for some reason im locked out of the ticket system, i think too many bad passwords. anyway i will contact [email protected] about that. in the past i have had near instant withdraws, and i requested another about 30 min. ago and has not hit my btc address. (i know griping about 30 minutes but i love the instant withdraw) My 1500 chips withdraw request was taken from my account balance and i was hoping for any info.

Site has been working fine en mass.

It should be an isolated issue.. (prob his firewall or ISP).

I have noticed when I register for multiple tournies that start at the same time not all table automatically pop up. I seems there is always one where I have to take my seat in the lobby

When clicking tournaments in the list, and looking on the bottom right side of the screen it has the options "GO TO" and "JOIN WAIT LIST." I think the bottom one should change to "Register" so you don't have to keep going to the lobbies to click Register.

For the first time I played 3 tables at the same time and the action and responsiveness on all tables slowed down considerably. When one table closed the action on the 2 remaining tables went back to normal.

Speaking of sitting out......I am in a freeroll now with only 18 players. I guess that is because it is a 500 chip instead of the usual 1000 chip. What will it be going forward? One table has 7 players with 6 sitting out while my table has 5 live players and 3 sitting out. That one live player is accruing quite a chip stack.

The table sounds need to be changed. What is usually a sound to alert you that it is your turn is used whenever somebody calls, checks or the pot is pushed. There is a similar sound at a higher pitch which is the alert sound. I kept thinking it was always my turn at first. The sound usually used for checking is used for someone folding. The chip sound is used for bets, raises and posting blinds. It takes a bit getting used to but when I played 2 tables it was very difficult to keep track of what was happening. All you need to do is see how other sites do it.

We fixed this on the future free rolls.

Registration will start 30 minutes before the free roll.

We have come to find out that there is limitations in our software that prevent us from doing this.

We will let all of you know when this is possible.

For now we expect everyone to be courteous to all the other players, and not REGISTER in tournaments that you know you will not be able to play.

IF we find players sitting out excessively it may result in revocation of your play access.
