I believe Modric's decision to reject offer from Saudi Arabia and to stay in Real Madrid is not simply because of his loyalty for Real Madrid. Contemporary with Modric, I am also a massive fan of this player. He has talent, loyalty and has helped this club win big trophies. Comparing to the other 4 Saudi clubs, Al-Shabab didn't make any serious transfer and they didn't spend money comparing to what they earned from players leaving the club.
There is several rumours of players linked to that club including Alvaro Morata, Ciro Immobile, Leonardo Spinazzola. Of course these players for example aren't linked to one club and their situation might change at any moment. I don't find the club strategy focused on recruiting high budget players.

That'll surely be great deal for Willian at this time of his football career. After leaving Arsenal to join a Brazilian club Corinthians, Willian didn't have a good spell at the club before he subsequently rejoined another English Premier League club Fulham.
He had a good season at Fulham last season and would definitely make a good signing for Al Shabab.

The 34 years of age Willian have signed the deal with Al-Shabab. This could've been a big blow, but they aren't ready to give him the better price. Saudi Arabia Pro League is with full of money and the same could've got him better deal. The tranfer at the last moment could make the team into difficulty choosing the right player for the position. Al-Shabab is one among the leading team of Saudi Arabia Pro League. In the last season the team finished at the 4^th position and the new players to the team could help them with better performance.

According to Fabrizio Romano, William has given green light to the move as he's agreed personal terms with Al Shabab, it is left for the two clubs to agree on a transfer fee. William almost left on free transfer to Nottingham Forest but later changed his mind and put to pen a one year contract extension with Fulham and now it's looks like he's heading to the Saudi Arabian professional league. It is going to be a big blow to Marco Silva who already sees William as an integral member of his team but the good news is that they are still going to make some money out of the deal.

His refusal of moving to the Saudi league even with the huge money offered to him show that he's very loyal to the team and his love for the Spanish gaints has shown that everything is not about money, he's happy and is loved by his coach team mate and fans and would rather stay for another season to fight and reclaim the champions league trophy.
 His presence is highly beneficial to the team and one thing I love about him is that, despite his age he contributes alot with his experience and even performed more than some youth players in the team, he knows how to read the game and is a very big threat to oppositions, he's one player that Real madrid would miss dearly when he departs and replacing him might not come easily but hopefully Jude or Arda would develop into a better player in the near future.

I guess he can be a good transfer between Fulham and Al Shabab because Willian is getting old and soon we can see fewer offers for him but if Fulham sells Willian to Al Shabab in this season they can earn some money and on the other hand, Willian can earn more in the last years of his career.

Modric is still something that keeps staying at Real Madrid because he is still good. It's not about how old he is, it's about the fact that can you find someone that is better to clearly bench Modric. I can say that they are trying, they have some young midfielders, tchouameni, camavinga, jude, arda, valverde, they are all midfielders but to be fair Valverde sometimes plays at right side as well.

So, when you consider it like that I could easily say that they are going to one day be able to replace Modric without getting too bad, but they are still developing those names and not really doing anything that could be better than Modric just yet. Knowing this, Modric said no to Saudi money because he was still needed there.

From the performance point of view I think Al-Nassr is the right place for him to get back into shape and be reasonably competitive within that league, but if he went back to the Premier League I think he wouldn't have had a chance to be the former Mane he was at Liverpool.
 
I know how the transfer was celebrated when Bayern signed Mane and he really was in such a great shape that I was quite surprised when I saw how passive and slow he has become out of a sudden. It is true that he had to adapt to a position that he wasn't very well accustomed with, but still a player of his quality should be able to contribute to the team even if the position is not perfect for him. But as i said he lacked the speed, he was too slow.

If he doesn't get injured again and he finds back his form and can assist Ronaldo, this is most likely the best situation for him. But the Saudi league is no joke either. They take the games seriously and he has to perform on a certain level to get respected. It is not that they go there and don't have to play well anymore.

Al Nassr dominated the match maybe because they got a lot of support so they are more confident but unfortunately the shot on target is still low only 3 out of 9 shots
Overall this game is unsatisfactory Al Nassr seems to have not found the right rhythm maybe the impact of some new players have not adapted, Sadio Mane is one of the highlights, as a new player he has not been able to integrate into the team maybe he needs more matches. In the next match Al Nassr must be able to win because Raja Casablanca is not a formidable opponent.

When Mane was at Bayern, he had to adapt to his new position as a centre-forward. but in fact, the rotation that Nagelsmann did did not match his expectations. which in the end, Mane returned to his position as a winger. Mane's performance is erratic, it tends to go up and down. IMO, I think now Al Nassr has become a much more competitive team than any other team in this league.

Everyone had been heavily criticized because of the difficulty in scoring goals, but in this match Ronaldo managed to bring Al-Nassr to the next round of the Arab Club Champions through this very iconic header goal in the final minutes of the match. I think Al-Nassr should have been able to win easily and if we look at Sadio Mane he has also played today. But it still requires more adaptation for Sadio Mane to adjust the tempo of the match with his new Al-Nassr partner. Al-Nassr's progress might be said to be the slowest compared to other strong teams in the Saudi league, but I think it's only a matter of time before everyone gets used to being able to get more promising wins.

For Many it will be about recovery when he fully arrived in Saudi Arabia. Not physically, but in general as he had a bad time at Bayern Munich and he played bad. He played so bad that I was sure he would not play for another European top club again and Bayern Munich was also pleased to see him leave the club. I think he can get along much better in the Saudi Professional League, but I also think that he is a bit overrated. Wing players should optimally be very fast, but Mane is not the fastest player at all.
