I wonder why they've not featured him yet or is that they brought him into the club with an injury and he's yet to recover from it ? because if you get a player for that amount them he's not supposed to sidelined at the bench else it would be a waste of funds, well Neymar is an injury prone player so I won't be surprised if he's sidelined because of an injury and he's a kind of player that goes on an for a long period and don't know why they got him for that amount.

Neymar not playing that many games is definitely normal because that is who he is. He has been at PSG for many years and there are players who played more games than him in 2-3 seasons because of how many games Neymar misses. I agree with you, a club can have quality players but wouldn't be able to out perform other clubs that don't have such quality players. Let's take PSG for example last season was a mess for them with all the superstars that they had they couldn't play well in the champions league. Same with the SPL clubs,it is not to have hood players but also to have a quality coach who will guide and direct these players to bring out the best performance in them. I don't know if they can buy some European coaches and let see if these coaches will  go to Saudi to change the football pattern over there.
