i believe 10% on tournies is fairly standard. also the smaller 5 buy in tournies rarely ever attached for than 6 runners so not surprising they stopped those.

Nobody charges more than 10%. As you know there are those that charge 5% for tournies. May I suggest the title of this thread be changed and "lowest rake" be removed.

Since there is 'always' an overlay that's not really true :p but for the future it might be too high yes.
I guess the future has arrived. So instead of them touting they have the lowest rake @ 2%, their 10% rake on tournaments is the highest in the industry.
They also took away the lower buyin tournies so if someone places in a freeroll they no longer have enough to buyin to a tourny.

We changed the buyin structure for our guaranteed tournaments so the prize pool can grow bigger than just the Gtd prizes. First hourly 1000 gtd showed a prize pool of 1300 
i see u did double the buyin, which to me makes total sense. Hard to keep operating with all the huge overlays.

we restarted the 30 minute registration window for the freerolls. Sitouts will manually be removed from the game from now on.

Transaction 302221 did not process correctly for me. I tried to cashout 2000 chips, and it said insufficient funds (bitcoind error). It still took 2000 chips from my account and did not return them even though it was unsuccesful.
Please either cash it out properly or put the 2000s back into my poker account

same problem here did 2 500 chips withdraws transaction #'s 302241 and 302245
said i had insufficient funds, but took 1000 chips total out of my account???
any help would be appreciated
