1. Having a successful ICO is not proof of legitimacy. Many people here will invest in basically anything without doing any research. Remember Bitconeeeeect?
2. Their advertisement approach is very spammy... Announcements in ANN threads, asking people to add all their contacts in the telegram campaign. Red flag.
3. Closed source. Red flag.
4. Referrals. Red flag.
Sure, they might be perfectly legit. But their whole launch campaign looks terribly like a launch of a ponzi.

40% Dividend gotten from Exchange profit is normal and any regular company can pay that. This is not 40% of users investment but of exchange profit.
