Contacted support via email 2 weeks ago...still waiting for a reply. All I need is a password reset..

think they have abandoned the site,it is not supported
issues are not resolved, scam allegations are not responded to
this could only mean that either admin is awol and he hasn't delegated any of the powers to support
or they do not have both admin and support present, either way it not advised to deposit or play there at the moment

I'm basing the process on the below, since there is no link for "forgot password" on the website:
https://intercom.help/safedice/account-security/ive-lostforgotten-my-password-how-can-i-recover-it

Problem is that nobody is responding to chat, forum or emails.

In my case, the transfer was from changelly, so I don't have private keys to sign the msg, so only thing to do is to screenshare my changelly account and show the transaction.

What do you mean you need a password reset? I think you can reset your password  by clicking on forgot password right? Then you can change it right away. Why do you even need them to reset it for you? Btw you should wait a little longer since they really take times when to fix one thing, not even this simple thing but mostly everything is on slower process

SD don't require users' emails therefore there's no 'forgot my password' option. Losing your password means you have to get in touch with admin and prove that you're the account owner, which isn't easy.
Of course it won't be easy because here we talk about accounts where could be bitcoins. That option is for extra privacy protection and have no idea why do we need it, do others use this website for mixing?
Has anyone ever lost password and gained access on account? If yes, can you write what processes are required? One of them may be signing a message, yes?

That is kind of a bad thing and inconvenient for any player. Not linking your account to any email will for surely make it harder for any player to retrieve their account. SafeDice must actually try a system where they can prove that they are really the ones who own that account but with no email or any security question it would be impossible to do so. Although SafeDice offer something like a secret link where any one who has that link can access that account.

...

I am pretty sure he is talking about 2 different instances.

Basically I am guessing that he used the exact same username, email, and password on many sites such as bitcointalk.

Then when BCT got hacked, there were attempts at his account. The one in 2017 most likely had the same password and he lost his $1000, and from a few months ago, someone tried to login and they locked it to prevent fraud.

Basically just contact support and you should get it opened again.

Well, "few months ago" could mean 7 months, and be related to the hacked account in June. That's what I assumed anyway.

Just want to add that I was locked out of my account on SafeDice a few months ago and had 0 response in resetting my password. It had around 1 BTC at the time.

You mean the account which, according to yourself, was hacked and funds were stolen from you?

just had almost $1,000 stolen by someone who hacked my account on this site

The hacker must have been very generous to only steal $1k and leave you 1 btc.

My Dad just received his XMR so case closed on that end. Thanks for any support from the community that offered it. With respect to the other users claiming problems, if they are real, I hope Sam pays you the proper attention soon as well to get his site up to speed.

what is going on with all the account credit allegations
safedice just prefer to stay quiet and pretend nothing is happening
well, lest assume the newbie posts are not very trustworthy
but to lose a 100.000$ deposit is something that you think would be number one priority to resolve
Monero is not the best crypto to deposit to a gambling site, indeed, since if things go south it is hard to prove anything
but I'm inclined to believe that 100k was sent and nothing was credited
makes you wonder if safedice has turned into a very shady site
I've had the same experiences as others here. Deposited, confirmed tx, but deposit not hitting. I know it's a new account, but I've been here for a long time before the boom.

Have already tried getting ahold of people in chat. Have also emailed. Still nothing. Questioning legitimacy at this point is completely valid.

In my opinion, endless you are an experienced crypto user, don't use coins like XMR.

They are geered currently more towards the computer programmer oriented types. The GUI is very laggy and unfriendly. And the CLI is a pain to use.

Since the payments are anonymous, it makes it more difficult to prove that they were sent publicly.

I deposited BTC at Safedice on Dec. 17th 2017.

3109 confirmations .....zero credited to my Safedice account.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Safedice via their email address for support and in chat on the site.

To date I haven't gotten a single reply from anyone associated with Safedice and its been over 3 weeks.

My money was sent to the correct address and it was received according to blockchain.

I have to say I really am perplexed by this nonresponse to my inquiries as to when I can expect any headway on this situation.

Dec 17th 2017 BTC deposit of .005 BTC to my account.

waiting and waiting and.............

Anyone have any idea when admins respond to emails?

Emailed over a week ago that my account is locked out and need to reset password, no reply yet.
Normally not a big deal, but I had just deposited 0.01 BTC...
