of course this will help the market grow faster. but this news has existed in the last year about russian who legalize crypto. almost of all ico most developers and owners are a russian. this is why I am convinced that russia is not against crypto even though there is no discourse to legalize it.

If it’s true them it is great news. Even if this isn’t true yet, I think all governments will eventually have to catch up to this new technology at some point.

Any country that bans or over-regulates cryptocurrencies will fall behind as everyone else is moving forward. There are just too many potential uses and benefits to completely ban cryptocurrencies.

It will be a good sign that the market is going to rise again. I think there will be another good news for the next few weeks and once the market is already pump up, there will be another FUD that will make the market dump again.

You should be putting reference/source of the story so that we can read more about it.

To be honest Russia's crypto ban at one point was among the reason price crushed but because more countries are reversing their decisions after establishing regulatory bodies we have seen positive results and good to know Russia found a way to allow its people to use cryptos.

I've read the same, that they have that "off and on" opinion with regards to cryptos, despite welcoming blockchain technology in banks but have different opinion when it comes to crpytos. I sure do hope and pray that this will be the solid opinion of the Russian community out there.
