Al hilal has taken the decision to kick him out of the squad. The club has been preparing a new player to replace him as soon as possible. I think the better for mourinho to accept shabab's offer. He will be contracted by shabab for short term and he can also use it to fill his free time. It was better rather than being jobless and im also concerning about his statement in the past said that if he would like to join in the saudi pro league club. This confirms that if mourinho was really willing to go there but we need wait for the further development from this. It's caused by mourinho may also get secret offer from european club as well. His journey in roma was successful caused by he could still give roma trophy.

There is also another problem like going to the saudi pro league will not be solving his problem. You do know what i mean caused by mourinho may still search for a new job in the european continent.

Injury is something that we don't have control over or no one can predict when it can happen, Though Neymar's injury has actually become a loss for the club because of his absence in their games but what Al-Hilal should do right now is start to have other plans over finding a player replacement for Neymer and not wholly rely on his return or coming back because Neymar already started losing form right when he was with PSG due to same injury problem and so he will continue to lose form because of injury and age.

That is not a smart move, they are doing that constantly by showing some respect to him, but it is not really smart and they are making a mistake.
