Everyone here must feel the same way as you. Because the SPL league holiday of more than 1 month really feels very long. So we all definitely want the SPL to start again soon. Because it's a bit boring without seeing C.Ronaldo and other European star players not competing in the SPL for 1 month. And I am increasingly curious about Al-hilal and Al-Nassr who have a friendly match against Inter Miami. I want to see the match immediately and see Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo face each other again on the field.

I hope that after this 1 month break everything will change and Al-Nassr will get stronger and can beat Al-hilal.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the face I want to see everyday playing SPL and it's because of him that I've move closer to watching g SPL football and his presence have creates a strong connection with European players and Saudi Arabia. Everything will changed after the holiday. We have clubs that have picked form and we have the ones that would start to struggle to win matches. The Saudi Arabia League is filled with unexpected actions and we have quite the best European players that are hunger to show their best performance.

Still quite warm news came from Al-Hilal and they finally introduced their new recruit from Marseille, namely Renan Lodi. A few days ago it was discussed that an agreement had been reached on his transfer and today he was introduced to the fan public. Renan Lodi is still quite young at 25 years and it seems like he wants to try new things outside Europe before returning again. His position is as a left back and it seems that Al-Hilal did the right thing by bringing him in because the defense line also needs to be strengthened so that they can be stronger against the opponent's attacks.

Renan Lodi's status is on loan and his contract will last until 2027 and Lyon will also receive a fee of 20 million euros from the results of this transfer. I think Marseille also made the right move with this loan because they also need fresh funds to strengthen the depth of their squad. However, both Al-Hilal and Marseille have benefited from the transfer of Renan Lodi and we hope that this can also have a big impact on Al-Hilal with the addition of this squad.

This means that Al Hilal is serious about maintaining consistency so far, the club even made the decision to drop Nyemar this season and bring in Renan Lodi in order to maximize the foreign player slots they can bring in. I don't know what made Renan interested and motivated to play with Al Hilal, but it seems like the salary issue could attract this 25-year-old player. even though he is only 25, he can be said to be an experienced defender. apart from being with Atletico Madrid, he also played in the Premier League and then headed to Marseille. Referring to his performance statistics, Renan Lodi is quite good and can be relied on. Plus, he can play in two different positions besides his specialist left back. theoretically, if the decision of the club or coach Jorge Jesus is not wrong.

We agree, Renan Lodi was brought in from Marseille to make Al Hilal's defense more solid. Plus, Jurge Jesus has other options that he can probably rotate and rely on. This competition still has enough time before it is held, Renan Lodi can adapt first and get used to the conditions and climate in Saudi Arabia. plus, he has ample time to bond with his new teammates. Fortunately, there are many top European players in the Al Hilal team squad. so, he will not be too hampered by language problems. Well, what is certain is that Al Hilal supporters hope that the Al Hilal team squad will become more competitive and continue with its positive trend. Thus, Al Hilal can win this competition trophy smoothly. but there are no definite guarantees about all of that, so let's just follow it and enjoy this competition and the competition for the trophy.

Many Saudi teams are still interested in hiring superstar players and they are going to send offers for more players during this summer, for example, I was expecting to see more players like Lewandoski and Salah finally accept the offer from these teams and play in the Saudi League, however, there's the chance for these players to had poor performance just like Karim Benzema had so far.
I think only some Saudi teams who can make offer to European superstar players. They must choose the popular Saudi teams, they probably have no intention to join average Saudi teams. It is very possible to see other European superstar players, but I think they will consider to move to Saudi league after the season ends.

Regarding Lewandowski and Salah, these players still can play well in their current clubs. I think they won't move to Saudi league in the near future. It is very doubtful if they will consider to move to Saudi teams in this summer. I guess they will try to play in Europe for 2-3 seasons more. Sure, they may get difficulty to play with their best form like Benzema. But as long as they got full supports, they probably will perform with their best.

Of course, the players do not care about the difficulty of the Saudi Arabian league, but SPL is a league with a lot of competition. We will see this if we look at the teams' fight against each other. The main problem for football players is that they cannot adapt to the country. The situation in the country is very different for players who played in Europe and got used to it. For the players in the SPL, the Saudi management should provide some incentives to remain a center of attraction.
maybe this is the reason european players are hesitant to come and accept offers from every SPL team because adapting is not an easy thing but as a professional player, adapting to a particular country is only a small problem and in fact several other players feel as comfortable as Ronaldo at the moment and also other european players who are very comfortable and can make a good contribution to this SPL.
It seems like there is no need to overdo anything intensive as long as the SPL always gives confidence to all talented players in europe and Saudi Arabia, the SPL will be the biggest part and in the future we will continue to see european players coming to the SPL and they will have careers and compete here.

However, both Al-Hilal and Marseille have benefited from the transfer of Renan Lodi and we hope that this can also have a big impact on Al-Hilal with the addition of this squad.

It seems like Renan Lodi only played half the season at Marseille because after all, Renan Lodi also just joined Marseille, apparently at the start of this season because yes, last season Renan Lodi played at Nottingham. By continuing to change clubs like that, of course, Renan Lodi will gain a lot of experience, but unfortunately, at his young age, Renan Lodi chose to play in the Saudi Pro League. I think that at such a young age it doesn't seem to provide a good chance for Renan Lodi future to be able to return to playing at a big club in Europe.

Because after all, Renan Lodi contract at Al Hilal is also quite long and yes, if during that period until 2027 Renan Lodi continues to play at Al Hilal then ya, I think his performance will not get much attention. Thus, I think there is no definite guarantee for Renan Lodi future to be able to return to playing in Europe.

I dont know why Asian and Africa cup dont play at the same time as the two main continental cups like Eurocup and America cup, is a complete non sense and also hurts so much the teams who have asian or african players, like Son for tottenham and Salah for Liverpool.

And here we have this pause, so shit.
The Asian Cup previously had a schedule for its implementation every July. But since 2011 when Japan won the Asian Cup, the Asian Cup is scheduled to take place in January for reasons of avoiding weather or avoiding summer waves that occur in the Middle East. The Asian Cup in January did not violate the FIFA rules because in the FIFA regulation said that the implementation of the Confederation event could be done not only in June, January could also[1].

Conditions like this do make the team strengthened by players from Asian and African countries loss.

Yes, I also really miss the Saudi League playing again, but what can we do, we have to be patient and wait, of course even though currently the Saudi League players are relaxing, it would be better if they prepared themselves with training and of course it will definitely produce stamina and good performance. Yes, the elite teams have to perform well because their competition when the Saudi League starts will definitely be tight, especially as Ittihad will of course start its first match after a long holiday and Ittihad will face Al-Ta'ee, even though Ittihad can be said to be superior to Al -ta'ee but of course we won't know because sometimes Al-ta'ee's performance might be better because of the long holiday. So indeed, having training like that will definitely make the team's abilities better and no longer stiff when the match starts.

It looks like Al-Hilal's match against Inter Miami in the Friendly match is also getting closer and of course you have to start practicing now.
Likewise with Al-Nassr who will face Shanghai Shenhua in the Friendlies match so they definitely also need to train from now on so I am amazed by the Saudi League team who are training.

Yes, of course in the next match there will definitely be a fierce match because of course all teams want to become champions this season. Yes, I also can't wait and want to see the match.
Based on the agenda of the Saudi Pro League striving to create visibility and awareness in the European space with the major goal of ensuring an expanded sports market, the clubs find themselves in a situation where there's less utilization of local players. These players have no doubt some certain level of effects to a club but the aims of these clubs won't allow for the players to be used. It'll only make sense that a policy be put in place for the use of local players in every team but I don't think that'll be enough to take them to where they visioned the league to get to.

SPL wants to be broadcasted and be seen worldwide and this makes for the rapid purchase and push for European stars who'd cause focus to gradually be shifted to their league. If the local players are entertained, then there'd definitely be no room for this hot caked stars in Europe and in the long run, it won't give them the focus they want to get. All things in the SPL currently occurs as a planned activity, and they are all working towards a set goal. It's only a gradual process before the impacts are seen.

There's every possiblity of both players joining the Saudi Pro League any time soon and going by the recent reports about the future of the two European superstars, it seems like the Saudi Arabian League will be their next destination but that I don't think is going to happen this winter transfer window.
Mohammed Salah and Robert Lewandowski are two players that's got huge respect for their respective clubs and you don't expect players of their calibre to leave their current clubs I n the middle of the season. Mohammed Salah was strongly linked with a move to the Saudi league last summer and recently, Poland striker Robert Lewandowski has also been rumoured to be target of some of the clubs in the middle East nation but I expect them to leave in the summer not during the winter transfer window

Saudi Pro League’s director of football Michael Emenalo in an interview reiterated the interest of the league to attract Mohamed Salah. He stated that he knew that the Egyptian talisman is happy in Anfield but they would be willing to sign the striker if he showed any interest in coming to Saudi Arabia. Mo Salah is a player that will attract enough publicity to the league and these clubs will be willing to pay as much as £150 million ($192m) with other attractive benefits.

Last season an undisclosed club offered Robert Lewandowski a salary of up to €150 million per year last season but he declined the offer. Maybe he might reconsider his stance because Barcelona is not having a good time in the La Liga. The Polish striker has not scored as many goals as he did last season which could be an indication that his career might be coming to an end. The Saudi League will be a good place for him to retire after making a fortune from their huge wages. Just like other football stars, Robert will bring his wealth of experience to help improve the developing league.

The Saudi League's approach is smart. These famous players are meant to boost the league's profile. Football quality and worldwide attention are both important. I want to watch how this approach plays out and who makes the big move.
So far, Saudi Arabia is a very rich country and even many European football clubs owners come from that country, but in terms of football, Saudi Arabia has actually been far behind from the European continent and even from leagues such as China, Korea and even Japan before, that's why now it seems like the Arab football federation is starting to look for ways to revive their football, including by recruiting top world star players such as Ronaldo, Neymar and Benzema and I think the steps taken by the Arab football federation have received extraordinary support from the Saudi Arabian goverment so that Arab clubs there is no difficulty in recruiting these star players, if we pay attention currently Saudi Arabian clubs are starting to have many former European league players and I think slowly the Saudi Arabian league will become one of the favorite leagues for football fans like the English league, Spanish league and German league so far.

I really miss the Saudi league and can't wait to watch the matches of the teams filled with star players. But it seems we have to be a little more patient because the Saudi League competition will start in about 2 weeks and we hope that the players will be fit when the competition starts again. I saw that elite Saudi league teams such as Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad have started training simultaneously since yesterday and of course this is something they have to do considering the match is getting closer.

The players often have to do more intense training to maintain their performance and even though they have more time to relax than other leagues, they have to start preparing again for real battles. The competition for the title may be interesting but the prestige of each competing team to always target 3 points is something that should be prioritized. Apart from that, I also can't wait to place bets again on Saudi League matches.
Looking forward to seeing whether the Saudi League signs Lewandowski and Salah. It'll affect everything if they do. Imagine matches full with European superstars! However, I doubt Lewandowski's move. Given the speculations of a Brazilian successor, Barcelona may not keep him. On the other hand, Salah may stay with Liverpool. Salah fits Klopp's system, which maximizes performance.

But our boredom will indeed be relieved in 2 weeks or at the end of January. We will see a friendly match between Al-Hilal vs Inter Miami and continue with the AL-Nassr vs Inter Miami match at the beginning of February. But after that we will get bored again because we have to wait another 2 weeks before the SPL finally starts again. Cheesy
If Neymar had not been injured, the Al-Hilal vs Inter Miami meeting would have been more exciting. Because we know Neymar was Messi's partner at Barcelona and PSG. So it will be very interesting to see two great players who are originally friends and then face each other on the field as opponents.

And when I see the depth of the current Inter Miami squad, it really makes me nostalgic for the composition of players that Barcelona had during Messi's time. Well, currently Inter Miami is actually filled with alumni of Barcelona players themselves. Messi, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Luis Suarez. Well, this is a composition that will really make everyone nostalgic, remembering Barcelona a few years ago. And the feel of Barcelona will be increasingly felt from the Inter Miami club because the current coach is Gerardo Martino, who was also the coach at Barcelona in 2013-2014.

And CR7 and Al-Nassr will also be very excited to face Inter Miami. Moreover, CR7 definitely also wants to feel the sensation he used to have when he often faced Messi on the field. All the fans, including me, can't wait for this match. It seems like 2 weeks from now will feel like a long time. Grin

We know how Ronaldo plays in every league, he is always full of ambition so don't be surprised if Ronaldo can adapt quickly, one clear example is that he can always take a place in the top scorer list and this is the 4th time Ronaldo has won the golden boot from a different league, yeah Ronaldo hasn't got it yet in the Saudi Pro League but I'm sure he will and Ronaldo is also in the top 1 based on assists, currently Ronaldo is 3 goals ahead of Aleksandar Mitrović. By the way, Aleksandar Mitrović is also one of the players who adapted the fastest in the Saudi Pro League and this is his first season but he managed to attract attention.
I've not seen a player that have been consistent like Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi in football history, both players have been top competition for major titles for years and also in their late 30s they're still doing wonders. My favorite is stated clear to be Ronaldo, he's a rare gem and different from the vast majority of European players who thinks they can't compete with him in every level of football he's been categorized. When Ronaldo move to Saudi Pro League, he changed the football system of Saudi Arabia because they grown to become very popular. Cristiano Ronaldo have been known for his incredible qualities as a top player, he's always aiming for the best qualities and have not given up in any phase of football.
Ronaldo is indeed a footballer who has extraordinary talent. Because everything has been proven, wherever he plays football, he never relaxes his performance. But he didn't get all this easily. However, with extra practice and very hard work and always consistent. For this reason, Ronaldo can be said to be one of the fighters in the world of football who has a very high work ethic. Even though he is quite old, his performance is still comparable to young players, it could even be said that Ronaldo can still outperform young players. Because as you discussed, Ronaldo has currently managed to become the temporary top scorer in the Saudi Arabian League (SPL). Apart from that, what differentiates Ronaldo from other football players is that he has extraordinary charm. Because as we know, the transfer market trend that occurred in the Saudi Arabian league started with the recruitment of Ronaldo by Al Nasr. After that, the other players also followed suit.

And talking about rivalry, Leonal Messi is also a great footballer so calling him Ronaldo's rival is a very natural and comparable thing. The reason is, Messi currently has 8 Ballon d'Or trophies and Ronaldo only has 5. However, even so, if you see the game of these two players directly on the field, I like Ronaldo better than. Because if Ronaldo only loses because of the difference in the number of Ballon d'Or trophies, I don't think that's a problem. But the most important thing is his performance when playing on the field.

Cristiano Ronaldo have been known for his incredible qualities as a top player, he's always aiming for the best qualities and have not given up in any phase of football.
In recent times, we have no player at the level of Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Massi and this all has never been easy because they are doing their hard work for staying at this level and having performance like this without injuries and other troubles which are hurting mostly big players love to enjoy life and having no things like these two are doing.

Ronaldo's move to Saudi League was big gamble from organizers and now in first season with mostly on papers it looks like they are achieving their target but in reality many difficulties are coming and these needs to be sorted out if they want to have more foreign players in this league because conditions are not favourable with culture and many other problems are also hurting them if they are going to have settled then surely we will have this league at completely different level otherwise this all huge investment can go down badly.
The year Cristiano Ronaldo entered SPL I continued to hear negative news about the fans and proprietors of Al-Nassr frustrated with his performance. I understand his performance because Ronaldo is older which is the reason he is declining. But the case changed this season, Ronaldo has the highest number of goals made and is also the leader in assists in SPL. He is truly unique; he helps SPL and Saudi Arabia by bringing new large number of fans and foreign travelers.

The conditions and culture are different from Europe. Karim Benzema is reported unhappy in Saudi Arabia and plans to return to Europe. But for these reasons, they are paid more than in European clubs. Saudi will change, and they are gradually changing to improve.

The SPL league are on break at this point and it’ll e preferable these players use this time to train well and harder especially as how competition will increase when the league resumes. Al Ittihad and Al Ta’ee will be one match to look out for. Especially as the later won’t be taking the match lightly knowing the former’s performance this season have been quite poor. Al Hilal and Al Nassr’s friendlies are getting closer and I believe their players are seriously training for these matches to make the team and league proud.

These matches will be quite fierce as it’ll be a big boost especially for the league of the winners so are pretty important and the players for this reason are real serious about it, cause the rivalry with both team is getting intense and none would want  to lose to another even though it's just a friendly match.
While the league is resting, of course the players will continues to train to prepare themselves mentally to faced the matches in the second half of this season because the journey is still long and clubs needs to hone their skill. The Saudi League has a long break compared to other leagues and the Saudi League will start match in the second half. This season at the beginning of February, Ittihad will start their match with Al Ta'ee in Week 19 because both clubs are not in good condition, so you need to be careful if you want to bet.

Al Nassr and Al Hilal will continue to show their best abilities even though it is only a friendly match because this is the league of star player Lionel Messi so Al Hilal will try to prove whether Inter Miami performance can be as good as Al Hilal in terms of strength. Once Ronaldo reunites with Lionel Messi, they will definitely continue to do so the best for their respective leagues and prove who is still strong today knowing thats both of them are no longer young.
This break is just because of weather and few other things like we have AFC Asian Cup and Afcon so many players are involved in these events which can hurt many teams even this issue is still going to have problems after this break, but this can do some better relief to them, and they are also having mid-break like we have in UEFA leagues but as mentioned too long which is also ok for them if they are feeling ok in first half we have few good things like Al Hilal leading clearly and defending champions Al Ittihad having troubling time with Al Nassr is trying his best for jumping at the top which is not easy.

With the news of many European players are feeling not comfortable things are looking some shaky but in future we can expect better environment because league needs to be comfortable if they want to have better results from players for the long run success hopefully arrival of new players will be also created good things and performance will be also improved for the many other players and clubs.
