Depending on what the terms are between bitbox and OP, if it is proven that the player exploited a bug from the software maker, there should at least be a compensation for the player, and the software make should be the one to handle the cost. It is not the player's fault nor the OP's fault in the first place, and OP should be glad that the exploit was found earlier. Consider the compensation as a bug bounty.
But then again, i dont see any terms or conditions on bitbox site so i can't tell.

You know that users aren't responsible for this issue because you as the owner must have checked the site before launching it. It is not really needed to be asked anymore, they have said that they wont pay any winnings from the crash game. Now they come back with bad news about getting stolen funds and accuse bitbox as the one who scammed them. Will bitbox come here to say something regarding this accusation?

To be clear: we won't pay any user which played (even 1 single) Crash game.
If someone made a deposit we will refund the deposited amount.
This is the fair solution for both (website owners and players).
Fair for players? I dont think so, if the players won on the crash game with their deposited money then you should pay the winning. In case the players did not know about the bug and win on the game but you do not pay the winning, it is absolutely not fair IMO.
If you say you will not pay any winnings on the crash game then some people may call you scammer because the bug is your own fault.

Your terms page is also a bit strange, you will always check all players bet history if they make withdrawal request? How long for 1 withdrawal investigation? As your max bet is small, will you investigate for small amount of withdrawal as well (i.e 0.05btc)?

Yes, for a bug bounty.Bug bounty compare to his winning, this is not enough. Usually bug bounty is only some amount and that is not much and i think that should give him at least half of the winning prize. 10 btc is good amount to win with recent price. And like i said before this is not his fault that he can bet that huge amount

Yes, actually it is true, rather than nothing OP should pay him this bounty. But until now there is no answer from OP and even the winners did not have problem with this, he just posted about his winning and gone without comeback. The winner should ask for this prize for the bounty at least to make sure that OP is really paying us or not. if the bounty is not yet been paid, i dont think that he is going to pay the rest later on
