place and it's really as simple as that. If we did not make a clear announcement of the giveaway rule before the draw, then I would understand further to the point to give proper compensation to sed individual, but the rule was posted before the draw.
And that's the problem... I can't see any evidence, either way... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Messages have been edited (or possibly deleted?)... So, I don't see any evidence of any rules being posted in the channel except for the "anyone can enter" rule that was posted back in November. So where was it stated that new accounts were not eligible? Was it in the Giveaway announcement post that was made on Dec 15th (and later edited on Dec 25th?) Huh

Or are you saying that the comment you made just prior to draw was the rule being posted? Huh If so, that's pretty much "bait and switch"...

"hey come join our giveaway and check out our site etc!"
*** 11 days later ***
"oh, btw, new accounts are not actually eligible... ok the winner is XXX"

That's not a great look tbh...

But, just so we're clear, I don't believe there is solid evidence (unless someone has a screenshot of these "rules posted above") that proves nor disproves the OPs claim...

The rule was stated before you had won your giveaway, you can check the time stamps in our discord channel "codes": https://discord.gg/M2kq6x
The "codes" channel has nothing in there relating to this... it's just a bunch of promocodes being posted... how does that relate to this claim? Huh

In the #giveaway channel it is hard to see what the original rules were because the original post has been edited... and/or it looks like posts have been deleted. There is mention of "rules posted above apply"... but there aren't any rules posted there that I can see??!? Huh

In fact... the only thing I could find "above" that looked like "rules" was a post on November the 1st... stating that "anyone could enter":

What I can see is that you've now added a #giveaway-rules channel... TODAY:

I apologize, it is the giveaway channel that has this information: https://discord.gg/K99m79

The giveaway rules were posted to further clarify the rule that we had stated in the giveaway channel. We don't gain anything from picking a new winner of the giveaway, nor would we cause a spectacle over $150. It's the fact that the specific rule was stated in the giveaways channel prior to the giveaway roll taking place and it's really as simple as that. Those are the rules we have for our giveaways and if you do not like them then you don't have to enter our giveaways going forward.

You guys are not exactly coming off as the "honest" casino here lately.

Your case was never a bug nor scam acquisition. It was a case something that you felt should be changed on site, we have listened to the communities feedback and have made those changes.

We are all for the community sticking to their guns, but when "sticking to our guns" leads to false interpretation and people being upset because of set rules not being followed/being outlandish on this forum to try and get what they want, in a harmful way, it's just shameful and unreasonable. The case brought up here isn't due to his new Discord account, it's in regards to him having a brand new Roobet account. Why do we have the rule implemented where brand new Roobet users can't participate? - So that people don't spam the creation of accounts on-site and ultimately bring multiple entries into the discord giveaways.

We invested into this forum with our signature campaign and advertising on this forum because we have nothing but respect for the forum itself and the users it holds, including fairly high rollers like yourself but the twisted games that are played to try and get your way are not something we fold into.

Whenever the whole "terms may be changed at any time" shenanigans start, it's when you know that they just inserted it it for their exclusive benefit. The same can be said for many casino ToS statements, including those of AML and prevention of "bonus fraud"

Something only a scam gambling site would do. Rules changes must be made or at least be completely stated before the draw happened not after who actually after someone wins the contest. Rule changes like this are something that shouldn't be accepted, it's like joining a raffle where the rules and conditions suddenly change because you won it is simply unfair for you as the winner. I would wait for any further developments on Yahoo's case if they honor his winnings and of course honor your payout before I get too trigger happy with my negative feedback.

I doubt anything will happen with Yahoo case, and I will let them enjoy their small Curacao bubble space.
I don't ask anything and I don't accept anything from them.

Recently I entered the giveaway draw on discord and won 150$
There where no any special rules.
Then later on the last day they added the rule that new Roobet accounts can't win anything.

Pictures or it didn't happened.

Gambling sites usually have "no new accounts are allowed to join contest" rule (or something similar) to avoid abuse but if they didn't state that rule and you have won $150 then they should pay you.

Now I don't want their fcking money.... it's matter of principles.
They added their special rule in last day after all people joined.
Pictures added.

Yes, they reroll the giveaway but......

Yesterday before the draw happened, @thomas from Roobet giving another rule for a brand new account discord or roobet account cant participate for the giveaway.

When I and other people joined there where no special rules.
He added them on last day.

Now I don't want that money, but I will 'promote' Roobet for the rest of my life  Grin

I believe the reason, just like @marlboroza post, to avoid abuser and something like that.

Faucet hunters will come to participate in giveaways not gamblers. Gambler is looking for low house-edge. Someone who is about to bet high don't care about 0.1$ rain on chat. Roobet house edge is one of the highest and I think that they are not honest with it too:

So I am now a faucet hunter?  Grin

If I accept the role of 'faucet hunter'... then can I call Roobet Curacao a Scam?

Maybe @yahoo62278 is also a 'faucet hunter'  Grin

You are also participating in bounties...are you a 'bounty hunter' then?

very strange. Giveaways, contest or any promotions serve to attract new users. it is logical that new users will appear to participate in the giveaway.

I think that Roobet is also not honest with their house edge. Despite the fact that their house edge is one of the highest they seems to set it much higher than they claim.:

Our average Return To Player (RTP) on all game modes is ~ 98%.
So, the house edge is 6.7%
I'm confused...
Me too. We have 6.7% house edge on roulette, 2,5% on dice - the most popular games. Then we have (~2,5%-3%) on bomb and (0% - 18%) on towers. I assume crash game has negative house edge to meet 2% average? Because if on crash game house edge is also around 5% then your average return to player is equal to 94-97% not 98%.

@absolutely-positioned Few days ago i've seen "1% house edge" written under each game despite roulette. Now i see that it disappear. I've calculated house edge on dice and its 2,37%. Is it a mistake, temporary increase or permanent? I didn't see any announcement about that. OP still shows 1% house edge.

We are updating this image currently, will be updated today.

Our average Return To Player (RTP) on all game modes is ~ 98%.

refusing payment again clears the doubt who is in right on yahoo62278's case.

I don't care about their shitty 150$ at all
There should be public rules before some competition or giveaway, but this was not the case here.
I saw giveaway on Twitter and discord with no rules at all.
They obviously don't want new people to join their Curacao website  Tongue

I would suggest anyone to AVOID using Roobet as they are NOT honest at all.

We all know what happened with @yahoo62278 here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/roobetcom-not-paying-on-their-mistakes-5206650

Recently I entered the giveaway draw on discord and won 150$

We can see a pattern here... Curacao pattern  Grin
