I suspect he was referring to Al-Ittihad last match maybe he didn't know the club that beat Al-Ittihad was Al-Hilal one of the favorite clubs in this league, however Al-Ittihad will try to recover the last defeat especially when they are competing for the top of the standings so I don't think Al-Ittihad will miss more points. Al-Ittihad will probably not be too aggressive as they have an important match ahead but still 3 points must be earned if they want to stay on the title track because their competitors continue to move.
I think after the sixth match, the standings will change again. Al Hilal can certainly secure full points when they meet Al Riyadh, because they are the favorite team in the SPL and they will automatically be comfortable at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, the second to fifth positions will be determined by the Al Ahli versus Al Taawon derby, this match is very difficult to predict the result.

On the other hand, Al Ittihad has a bigger chance of occupying second place in the standings temporarily, because their next match can be said to be quite easy. It is a fact that the top of the SPL standings is increasingly competitive, and increasingly interesting to follow.

Al Akhdoud vs Al-Ittihad match is going to start tomorrow in Saudi Professional League. I am waiting to see the match between these two teams. I want to bet in support of Al-Ittihad team in this match. Al-Ittihad is now at number 3 in the points table.  Al Akhdoud is in the number 13 position for which Al-Ittihad team has a high chance of winning this match. However, if the players of Al Akhdoud team can perform well in this match, then this match is likely to be a draw. But starting from the goalkeeper of Al-Ittihad team, the rest  All the players performed very well for which Al-Ittihad team is so strong.
I do not expect a draw in this match because the two teams have performed differently this season.
Al-Okhdood's performance this season lags behind Al-Ittihad's because they only won their last league matches; they drew their first league match, lost three and won only one, which was their last match; I don't think they can get a draw with this performance against Al-Ittihad, who won four and drew only one match this season.

Without hesitation, I anticipate Al-Ittihad to win the match.

That's right, there is nothing that can hold back anyone if they have the money and power to do so and I think the Saudi league also has the right to do the same thing as what other top European leagues have done. The Saudi league just wants to introduce their league to the world and their way of spending so much money to sign top European players is one of the keys to the success they have achieved so far. However, now the top European leagues are increasingly under pressure with new competitors such as the Saudi league with all the access and convenience to make a lot of money and of course that's not what European players can do when they are in other European teams.
Efforts being made Arab clubs at the moment do have a very good aim in the future so that the Arab League can be recognized as one of the big leagues and I don't think that this will be a competition between Saudi Arabian league and other big European leagues, but that what I can find out now this is just an effort, the same as other big European leagues, which want to improve the performance of a club so that it can be known as big club.

However, some people out there do not agree with the current efforts of Arab clubs, some consider this an action to compete with other European leagues, even though what the clubs in the Saudi Arabian league are doing is just wanting to have a big name throughout the world.

Saudi league is slowly becoming competitive. Several teams are adding star players to the squad to strengthen their squad. After Al Hilal, Ittihad, Al Nassr, AL Ettifaq is also building themselves strong.
And the good thing about the Saudi Professional League is that they have also started trying to bring female footballers to their teams. Al-Ittihad has been successful in bringing Ashleigh Plumptre who had a great performance for Nigeria in the world cup from Leicester to their team. It is a historic move because

It all begins with one player, her move to the league will be able to influence other top female footballers from the WSL to consider moving to the Saudi league too.

This is great indeed, because this transfer is also proof that Saudi will continue to make improvements from time to time. Because yes, it would be useless if Saudi did not continue this good trend, because this good trend will certainly make Suadi more popular in the field of sports too. Also regarding the Saudi Pro League, although only a few teams have crazy transfers of funds or large transfers, but in reality the competition in the Saudi Pro League has also become more interesting. Because, there are also some teams that don't have big transfers, but in reality these teams can still compete well when playing against top teams.

We can say that Ronaldo joined Al Nassr for money. Of course, if he doesn't spend that money, Ronaldo will refuse to play in the Saudi Arabian professional league. Earning a lot of money from a legitimate job would be great. But this is even better when we get to do work that we are passionate about and love. So, who can refuse that offer?
Ronaldo shows that his passion and desire for the title are still boiling. He was both angry and sad, the emotions of someone who works for passion first, and money is indispensable.

Didn't Messi just rejected a more lucrative offer than what Ronaldo is been offered, Lukaka also rejected a big more offer form the Saudi club that was interested in bringing him to the Saudi Pro league. Other players rejected a move to join the league like Victor Osimhen and the rest that the media didn't make popular. It doesn't matter if Ronaldo moved to Saudi Arabia league because the money or not but is he justifying for the money they spent on him, the answer is yes because he just won then a trophy that they haven't won before. He's also contribution greatly to the publicity of the club and the league I general. He's also the reason many other European players are join the league. Without Ronaldo, I don't think the league would have gotten the amount of attention it has received I'm the past months.

Of course, Gerrad's arrival brought great changes. Moreover, the arrival of Gerrad was able to bring European players like Henderson. But Gerrad's arrival seems to be a big problem for him. This is a tax matter. If Gerrad does really well in the SPL then he could get a big tax bill. There is no coach protection like in Europe which makes the problem can later arise.   This is a provision from Europe that players and bosses must remain abroad for one full tax year in order for their income to remain tax-free from HMRC.

Steven Gerrard arrival at the league also helped in convincing the players joining Al-Ettifaq FC especially the players with Liverpool connections. I think other clubs should do something similar by bringing in other managers that are famous in Europe like Frank Lampard. He'll be able to convince other players to come from the premier league and other top European league to join the Saudi Pro league. In regards to the tax issue, managers could easily do as the HMRC says to avoid defaulting. One year isn't a big time to stay away from home considering the benefits you'll get after that also I think there'll be a protection for managers in the future.

The match against akhdoud probably become ez points for ittihad. I will take ittihad for this match. Akhdoud was winning in the last game against al riyadh which is as bad as al akhdoud. Ittihad is far superior compared to akhdoud.
Akhdoud needs to be lucky enough during the game to win against ittihad. Ittihad will not be missing an opportunity to seize three points from akhdoud.

Win for ittihad. The thing that is still confusing to me is whether ittihad will be clean sheet against akhdoud or not. I think that akhdoud was easy opponent but im not sure if BTTS will happen.
I may take the risk to pick BTTS but this is pure gambling for me. Im not feeling fine with it but my adrenaline suggests me to take it. lol.

I hope that over 2.5 will be reached

There's nothing wrong with money, we cannot compare young players like Mbappe who rejected an offer from the Saudi Club because he has not yet achieved a record as a star player while Ronaldo has got all these records so it's not wrong if he chooses money at the end of his career. Just look at almost all the star players doing it Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar they have achieved their respective records, as you said the most enjoyable job is when you are paid a high salary for your hobby especially if you are capable of doing the job.

The key point is still also money talk much here. I didn't even think if ronaldo would play in saudi pro league if al nassr was not offering him amazing transfer. Let's say that if al nassr gave him average salary like what offered by small - medium tier of clubs.
Ronaldo might be rejected it. Ronaldo's transfer has caused some Saudi pro league clubs to spend a lot of money on big transfers like Benzema, Kante, and Neymar. I must admit that if ronaldo's role to attack another european player to come was very big too.
Money was likely the main reason Ronaldo played for Al Nassr. He didn't seem too thrilled about it but with the goes of time he can accept it and enjoy his career in SPL. The football players are playing football to be paid with a great salary that can fulfill their need in real life.
I mean, why it sounds like joining Al Nassr because of money is really wrong and shameful? every people in this world like money and they don't mind to work anything in order to earn more money. Ronaldo is human, just like us. As long as Ronaldo not made any corruption or illegal thing to earn money, there's nothing wrong and shameful.

If you were Ronaldo, I bet 100000% you would do same, or even like Gabriel Veiga which willing to leave Europa when he's still 21 years old.

Agree, who would have thought that Al Taawon would be able to have such good results. Because previously, only teams that made mega transfers were projected to dominate the Saudi Pro League, but in reality this was not the case at all. After all, Al Taawon also previously managed to beat Al Nassr with a good score of 0-2 and yeah, of course Al Taawon is not a very weak team. Although indeed, in the next match Al Taawon will play away against Al Ahli but yes, there is no definite guarantee for Al Ahli to be able to beat Al Taawon at this moment.

I am stilll convinced that the difference players like Ronaldo or Benzema are making is not that big. People tend to forget that these guys are old already and of course they can contribute to the game and make the team a bit better, but it is not like Ronaldo goes to a club and then out of a sudden that club never loses a game again. It is still the team and not a one man show.
The fact that a team has a world class players in their midst doesn't guarantee them to be 100% successful in a season, for instance PSG had world class players in their team that capable of delivering them the Champions league but they couldn't perform better in the tournament, having those plsyers only gave them an advantage to perform better and also scare their opponents based on the players influence and if Al-Nassr has performed better than Al Taawoun maybe they would had won the match.
However age would always tell on players no matter how good or talented they're and CR7 is not very strong and vibrant as he used to be when he played for Man United and Realmadrid at a younger age, but anyways the lose against Al Taawoun doesn't write them off, Al-Nassr are still very stronger contenders this season.

Yes and this is the reason why I am still not that concerned about European soccer when the Saudi Professional clubs buy those elder players. They won't be able to compete with European soccer because there is more than a handful of strong leagues competing with each other in the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League as well.

Assuming that the SPL can sign some of the best players in the world even at a younger age would still not allow them to run similar competitions. Europe isn't just one league or country, it is a large number of diverse culture, fan bases and teams as well. The UEFA consists of 55 national associations.

Saudi Pro League could be competitive and dissapointing more often, these conditions are probably not favorable for average clubs down here. We should look further to see how outstanding the club will be, recording winning results in forthcoming games. Georginio Wijnaldum in his first training with his new club, he's here to make good difference and contribution to the club. He is an important signing for Al Ettifaq this summer, the new boss, Steven Gerrard made sure he make some impacts on his squad this season and they're probably doing good.

Initially I thought that the competition in the Saudi Pro League would be dominated by the 5 clubs that recruited the most top European players in the transfer market yesterday, namely Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, Al-ittihad and Al-Ettifaq.

But in reality the competition in the Saudi Pro League is fiercer than I expected. Because surprisingly, Al-Taawoun is currently ranked 2nd in the standings. And surprisingly Al-Taawoun has 4 wins and has not experienced a defeat in the last 5 weeks. Al-Taawoun Club caught my attention a little. Because even Al-Nassr was also conquered by this club. Precisely in the second week of this season. But at that time Cristiano Ronaldo did not play. But Al-Nassr still has Mane and others at the club.

And another club that managed to beat Al-Nassr was Al-Ettifaq.
But I wouldn't be surprised if Al-Ettifaq beat Al-Nassr because Al-Ettifaq also bought many good players, one of which was Henderson from Liverpool. But At-Taawoun's victory against Al-Nassr was a big surprise for me.

It's true, Lukaku really had to do his best during his loan spell at Roma. Because this will have an important influence when the loan period ends. Because it is said that my wound will only strengthen Rome for a year. So Lukaku performance with As Roma will definitely determine his career next year.
So, if for example Lukaku performance is not good when playing with Roma, chances are, Lukaku will have to take steps that might be contrary to his wishes, namely accepting offers from clubs from Saudi Arabia. If only there weren't clubs from Europe who wanted him.

But what I know is that Inter Milan also wanted to sign Lukaku after seeing his pretty good performance when Inter Milan borrowed him from Chelsea. But in reality, until now, there has been no further news from Inter Milan regarding Lukaku. So Lukaku, next year he really has to decide and consider his choices regarding his football career. Antara still plays in Europe, but there are no fans. Or willing to play in the Saudi Arabian league, with a fairly high salary. But this actually went against his wishes. So we'll see, in the next few seasons.
Based on team performance As  Roma are not very good currently but Lukaku is a very good player and also a good addition to their squad because he's had good experience with the Italian league and I believe he'll do his very best for Roma to sign him permanently next summer and moreover I think if Roma do not get impressed by his performance and end up not signing him i think he might still get another opportunity to play in Europe, maybe in a mid table EPL team or another Italian team, but if he fails to secure a deal with an European team then the Saudi league might end up being his destination next summer.
Lukaku betrayed Intermilan by making a wrong decision to sign  with there rivals Juventus which almost affected his career this season when Juventus terminated the negotiation with his parent club Chelsea and with Chelsea not interested in featuring him this season they has to loan him out instead of keeping him in the team to warm their bench and earn huge salary.

There are some problems with the Saudi Arabian club's policy of charging European players quite high prices. One of them is Lukaku, I found news that Lukaku is currently having difficulty getting a new club. Although some problems also started with him, Chelsea are struggling to sell him at the moment. Reportedly there was a sizeable value agreement from the Saudi Arabian League, but indeed Lukaku refused because he wanted to play in Europe. But as a result, Chelsea are currently struggling to sell him or go on loan. This is because Lukaku is not in the Chelsea coach's plans.

It seems you missed some important news Chelsea really wants to let Lukaku go but no club wants to buy him permanently except the Saudi League but Lukaku is not yet interested in moving to this league because he thinks he can still compete in Europa League. Now Lukaku has found a new club, he has been loaned to Roma and there is no point in linking Lukaku with the Saudi League except in the coming season, If Lukaku fails to contribute to Roma then Lukaku will have to think again about the offer from the Saudi League.
It's true, Lukaku really had to do his best during his loan spell at Roma. Because this will have an important influence when the loan period ends. I can also agree with you that Cristiano Ronaldo leads most of those players to the Saudi Pro League, because most of those players started joining the league after Ronaldo went there, but I can also say maybe the Saudi Pro League decided to take football serious, which is why they signed Ronaldo in the first place. They believe if they have Ronaldo in the league, even if they want to sign other players, most of them won’t reject their offer, which is why they decided to allocate huge amounts of money just to sign quality players, which they have already done, and their tactic really works.

The Saudi Pro League is now popular in every part of the world, and they have received little attention already just because of the players that they signed. Before Ronaldo went to the league, nobody knew about it and it hadn't been talked about or recognised, but immediately after Ronaldo was signed, people started doing some investigation about the league and why Ronaldo decided to go there. But after signing more players this season, lots of people’s attention shifted to them.

I never expect him to join in saudi pro league club. He will be reunited with jordan and gerrard. I don't even know what was the reason to buy him instead of another player. He was only playing 14 matches in roma when PSG loaned him.

Furthermore, Al Ettifaq has a match scheduled for next Saturday against Abha and it will be a home match for Abha and Georginio Wijnaldum can take part in strengthening the team to show his contribution as a new player for Al Ettifaq.
Abha can be said to be a mediocre team, they have only been in the middle of the standings for several seasons in the Saudi pro league, while Al Ettifaq is becoming a new force in this league when this season they brought in several foreign players including their new coach Steven Gerrard. I am quite sure that without Wiljandumpun Al Ettifaq would have succeeded in winning this match. One thing that might be a reference for those who want to bet on this match is that in several of their meetings, both teams have always scored goals so betting on BTTS @ 1.84 is quite promising.

However, from match week 6, the big match is Al Ahli vs Al Taawoun. Al Taawoun is ranked second and is unbeaten in five matches, while Al Ahli in the fifth match suffered a fairly heavy defeat to Al Fateh, making them fail to be at the top of the standings with 15 points which gives them a 2-point lead. Al Ahli are the favorites in this big match but in the last 5 meetings, Al Ahli have only drawn 3 times with 2 defeats, so this will be a little difficult to predict, especially Al Taawoun who will continue to maintain their unbeaten record this season.
