Yes, Bro. Just it.
Can you send better?  Wink
I don't have any RX 560, but I've mod some of them and they have better hashrate but that was only Micron. Soon I will have improved Hynix timing, it need more testing, it could work on RX 560 too. I think 14-15MH/s can do Hynix timing what I have even now.

Micron can run 15MH/s, not sure about Hynix but 14-15MH/s should be doing too.
Your bios mod is not good. You just copied 1625 strap to 2000, didn't you?

Hello, Guys

So.. Using RX 560 4gb for 2 weeks.

Model: MSI Radeon Rx 560 Aero ITX

I got 2 memory types in card - by Micron (AtiWinFlash: M25P40/c ) and Hynix (AtiWinFlash: M25P20/c).

With Hynix i can't do nothing. Stock - 10.5MH, After oc - 11.5
Micron is much better. Stable work at 14MH with 65-67C (ETH Only).

Hynix / Micron can be found by serial number - SN1.

My moded BIOS for Micron - 14MH for ETH (1103 core / 2090 Memory):

Can anyone help with Hynix modification?

yea what kind of ether hashrate is everyone getting withn the new AMD blockchain drivers beta?
also branko what kind of card do you have what company and memory?

Gigabyte with micron...that card advantage is that cooler is cooling memory, too

Another failed attempt to 16MH/s...but close enough Smiley

It seems like the market just can't keep up with the demand for high end cards.  Alt mining has gotten really popular recently and with that spike in demand, there's a correlating spike in the quantity that needs to be supplied.  I'd wait for a few months to see what the market for GPU's does.

Have not updated my 560s batch, but I just did it on 290x and I've gained 4mh/s

edit: seems like it's settled to an average ~ 2.5 mh/s

Well 0.4 is a lot for these cards Smiley

We have like 50% to either get or lose compared to full Polaris cards

DAG fix drivers released today... For any that already had them installed from the unknown source that leaked a few days ago, hopefully you didn't gain some nasty added shit on your computer due to your inability to wait a few days longer Smiley

Link to driver release notes and driver download:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-Edition-Beta-for-[Suspicious link removed]pute-Release-Notes.aspx

hmmm, ok apparently AMD is a suspicious link lol... The part it hides from the link is "Blockchain-Com"

Link to newest beta of Afterburner that isn't nuked from working due to the recent driver updates:
http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=5459908&postcount=637

I haven't re-installed stock bios to see what it truly gained me, but with modded bios it seems to only be maybe ~.4Mh/s faster.

And ofcourse, a reminder to re-apply pixel patcher after updating the driver.

Branko, or anyone else that might know; how often should the cards get re-pasted? My have been running ~55°C for about 3 months now.
Just watch the temp, and when you see it rise more than 5C above the usual figures without you changing any settings and without the room temperature rising, go ahead! Wink

What do you mean by "re-pasted"? If you mean thermal grease paste, most of cards don't even have
cooler on memory (gigabyte does have, too bad they use shitty hynix RAM on some of cards) and
if you mine ethereum paste on GPU should be OK, as you can underclock and undervolt GPU
without affecting hashrates much.

55C is like nothing Smiley

Nukl, thank you very much for your advice! Now I can access the 2020 Mhz Memory Clock, and I have 14.4 Mh/s, that's enough for me (Claymore's 9. 8 ). Maybe my BIOS will be useful to someone (GV-RX560GAMING-OC-4GD (Hynix)). https://cloclo9.datacloudmail.ru/weblink/thumb/xw1/7qBU/R63dT3HVj/rx560.jpg?x-email=undefined, https://cloud.mail.ru/public/JUgC/uwfjv8sJR.

Thank you. It's really improve my PowerColor RX560 Hynix, but not much. I can't set memory clock over 1900, so my hashrate only 13MB (original is 12.2).

Btw, I think I found a bit of reason why Hynix on Gigabyte RX560 don't OC too well:

R0 version of that hynix chip seems to be 6GHz version, so on stock frequency its

actually already overclocked, for 7GHz it should be T2 version

If anyone else took photo of their ram chips and have T2

version, please post picture and card type here

Haha. I dont think there is any use in mining with rx 580 560 or any version like this. These are very week gpu in the industry. You can try any miner from 710 gtx onwards to get most of the profits from the pools. The thing is 580 and 560 are not capable of generating the atmost hashrate. The heating is too much and the design is not moderate for cooling down the heat. Anyway thats my point of view. but i wont prefer them.

You probably missed all the hype last half a year...did you do tour in Afghanistan or Iraq maybe?

Did anyone manage to get memory errors in hwinfo
on cards based on micron memory?

My cards always restart/BSOD before any errors show up,
leading me to conclusion that either micron memory don't report
errors or controller can't read them from micron, or hwinfo
doesn't support reading errors from micron

Hynix based cards behave normal
