Fabrizio Romano reports that Mane has completed his medical tests for Al-Nassr, and the contract finalization is imminent. Ronaldo will now have a strong partner on the pitch. The upcoming season will be crucial for both players, with Ronaldo set to play a full season and Mane's arrival expected to prove beneficial for Al-Nassr. The club's decision to bring in Mane as Ronaldo tandem on the field appears to be a wise move.

Well, I think Mane would make an great addition to the squad. Having brought Mane in to support Ronaldo with better and more accurate long passes, Ronaldo is sure to have a better performance and go on to score more goals. It would definitely prove beneficial to Al-Nassr.
Mane is an energetic player and I think he played beautiful football during his stay at Liverpool. He would definitely make a good impact on the club. I think he’s still very much  fit and he’s definitely way more experienced than most of the players at his new club.

After recent news about Ronaldo in Al Nasr, I think there is even a chance for us to say one reason for Al Nasr to send an offer for Mane was Ronaldo asking the team to this player because, during the last days, there was some news about this that Ronaldo is one reason for many players to join this team.
However, Ronaldo said he is not involved in any deal. But regardless of that, now Ronaldo got Mane to support him in the next season.

After Saint-Maximin transfer from Newcastle to Al-Ahli, Fabinho moved to Ettihad club from Liverpool for €46.7m and Sadio Mane joined Al-Nassr coming from Bayern Munich for €30m. Not a big loss for Bayern and a new start for Mane, who will join Cristiano Ronaldo in the attack line!
Saudi league are getting more and more interesting these days Wink
I don't follow developments regarding this one player (Sadio Mane). So when I saw a tweet from the Bayern account mentioning Mane's official departure to Al-Nassr it really surprised me. Although the rumors have been heard for a long time. But news of this was overshadowed by many other hotter stories like about Mbappe and others.
I'm quite happy that finally Cristiano Ronaldo will have a better partner in Al-Nassr's front line. Mane is one of the goalscoring machines that used to be owned by Liverpool. He went to Bayern but his fate at Bayern did not seem smooth. He's been injured a lot and last time he had a problem with one of the players. But anyway Mane is a really quality player. And all I can say for Al-Nassr for signing Mane is "Good Job". Cool

Well, this season I'm really getting excited to see the SPL. Last season I was only interested because of CR7 but this season is different. Many other Top European players that I also like are in the SPL.

That is how money has an impact.
I've heard that Al-Hilal is putting together a bid for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen; if it succeeds, we may infer that footballers traveling to Saudi Arabia do so in order to make money, as even young, promising players with the ability to dominate the game do so.

They are trying hard to hire superstar players from all over the world to improve and develop football in their country, in this transfer win Saudi Arabia spent a huge amount of money and hire many top players from Europe but the fact that this country is they have to invest more in younger player and try to grow talents in their country from their people instead of spending huge amounts of money for other players.
However, I think It's not just about football, and the other purpose they have by spending money is to invest and have another income source in the future.

There are several clubs that have their own academics, I forget which clubs they are. but it is very likely that the aspect of making their young players more developed is also included in the project of the Saudi royal plan. On the other hand, I heard from some of my country's local media, plus, some pundits who commented, if this league tried to sell its broadcasting rights, it seems that Europe didn't accept it. it could also be if this is just a rumour, because I did not try to trace the truth of the claims made by some sources.

So far, however, Saudi clubs are still engaged in signing top European players. unmitigated, they tried to bring in Mbappe, Osimhen and other star players. and what doesn't make sense to me is Al Hilal's offer to PSG for Mbappe, with only one season. I try to think clearly, what do they want to get. attention, or, this is just a strategy of theirs. because it is most likely that players with big names like Mbappe and Osimhen will certainly reject it. then, do they want to show off, I really don't really understand.
But as we agreed, the purpose of this project is to include the business in the project they are working on. at least, for now I can only assume and try to speculate. but regarding this league, you can be sure the competition will be very competitive.

Al-Nassr coach Luís Castro has already noticed that the two attackers who are from Saudi Arabia, I mean Abdulrahman Ghareeb and Khalid Al-Ghannam, have not been performing very well, especially when it comes to assists, so ronaldo he does not score goals because the balls do not reach him in good condition, so with the entry of mane in the team that could change but it would not be the definitive solution because he would still remain an arabian player, either Khalid Al-Ghannam will stay or the Abdulrahman Ghareeb was in the starting 11 with talisca, ronaldo, mane and one side of the team would still be unbalanced

I see that Al-Nassr, in addition to mane, will need another striker, only in this way would they have a much stronger attack, now the question is who else can they bring, their opponents managed to make good signings and they were already strong, with that if became stronger, so Al-Nassr will have difficulties to win the league this season in my opinion, the question now and if after years mane will be able to play again in a big team in europe, that will be valid for all 30-year-old players who go to the arabic league

In general the introduction of more  top European would be very beneficial to the starting 11 of the Al-Nassr team and I feel we should be expecting alot from Cristiano Ronaldo because he's has several quality players from the flanks that would be able to assist, I think Luis Castro would also be happy to see his team performing better than the previous season, i feel they'll have a good competition next season left for me I'm vouching for them to win the trophy this season, because they've strengthen several squad depth with top quality players and more might likely join before the end of the window.

According to the news Sadio Mane has recently move from Bayern Munich to Al-Nassr for £30 and is said to have signed a contract and passed his medical with the team adding a player of such quality means more strength to the squad depth and I feel they're really ready for challenge for the trophy as tittle contenders, I'm expecting  a very good performance from the team and with the current squad they can cause a threat to any other contenders of their league.

This time was very different that Luis Castro was played Ronaldo since the beginning match and besides that some of new players such as Fofana, Brozović and Alex Telles also into Al Nassr starting lineup and the result is Al Nassr playing more better than their previous match that they can able to control the game but indeed Monastir defense was not easy to penetrate because they were displayed solid defense in the first half

In the second half apparently Monastir lost to focus and this was utilized by Al Nassr to playing more aggressive and only in 16 minutes Al Nassr can able to scores 3 goals which make they win with huge scores 4-1 and Ronaldo was scored 1 goal however this is their first win after passed 5 matches without the winning result but this is not impressive result for me because Monastir is not categorized as strong team
I think that last minutes really matter a lot when we are talking about a good team vs not a good team. The main reason for that is the fact that we are talking about a good team having natural instincts that make you play well, whereas not so good team may have physical attributes that makes them better than they look.

Ronaldo for example, he is not as physically good as he used to be, he keeps making mistakes, his body is not as good as his mind as you might imagine, he is not 25 years old anymore. But with that gained experience, he knows where to stand better, look at the defender when Ronaldo scored, Ronaldo knew exactly where to be, and none of the other defenders did. That's how you win at the late stages of the game.

in two days Al-Nassr will have to play against zamalek from egypt, i remember that when i was younger zamalek was a team that caused fear in other african teams, being that they were strong, but today things have changed and with their current squad I think that Al-Nassr has a good chance of winning the game, in 2 games zamalek had only 1 victory and 1 loss and managed to score 4 goals and concede 1 goal, has the same number of goals with Al-Nassr but the difference is that Al-Nassr didn't lose in the 2 games they played. I see Al-Nassr winning

This will get better with the arrival of world soccer stars to the Arab League in particular and Asian leagues in general. Saudi Arabia league become more competitive because great players come to the Arab league. With the arrival of Sadio Mane to Al Nasr, Al Nasr's target is to win the Suadi Arab League this season.

In my opinion, the presence of several new Al Nassr players must use a 4-3-3 formation because they have become monsters on all front lines with the Al Nasr Trio Sadio Mane as LW, Cristiano Ronaldo ST, and assessing Ziyech RW (if he can still be recruited) this will better, but I hope they can sign a star player who plays in the middle. Last season Talisca was selfish, I felt she was not suitable to play with Cristiano Ronaldo.

There is an article in footballtransfers.com, regarding 4 major targets for the Saudi clubs ahead of the 2024/25 season. According to this website, the four Saudi clubs (Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al Ahli and Al-Ittihad) who are sponsored by the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) want to purchase these players in order to convert SPL to one of the most popular leagues in the world. The players we are talking about are: Luka Modric (Real Madrid), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Neymar Júnior (Paris Saint-Germain) and Kevin de Bruyne (Manchester City). There is no guarantee that their attempt will be successful, but it is going to be fun!
Saudi Arabia pro league management have a good plan for the development of sport in the country, focusing on those four is good, because in every league there are two or three dominate clubs. And people can only watch or invest in such league depends on the number of high quality players that are there.

The players listed, are just not the only target they had in mind, they could be short time plan players.
They had already bid for mbappe and Osimhen and they all rejected the offers. Regardless they will still bring in big players before the end of Transfer season.

The success of European leagues was not built in a day. It will take some time for these Saudi clubs to come to the level of some clubs in Europe. The league would have to gain a lot of experience from other top leagues in the world for it to become one of the best in the world. For the clubs to excel, they also need some level of autonomy from the government. If the government controls the management of these clubs they might not make viable decisions that will make the league develop.

It will take more than money and good players to make Saudi League successful. Most players that rejected the Saudi league are not just concerned about the quality of the league but the society. Many players prefer to come to the English league because the country society is free and democratic. The Saudi government should be willing to uphold the fundamental human right of the people. The killing of Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi is still free in my memory about how the Saudi government can be inhuman.

The European teams didn't just invest money in their football and their success is not just because of the money they spent but that's because of the long time they grow younger talents for the teams in fact instead of spending too much money on their teams they were trying to focus on growing up their younger players.
I think that's that Saudi Arabia needs to improve themselves and reach the goals they want but spending money for the top players in the bough can be a more expensive method.

Just like Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga, PSG in Ligue 1 and perhaps, like in La Liga where there are only three teams that are regulars in the top three positions in the standings they are Rel Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico.
Comparing Bundesliga and Ligue 1 is good because both leagues are dominated by two biggest clubs, Bayern Munich and PSG.
Comparing those leagues with La Liga is not too correct as La Liga is not dominated by a single club.

The success of European leagues was not built in a day. It will take some time for these Saudi clubs to come to the level of some clubs in Europe. If the government controls the management of these clubs they might not make viable decisions that will make the league develop.
They must aim at building up a stronger league that will help them to have a stronger national team. Because by playing with more star players from Europe, Saudi Arabian players will learn lot of lessons, sharpen their skills and strengthen their mentality. It will help them to play better in future World Cup tournaments

But I'm trying to think about the long-term impact that has arisen regarding the SPL league transfer policy. Whether the unfunded clubs other than Al Nassr, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad and Al Ahli will get support from their State. Because if not, it will make the SPL uncompetitive. This means that even though the SPL will be attractive with the presence of star players at the four clubs, it means nothing if the other clubs cannot provide significant resistance, because they do not have comparable players.

Overall only four clubs have a lot of money because they are funded by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). I think this is a part that the management of the Saudi Arabian pro league needs to pay attention to for the development of their sport.

Just like Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga, PSG in Ligue 1 and perhaps, like in La Liga where there are only three teams that are regulars in the top three positions in the standings they are Rel Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico. So yes, if the Saudi Professional League only has four big teams then it's basically not a problem either. Because after all, in the big leagues in Europe not all teams have big finances either, right. So, it does not mean that this development requires all teams playing in the SPL to have a lot of money with star players too, it doesn't seem so.

I'm confident the club will go a long way this season. The Arab club champions cup will be decisive by the club with the highest points on the table, with Al-Nassr having a passive approach to the grand trip this season. Al Nassr defeated Monastir 4-1 in a spectacular victory; it was an easy game with complete control by Al-Nassr in the both halves. Cristiano Ronaldo scores his first goal of the season, assisting Al-Nassr to their first winning of the season. It's a long way down, but the club's actions would be competent and consistent, because they added quite quality player in the squad.
