Has ANYONE had any luck speaking with satoshidice support at all?   I've been trying for over a week and have heard nothing back at all.  I PM'ed Randian Hero as well as emailed [email protected] and have never heard back from them.
You can also try pming Randian Hero(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=416847), good luck hope your problem gets solved quickly.

SD are usually pretty good with support matters in comparison to other bitcoin based services, they usually post on here pretty promptly. Maybe its due to the incident being to do with Phishing, I suspect that they wont pay out in these situations. I didn't see anybody get a return from a crypto service provider after being scammed before.

Will you answer my question on the email i sent you or pm or in this thread ?

Hi Satoshidice moderators.  This my new account cause my other one (nummusVVV) was hacked.  I emailed support@satoshidice many times over the past week because after my satoshidice account was compromised because of the phishing by Satmas.  I wanted to immediately go on satoshidice and change my account password but because the site was down, there was no way for me to go on the site and change my password.  i had deposited 0.055 btc before the site went down.  I checked a few hours later once the site came back up, the funds were extracted (with the guy placing one bet of 0.001 btc).  I'm sure that if you check the IP address of the log in, it's different from mine.  Please assist, because no one from support is emailing me back.
Sorry to heat that, I don't think I've ever seen a hacked accounts funds returned, usually its down to negligence on the users side for not having a secure password or being a victim of a phishing attack, most common problem is using the same username and password on a faucet or scam site as SD. Good luck. Best thing to do is to make sure you have a very secure password and only use it once per site. I generate a 12-20 digit strong password for each site and store them all in a password safe, never had a problem so far.
Well,  I would agree that if it were complete negligence, then it's my own fault.  But the fact that I noticed it right afterwards, and WANTED to change my password on the site, but was unable to because the site was down, and further, I emailed support letting them know and how to preemptively prevent the funds being withdrawn.  If support actually responded to emails by even merely acknowledging the fact of, rather than ignore them then I'm sure this was a preventable issue.

Nothing of which will protect you from phishing.

Here is the screenshot of the automated message I received in my inbox from Satmas ( http://imgur.com/pBnp7uP ).  Here is the email I received after he changed it (http://imgur.com/y5PkH5M).  Then, here is the email I sent to [email protected] ( http://imgur.com/FEe84RK).
Thanks for the warning by the way - I hope that nobody else gets caught out by the Phishing attempt!

I'm not sure if you edited that link on purpose, but you should've done a better job at trying to frame me for phishing. If you hover over the link, the link turns green(and is therefore, an actual bitcointalk link).

Of course I did, to avoid that some others might follow the link. Anyway, I sent the full message to an admin. I guess they can easily determine if the message is real or not. The phishing link points to

http:// mercadodaspolpas.com.br/ZB917R6/index.php?topic=642651.00  <-- edited (space added) for safety

as can be seen in this screenshot which also details date and time of the post.

Also, it's pretty sad that you accuse people to frame you when we are trying to help you, as most of us believe you were hacked (see my first post for that matter).

Last, it's quite strange that the phishing link still works now that the phishing was discovered. It's probably part of a larger effort than just bitcointalk.

Hello Satoshi Dice

Ive sent 0.065 btc to the adress described on bitcointalk

But can't find the bet

TXD ID:81747d959b614b4f3e2d80bbc591cf91e393ab8ecc8218a07329cf1efa0edeac

When will this be resolved ?
Which address did you sent the coins to? as far as i know there's no satoshidice betting address here on bitcointalk, you get to deposit directly into your account at satoshidice.

It at the first page on the thread. Tried before a long time ago and it worked. but now im back and it dosent work.

Oh, that address! you might have to ask for help via email/pm ([email protected]), it's better if you create an account on satoshidice and play.

I already emailed them. But they dint respond

The blockchain betting game has been disabled a long time ago.
The first post in this thread is by the previous owner evoorhees who's not affiliated with SD anymore. I assume the current owners can't edit his post. It really should be updated.

I assume you will get your BTC back, if the current owners of SD still control the corresponding wallet.

I am hooping to get it back Smiley Thanks for letting me know.

But its been 3 days no reponse yet

Hey guys, I got a PM from an userID: SATMS
So did I. User is indeed satmas. I reported the message to a moderator, but this smells as hacked account.

Full phishing message follows:
