As a people of the earth it is our responsibility to take care our mother earth because we are the one who are living and destroying our nature
people will not be able to save the planet...all that when you were born,will die someday.it's a matter of time. but could find other planets
If you have the will, then you will be able to save the planet. But if you are lazy and indifferent, then nothing can be done. We can do a lot by taking a few simple steps. For example, if we decide to boycott furniture made out of Amazonian mahogany, then the deforestation rates in the tropical forests of Brazil and Bolivia can be reduced by quite a lot.
We should save the world by all means as it is our only planet, our home that sustains us.
Damage has occurred everywhere both sea and forest. The damage is also caused by humans, whether we will remain silent to see the damage that happened during this time? We should remind each other that governments in every country always act to prevent such damage. At least we can make a change by doing a small action whose benefits are felt like not taking out any garbage.
I have a pessimistic view about the future of the planet, because the forces implied are too big to be controlled by any institution, let alone by individual.
Btw, surely it's worth to try to improve our behaviour becoming at leas a little more aware of the problem.

The real problem is if we'll save ourselves. The planet will resist without any special problem. Check the George Carlin speech about "save the f****ing planet?"
my opinion of saving the planet must start from ourselves, and after that the current, our planet is damaged by a part of humanity and an aggregate that emphasizes the economy of the planet we inhabit
Everyone of us must cooperate. But the damage in our environment has been done. All we have to do now is to minimize the effect to our environment. But I doubt that all of us will cooperate. Big time business related people don't care what will happen to our environment. All they think is about their money. That's the sad story.
Yes Government must solve it! With the support of every individual. We all have responsibilities because we shared the same government we might have different races, belief and principles but we are in the same country some have the same government and leaders to save our planet.. We should save it for the future generations...

We chose the cheapest and most accelerated way to grow technology and innovations and that was the burning of fossil fuels.
We are now at the point where technology has progressed to the point that renewable sources are just as if not more cost effective than fossil fuels.
It is time to make the switch.
It is happening, but too slowly. Many countries have placed deadlines for fossil fuel cars and targets for renewable production but most are too conservative.
We need to unite as a people and really focus efforts on accelerating this change.
If every person made 1 small step a year to transition away from fossil fuels it would not only make a significant difference but show solidarity and a potential to change, leading policy makers to be more optimistic.
We are now at the point where technology has progressed to the point that renewable sources are just as if not more cost effective than fossil fuels.

Even if 99% of people don't want to save the planet we should still try. The earth and the creatures on it are the result of billions of years of luck and random mutations. That's a totally unique story to our planet, many times more amazing than if a god had snapped it's fingers and created it. It's possible (but not probable) that we are the only planet in our galaxy or even universe with life on it. We should realise the incredible beauty that we have here and cherish it and preserve it.
What is the point of humanity if not to make everyone happy, preserve the earth we live on and explore the universe?
Seriously? Making money for the sake of it is pointless. We all want the same things, to be safe, eat well, have friends and family and nice places to live. We aren't achieving these with the current system and we are destroying the planet in the process. We need to really rethink how things are done. I see crypto as the perfect way to subvert the current system and have a revolution in thinking and how wee go about running this world.

Up to a certain threshold, our planet has the capability to repair itself. But the problem is that the stress from the humans have increased by so much that this natural mechanism is no longer working. The planet is no longer capable of taking care of itself. We humans need to find a solution to help the planet in reducing the damage.

I wish we could save our planet.. But right now it seems impossible to me. Because nobody really cares about environment.. Everyone says 'YEEEA LET'S SAVE THE PLANET' but does nothing to clean or protect it..
To preserve this nature from destructive nature we must move, do not wait for cues from the government. It is difficult to wake everyone up before the effects of natural damage have occurred.

Ofcourse yes. Where would we live if we dont care about this planet. There are planets that could be habitable but it requires much more time to make experiments if we could actually live there.
