Your problem is really hard to resolve in my opinion, before you begin to play in dice you should filled up all your necessary information as a basis for the admin when you will send them and ask for support.

It is not my fault. I was about to do that before site went offline. If site was online I would have done that. So its not my fault.
Secondly, I don't see any reason why a site should delay responding to important cash related emails for more than 24 hours. If you want to run a site that involves peoples money you must be ready to reply to emails. If u can't, then its best to close the site. Why must you hold someones money for more than 24 hours. He should just send my btc back. I don't even wanna play there anymore. This is the 2time same thing is happening. I also see several complains here and he dosnt respond to them promptly. This is poor management.

Online gambling sites experience down times and that is just normal in the business operation because of the possible DDOS attempts or system failures or even maintenance, it is not good to create panic because this site has been operating for a longer period of time and I can vouch that it is legitimate.
