Yo gizzig. I just messed up another withdrawal and came here to check if the hot wallet was empty but then I realized that I made a mistake. It's very easy to mess up XMR withdrawals on SafeDice and it's never obvious what you missed so I made this checklist to help myself. I think it will help others here as well.

SD withdraw checklist
1.Check you have enough xmr balance. Investors need to divest first.
2.Use only basic standard address. No integrated addresses.
3.Payment ID is mandatory. Use a 64 char hex string. If sending to a wallet you control, use this https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm
4.2FA is not optional if you have it set up. Check the time on 2fa device(phone) is correct.
5.If it still fails try a lower amount. The hot wallet may be low or empty. Check the BCT thread.

This is just like a broken record. Timeline:
1.) Deposits/withdrawals works for a week.
2.) Deposits/withdrawals stops processing.
3.) Many players wait for one, two, even three weeks.
4.) Admin comes back online after a month, says he's very sorry and they'll work on better support.
5.) Repeat.

Gave it a try to test out deposit, rolls and withdrawals.  Everything worked as intended. Ended up profiting about $20 after about 35 rolls.  Wanted to play with the entire process before committing any more funds and I am fairly confident everything with SafeDICE works as intended. Will be playing again soon, thanks for putting together a easy to understand system and quick transactions.

At first it covered my last negative (this deposit), but again I ended up with -0.025 (1BTC investment).

Introducing 0.5% Variable House Edge
To provide players with a better experience, we invented the variable house edge system. It provides an incredibly low house edge for players most of the time and also a bigger max win when a player wants to bet higher.   You play with 1% house edge and max win 0.5% of the bankroll. For every bet with a potential profit that is less than 0.5% of the bankroll, you will use a flat 0.5% house edge. You are not allowed to bet higher amounts.
  
• Variable House Edge
  When you play with a potential profit of 0.5% of the bankroll, you still use the same 1% house edge. For every bet with a potential profit of less than 0.5% of the bankroll, you will use a lower house edge, as low as 0.5% house edge. The site also allows you to bet with an amount higher than 0.5% of the bankroll with a higher house edge.
  

True Provably Fair
SafeDice generates a roll from the combination of the server seed, your client seed and number of rolls you have made using the server seed. You will be able to see the hash of the server seed before you set your client seed. There are many implementations of the provably fair system. While most of them allow you to verify that the rolls are based on your client seed, not all of them show the server seed hash before allowing you to set your client seed. This means those sites are able to learn your behaviour and set the server seed so that it is beneficial for them. SafeDice shows the server seed hash before you set your client seed, ensuring you get the fairest rolls.

Security Matters
By enabling 2FA authenticator, your account's security is taken to the next level. Most of the coins are kept in cold storage which is separated from the server.

That's one lucky mistake lol, a $160k win! iirc, there's was one more guy who won huge sum by mistakenly changing his chance of winning/payout(same as you). lol wish i could sometime bet "mistakenly" and win huge amount.

I dont think you have to worry about, such huge winnigs are quite rare and hot wallets are not used to such load. Just be patient.
