Soon we are going to see another surprise in the Saudi League and this time it's about the superstar player of Manchester City, Kevin De Bruyne.
Kevin De Bruyne even had an offer from Al Nassr in 2023 and they were interested in hearing this player but they couldn't do that. Now it seems PIF wants to try their chance for another time for hiring this player.
He was mostly away from the first squad in the last games after he got injured in the game against Burnley.

This is really interesting because I don't know whether Kevin De Bruyne is a guy who wants to spend time in Saudi Arabia at all. It won't be cheap for sure. I don't think he would go there for 40 million euros salary per year. He would probably be more around 80 million euros per year. I never was of the impression that he is a greedy guy who is all about the money. That is why I still think this is a rumor at best and I would be surprised if he soon goes to a club in the SPL. I doubt it for now.

Maybe the Saudi Pro League currently looks unattractive, but Ronaldo has confidence that this league will definitely be registered in the Champions League at any time. What is certain is that Ronaldo is a professional star player and is committed to what he has received because he has been given facilities and a good salary. very big and Ronaldo returned the favor with a strong performance providing scores in large numbers and if Ronaldo is able to score in large numbers surely Al Nassr as the owner of the club will have an increase in the name of his club and I am sure of Ronaldo's hard work at this time because he is sure that if the league It will soon be listed in the Champions League.
Even though currently Al Nassr as the owner of this star player has not been able to reach first place in the points table, at least they have tried to give their best and for me, even though they will only be runners up, it doesn't matter and that's fine.
In this season, Saudi League enters in new era with their huge investments and things are turning into positive way for them even still long way to go for them to have good mark but their new start and strategy is impressive they have the good number of top quality players those are giving their best and trying to increase level of the performance and quality for this league which is the biggest challenge because conditions are not easy and just money can't bring changes it's also need few other things which make things perfect for all.

Currently, we have four top clubs which are under control of one fund, and they are at the top with too many foreign players, but organizers are claiming more chances and development will he is coming in future because they are having good vision for this in their country hopefully all will be ok, and they will be one of the best in Asian region.

Of course Al Hilal recruited these two players because they believed they could strengthen Al Hilal in the Saudi League, but it turned out that Neymar could not be expected at all because he was injured and he is a failed Al Hilal recruit. So he had to be dropped from the Al Hilal squad so that Al Hilal can recruit new players from Europe, but even so, Al Hilal is still performing well even without Neymar because Alexsander Mitrovic is able to play very well in the current Al Hilal squad and is able to score many goals for the Al Hilal club.
Meanwhile, Karim Benzema has not made a good contribution to Ittihad, perhaps because of the lack of players who help Benzema in creating opportunities so that Benzema has a little difficulty in scoring goals.

Al Nassr has not been able to catch up because so far Al Hilal has not experienced a defeat at all, while Al Nassr has experienced 3 defeats, so Al Nassr has to wait for Al Hilal to experience the first and second defeats so that the difference between Al Nassr and Al Hilal becomes smaller.

Alexander Mitrovic and Neymar Jr were signed to lead the attacking line of Al Hilal this season but the latter's effect on the Saudi team this season has been limited as a result of the serious injury that he picked and according to reports, he's unlikely to feature for the club this season again but his absence has not really affected the performance of the Saudi league leaders who have continued to be impressive while leading Saudi Pro League standings. Mitrovic is delivering the goals for the club as his number of league goals for the club has hit double figure and is only bettered by that of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Talking about Al Nassr's quest to catch up with Al Hilal, i think it'll be extremely difficult for them to catch with Al Hilal before the end of the season but that doesn't mean that it's not possible. They'll have to continue winning their games while hoping that the league leaders drop points to catch up with them.

I believe that this break in league games will allow many teams to sit down and think more calmly about what they should do to improve their performance when the games resume, the points gap that exists between Al Hilal and the teams that are in third place for low is so great that it is safe to say that the team that is in third position, in fourth position, in fifth position, in sixth position, in seventh position, in eighth position and any position below has no chance of being able to overcome the Al Hilal at the top of the table, so it's safe to say that only Al Nassr has any chance of competing with Al Hilal for the title

but al nassr's chances are very low since the points distance between these two teams is 7 points difference, this is a lot when comparing the performance of these two teams, Al Hilal in 19 games did not have any defeat, in other words, it is the only team in the league that has not yet lost a game, this is something that in itself becomes frightening and shows how this team is very strong in defense and to make Al Hilal's defense even more admirable, they only conceded 9 goals in 19 games, that is, even in terms of goals conceded they are a team with fewer goals conceded and the difference with other teams is too big, for example Al Nassr conceded 23 goals in 19 games, they have been a team with a very weak defense

and the other teams are above the more than 19 goals conceded. As I said, the difference in goals conceded between Al Hilal and the other teams is very large, when compared to the goals scored, Al Hilal also has an advantage over all the teams in the league. In other words, it is difficult to imagine that Al Nassr will be able to become champion this season while Al Hilal has the same good performance. Al Hilal will play against Al Nassr in May, it will be the penultimate game, probably when these two teams play the winner of the league will already be decided

Neymar and Mitrovic were 2 massive recruitments that Al Hilal made to conquer the Spl but it’s quite unfortunate that Neymar isn’t delivering on this duty. Though we can’t take away the works Mitrovic has done and the contribution if his other team mates and European stars. So I think this reason Al Hilal took off Neymar from the squad list so as to get a better replacement from Europe so as to keep maintaining top spot.

Karim is still not finding his feet yet especially as his club isn’t doing pretty well and had some crises but I believe he needs one sweet midfielder to pair uo with Ngolo that will be able to help him upfront. With Neymar absence yet Al Nassr haven’t been able to come close to get Al Hilal, but they’ve got to hope on Al Nassr not maintaining winning form and slipping up in. At least 2 matches so as to be able, while waiting I think they also need to make sure they are winning too so the wait won’t be in vain.

Ronaldo will win the top scorer trophy this title, I have no doubts about that. He is taking all the penalties and that alone could get him close to that trophy as one third of his goals is scored by penalty. But I don't know whether people really care when Ronaldo is the top scorer in the Saudi Professional League. I admire him for the records he has set in the Champions League, that's the reason I look up to him and have respect for him. I don't care whether he scores 20 goals or 40 goals in the SPL.
It wasn't that easy, as Aleksandar Mitrovic also kept up with Ronaldo's goals. He is currently right behind Ronaldo with 17 goals and one more thing he is at a club where his chances of scoring more goals are greater too. But when it comes to Ronaldo's ability to score goals at his age, I applaud him. Because it is not easy for an old player to do well.
It's interesting to see that he's getting older but there's no significant decline apart from his speed dropping. Al Nassr is very lucky to have him, even at his old age he can still make a big contribution to the club. And not just to the club but to the SPL itself, because it cannot be denied that the arrival of many top players to this league is one of them because Ronaldo paved the way for them to be more interested in playing in the SPL.

It is clear that the level of competition is different and wherever Ronaldo registers his name in the list of top scorers in a competition, it will be much more impressive when he is in a big competition. The Saudi League may not be that interesting but here he has listed his name as the temporary top scorer and also as the top scorer for the club and national team in 2023. Moreover, as you said, a third of that was scored through penalties and I think that was both luck and Ronaldo's skill. He almost never fails to execute a penalty kick and it always ends in a goal.

The Champions League is Ronaldo's competition and that's why he is nicknamed Mr. Champion league because he is the top scorer of all time in the competition and it is very difficult for any player to break his record. He always consistently scored goals in the competition and was often the top scorer when he was with Real Madrid.

The worst and most boring part about Al-Hilal is how little resistance they experience from their opponents. Al Feiha didn't have one shot on target and during the full 90+ minutes they had two shots (not even on target though!). I don't know but this season will be a boring one and Al-Nassr disappointed a lot of those fans that were hoping for them to win the title. Ronaldo will probably score the most goals this season, but they won't have a chance to close the gap again and have a say in the fight for the title.
It indicated that the level of Al Hilal is above than their opponents. Al Feiha isn't the same level as Al Hilal, they are only a weak team in SPL. Moreover, Al Feiha is experiencing bad season, they performed very badly in the last few matches. Just look at the stats, they never won or got a draw, they were defeated in every match. Considering these matters, it is a bit impossible to expect a tough match against Al Feiha.

It is very likely Ronaldo to win the top scorer status this season. But Al Nassr surely will be difficult to win the title, the point gap is quite large and Al Hilal looks like in their best shape.

Mitrovic is still very close to him. Mitrovic still becomes the biggest threat that can make ronaldo failed to get the trophy as a player with most of the goals this season in the saudi pro league. It will be so bad if ronaldo will be bottling it at the end of season. There are still three goals gap between mitrovic and ronaldo. The chance for ronaldo to leave him behind is very big. It surprises me how benzema has been stopping from producing the goals.

Benzema was performing so crazily at the early season but i think that there was a reason he was performing so badly in SPL. It seems like that benzema has joinned in the wrong team.
He was also triggering the internal problem in the club, said superstar like him has more power compared to the coach. It makes the club got many complaints from its players and supporters.

Let's see whether mitrovic can be even closer to the ronaldo again, since he was always taking the penalty. It will be good if mitrovic can have a same goal as ronaldo again before the end of season.
Mitrovic needs to produce even more goal and he needs to be even more active.

H. Son is indeed a player who still has the ambition to continue to have a brilliant career in Europe. He is now 31 years old and that is still a very productive age to remain at a big club in Europe like he is currently at Spurs. So Arab clubs have to target players who are slightly older than Son. Because the chance of getting Son is very slim. Because he is currently having a great moment in the Premier League. So I doubt he will accept offers from other clubs.
Son looks to fight to win a title with Tottenham as he already won A Best Scorer Award three seasons ago, shared it with Mo Salah. Harry Kane left and gave Son a chance to be a captain of Tottenham. He led them well in like first 10 matches but lately Tottenham fell down on the table and not sure they will end in top four after a failure to get it last season.

If Son sees no chance to win title with Tottenham, he will join Saudi Professional League because at his age, big clubs will no longer want to take too much risk by spending transfer fee to get him from Tottenham.

Quote
Reportedly, M. Salah is also being targeted by Arab clubs and yes, his condition is the same as H. Son. M. Salah is also 31 years old and he will definitely choose to stay at Liverpool for the next few seasons. Because M. Salah is also in his best moment at Liverpool at the moment. In fact, he has the current record for top scorer in the EPL. So M. Salah also has the opportunity to reject every offer from another club that wants him.
Salah is different than Son as he won Champions League, Premier League with Liverpool and he can leave Europe without any regret by playing there and have no title for his career. The biggest regret with Salah is he failed to win Ballon d'Or and failed to win title with his national team.

He can leave Europe, join a club in Saudi Professional League and get money before his retirement next some years. There were some offers in the last summer but at the end, Liverpool successfully kept Salah in Anfield but pressure on them will become bigger when Salah's contract is counting down.

Son is way too high of a level player that Ittihad would get, and I do not think that they are going to be able to get him. He is too young for him to basically "retire" and come here. There aren't that many players who are at their primes here, and the ones  who are at their prime are not players who are great neither.

I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be just chasing players who are nearly 35 years old, do not look for 38 year old ones, but look for 34 or 35, that would be a lot better, they would not be at their prime, but they would be a bit better. Slowly you can get lower and lower than that. Son on the other hand is young, and he has at least 3-4 more seasons he can play at the top level and do fine.

Al Hilal got Neymar and Mitrovic because they trust their partnership and they needed both of their strengths to be able to surpass other clubs in the league. It’s unfortunate that Neymar got out due to injury and It’s a pity it turns out to be long termed. Both Benzema and Firmino haven’t been able to get their grounds yet but I think if their respective teams get some good signings from Europe to help on the strikers this will be a boost for the players and the team and make the SPL more competitive.

Now he’ll have to be taken off the squad list so that the Saudi club can bring in a foreign player who’ll strengthen their attack for the 2nd half of the season. It’s so crazy that even without Neymar’s presence Al Nassr haven’t been able to catch up with them yet. Mitrovic has stood out and other European stars also making this team a class team.

The natural reason for Son Heung-min to reject the offer is because this player really wants to spend his career in Europe to get better results, but just imagine if he joined Ittihad, wouldn't that make a difference?
The bad performance experienced by Benzema became the public spotlight and people wondered why Benzema couldn't perform like Ronaldo when they were both star players and I thought that Benzema needed a supporting player like Ronaldo who has Talisca as a supporter and if I Son accepted the offer I was sure that Benzema would will definitely show his talent as a star player but it would be a shame if Son refused the offer.
If only to support Karim Benzema at Ittihad FC, of course Son would reject the offer, even if he was offered to become the main striker and not just as a feeder for Benzema, Son's chances of joining the club are very small.
Ittihad FC needs to look for other players, if they want young ones then they have to look in smaller leagues but if they want to get those who have proven to be reliable then their age is between 33-35 because at that age usually elite clubs in the big leagues will start looking for replacements so that players will look for other clubs that can be chosen to continue playing, especially clubs in saudi pro league are always willing to pay a high price because they realize that the impact the player will have is not only about achievements but also news that will make the club even more famous.

I dont remotely think Son is gonna get out of european football, a total no chance, he is still a very high level also he is now bieng the number 1 of the team after the departure of Harry Kane so i dont see him going out until at least 35 years, and when he reach that age maybe he wants to return to south korea.

Son is still having a lot of chances to play even in a better team than totenham and why does he need to go there?SPL was good but we shall also try to realize the fact that if son is as good as kane.
Son can go to a better club like bayern munich and it sounds non sense if he leaves from totenham to join in the saudi pro league. Im not underestimating SPL but if we are talking about the fact that son is still good enough to play at the top of league in european continent. No reason for him to go to the saudi pro league. SPL is very good for the player to retire. I would prefer him to join in the real madrid rather than SPL club.
SPL club can get various alternatives for him. There's no need to feel so bad about it coz he will get a chance to play in SPL in the future.

He has been linked to the several good clubs and it's a degrade if he will be going to this league before he was accomplishing his mission in EU competition.
Son will come in the future, but it's not for now. The decision to reject it is good enough for him.

Previously there were rumors that Seko Fofana would be sold by Al Nassr because he could not provide good performance, but I have just received some information that Al Nassr is quite satisfied with Seko Fofana performance and will keep him.
He is player who has been contracted from Lens for 3 years at cost of €25 million, if you look at his performance, he is not that impressive as midfielder, but he is always relied on and is on Luis Castro list of main players.
It just that I think Luis Castro must be able to optimize the defense line they have more because they have lost several times and conceded more than 2 goals, this will be very dangerous if it continues to be the same in the future to face all the matches in the second half of this season.
In the front line, Al Nassr has quite good quality and of course they have Ronaldo, Mane and Talisca, but Al Nassr defense can still be said to be quite weak.

I didn't compare which player is smarter. I just stated that both are smart players. If we compare which one is smarter, it will be an endless debate. I don't want to debate on it because we are not in the topic about Messi vs Ronaldo.

I know very well about the skills of both players. I already watched them since they are young players. I even already watched Messi since he was a substituted player in Barcelona squad. So, don't think that I am a new football lover, dude!
They are both smart people and players because without smartness, they would have not been two best players in the last 20 years and even in football history. They made different decisions when leaving Europe, decided to join different leagues at different continents but I don't say who is smarter than the others. We don't know their actual reasons for those decisions and maybe their decisions were made not only because of themseves like their career but also because of their family exclusively their children.

Why? I don't think so. It is about the offer made by Al Ittihad and the plan of SON. If SON still plans to play in Europe, he won't accept the offer although it will be a big offer. Please understand that playing in SPL isn't the same as retire from football career.  Grin
Son is still strong physically and he can play well in Premier League next one or two seasons. If just saying about achievement for an Asian player, Son has gotten a lot of achievements that can be enough with many Asian players. However, he is an ambitious player and his ambition is what makes him to learn, train, improve in Harmburg then moved to Tottenham and make history there. I feel like Son will continue his career in Tottenham and will not leave Premier League soon.

Perhaps he will move to Saudi Professional League after World Cup 2026 when he will satisfy his ambition to play in another World Cup with his national team and also be older enough to seriously consider about his finance when retirement day will come closer.

I dont remotely think Son is gonna get out of european football, a total no chance, he is still a very high level also he is now bieng the number 1 of the team after the departure of Harry Kane so i dont see him going out until at least 35 years, and when he reach that age maybe he wants to return to south korea.
Tottenham Hotspur was competitive enough and they enter first position on the EPL table but couldn't maintain consistency in matches, they declined after their main players picked injuries and that was a big fall for Spurs. I thought Tottenham Hotspur would crumbled without the presence of Harry Kane, but they survived and elevated to their best performance without any limitations. Before, it was Harry Kane that was put infront as the main player but now we're watching Heung-min Son developing himself around some new teammates and the coach admires his style of performance on the pitch.
