We have already made sure that the World Football Championship has not had any positive impact on the development of the crypto currency in Russia. Yes, in principle, he could not do it. In general, Russia is still at a crossroads and is waiting for the decision of its legislative body, which has so far not adopted a single law from the proposed several bills. I do not think that Russia will adopt good laws with respect to the crypto currency. Under the present government this is hardly possible.

Bitcoin in this event. yes you have it. The price even dropped below the level that it was before the soccer World Cup began. Unfortunately there were so many football weeks already! I am sure if the president himself talked about this, as well as his surroundings! This means that Russia is on the right track - the legalization of bitcoin and the crypto world!

Come 14th June 2018, the world's biggest sporting event, the FIFA World Cup, will kick off in Russia. People from all walks of life will travel to Russia to witness this unique event. To some, this is an opportunity to be there, irrespective of whether their country has qualified or not.
Russia, as we all know, is one of the prominent countries that accepts the use of cryptocurrencies. For this reason, many hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, camping sites, tourists sites etc, will definitely make bitcoin a means of payment.
So, could Russia 2018 be an opportunity for cryptocurrencies to spread further far and wide? Could this be an opportunity for cryptocurrency to be made known to those who currently have no idea?
And could this be considered as another turning point to the crypto-community?

there was an article from people traveling to Russia and trying to pay with crypto. They managed to found some places, but it was a real hassle, nothing of convenience. Let's hope by the next world cup the situation will be different.
The last message is more suitable for characterizing the state of affairs in Russia with the crypto currency.
What can you expect from a country where crypto-currency sites, social networks are prohibited and a draft law on criminal responsibility for the use of crypto-currency as a means of payment is submitted to the legislature? Yes, and the latest statements of Russia's top officials on the introduction of crypto currency also do not inspire optimism.

Russia 2018, may be another turning-point of the crypto-community. FIFA is going to be hosting a big tournament in Russia. And as long as it is legitimate in Russia, it is legitimate. So this will have an impact on its debt through FIFA. Bitcoin demand and usage and exchange will increase.

Hmmm. Care to share what big tournament is FiFA hosting in Russia? World Cup 2018 has crowned France as the new champion so I don't know if you are aware of what you are saying here, it has ended 2 weeks ago. I also didn't fell that the World Cup has somewhat pushed bitcoin or crypto to the next level. Also, I'm very skeptics about Russia adopting crypto because if you have been following them, they always contradicts themselves, a indication that the government has and will not support bitcoin or crypto in general.

Sure, I believe the ongoing event is a great opportunity for the crypto community to expand. To some extent there would be an increase in the activities involving bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies; it has also led to the spearheading of vital projects such as the Sportsfix ICO which aims at allows fans to participate and engage with their favorite sporting events in a self-contained economy with all digital transactions employing smart contracts backed by blockchain technology.

Yes, I agree with you in this idea. This big event, Fifa 2018 in Russia, will definitely uphold both the price and the popularity of bitcoin to some extent as Russia has officially announced recently a statement about legalizing the use of bitcoin in accompany with the other methods of digital payment. Moreover, this event will encourage the public who come from all over the world to adopt bitcoin as a main and easy way regarding common transactions, and those people, in turn, will reflect a positive impression abot bitcoin in general.

I do not think that the football championship will have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency market. In Russia, there are no specific solutions for the settlement of cryptocurrencies. Do not forget that Russia is still under sanctions. Therefore, its capabilities are limited.

Well, the Soccer World Cup is nearly finished and we have not seen any impact on the price.  Roll Eyes It would have been quite different if they only accepted bitcoins at these events, but there is no news that they had any Bitcoin exposure during this event.

Probably it would have been the first World Cup final with only two spectators one of them being Putin (whom nobody sane enough would ask for a ticket) and the other the one making sure Putin is not alone  Grin
Remember this fiasco?

So, there you have it. It has come and gone and nothing has happened. The price even went down below the level where it was before the Soccer World Cup started.  Roll Eyes

Not too much of a surprise, isn't it?

The World Cup in Russia has already ended in football.

Can you please let me know who won, at what score and who scored in what minute?
I'll share 90% of the profits, I swear   Roll Eyes

The World Cup in Russia has already ended in football. This event was grandiose and extensive and it remains to collect statistics on the issue of demand, use and use of crypto currency in connection with this event. But I am sure that such large-scale projects are also contributing to the growing crypts.

Fifa comes to an end and all the general holiday ends! It is a great pity that so many football weeks have passed! In Russia it is not forbidden, but bitcoin is not allowed! Now in Russia there are two communities for and against! I'm sure that if the president himself speaks about this, as well as his surroundings! this means that Russia is moving in the right direction - the legalization of the bicconi and the crypto world! Of course, it was impossible to advertise bitcoin on football, but there are probably people who bought tickets for crypto coins!)))
