No, we can not do anything, I suppose. it's too late
I believe more on the side of people is the one who are creating devastation to our planet that is why fortuitous event of nature are much more destructive than decades ago, so i think all of us are responsible to restore the nature we destroyed.
We should work together to save this planet, coz this is where we live.
Global warming and pollution are definitely a problem for our planet
I think that humanity can not save the planet. Too much damage was done to the Earth. I think that people are doomed, in the future the planet will get rid of us.
This is one of the steps that must be taken, but the step may be more suitable to be discussed in the realm of government because the forest and oil issues are regulated in the government regulations of each country, so if we want to reduce the consumption of wood and oil then there must be regulation from the state government to create rules related to it. I hope that the ideas that have been poured in this topic can be applied by governments in their respective countries to save the world.
I agree that it is the duty of the government to ban such furniture. But we can also contribute ourselves. Whenever we buy furniture, we should make sure that the wood used in that is not illegally logged from the tropical rain forests. And certain countries refuse to take any actions against deforestation (Brazil, Indonesia.etc). Such nations should be boycotted for tourism purposes.

Our planet is beautiful and it is worthy of saving, if not for us than for our children which deserve to live in a clean world. We are destroying our planet on every step with our greed for the future technologies. Our ozone is cracked and our climate changes all the time. People are looking just their own interests and are forgetting about the damage they do to this planet with their acts. We must think ecologically oriented and must massively decide to save the planet cause few people won't stop the changes to the pollution of the earth.

IT is time to save the earth, our planet, well some projects of the ICO are now focused on rehabilitation of the earth and its nature .. like other cryptos it is now time to move forward,, natural powers . waste to energy, and some more this is the type of project we need .

Yes, i think a combination of strong AI such as AGI or ASI, coupled with quantum computers, and augmented humans will come up with a panacea of solutions. I also think that humans will become upgraded to cope with many/any challanges via technology, nanotechnology, and genetic engineering.
People see global warming etc. as an isolated event. So, the planet will get warmer over the next 100 years etc. but our tech will barely improve. They tend to think about problems/issues in a vacuum ignoring all the other exponentially changing paradigm shifts..

I will take care of this planet. if the planet is not awake, then we will all lose, not even survive.

it can be revert but it will not be revert bcz major countries of the world have stake on it they will not compromise on its economy and its manufacturing and the second cause is auto pollution that can be decrease if substitute of petrol, gas is available . We have all over-used the planet. The result is too much CO2 in the atmosphere. This is leading to Global Warming. So the climate needs fixing.The need to limit Global Warming to 2°C was agreed by World leaders in December 2015. But the action is too slow. We must act now.

We simply cannot continue to keep doing what we are doing now. Climate Change may become irreversible if we do not act fast and on a massive scale.

we can still do something like be wise on the use of oil, electricity, and we also can plant trees, don't cut trees in the forest, don't build too many buildings, don't use too many transportations (why prefer using transportation in a near place?), and many others.
