Black Arrow is a scam company that's currently defrauding it's customers for millions of dollars and thousands of BTC.

Are you basing this statement purely because they are delaying shipping?
That's very stupid, a lot of companies had to delay for genuine reasons, and they are legit.

I hate being a stupid loser.

I'm very sorry for these issues, but it does bring to light the same BFL scam issues...

Do not pay for promises.  Do not pay for R&D.  Pay for products that are actually on the shelf only and you won't run into this problem.

I'm still dumbfounded as to how BA can openly commit multiple indictable offences against hundreds of people for what's likely well over $100mm. I paid well over a year ago and I have received absolutely nothing at all.

The Rent-Some-Minions is a real special animal here, they're starting and stopping customers at weird times, refusing to disclose the effective dates of "contracts", and making all kinds of completely unverifiable claims about uptime.

All while there is exactly 0 reason to believe they've done anything other than market buy GH/s on cex.io with the bitcoin payments of their customers, now that GH/s on cex is profoundly lower than what customers originally paid for their hardware.
Lol that wouldn't surprise me. They only start doing things after everyone else is cheaper than them, so they're still making money off of you buy buying the GH/s themselves for cheaper and keeping the higher amount you paid for themselves.
Classic Black Arrow bullshit.

I think it's important to put in perspective how insanely criminal these people are.

Right now, if you're unhappy about how they've fucked you and say anything to them, they threaten to sue you for defamation.

Be sure to mention that they promised price matching and compensation in line with market value at the time of shipping. You can find blackarrow saying these things on the forum

Just got this email,

Who ever got scammed, contact these people. They are looking into this theft.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you as your name and contact details have been passed to Thames Valley Police who are looking into a number of complaints that have been lodged with the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau in the UK in relation to a company called Black Arrow.

I should say at the outset that there are a number of ways this matter could proceed. If it is decided that there appears to be sufficient evidence to warrant a criminal investigation then Thames Valley Police will take the matter forward though ultimately it will fall to the Crown Prosecution Service  to determine whether charges should be laid.  If Thames Valley Police consider there is insufficient evidence to investigate this as a potential criminal offence or the CPS fail to authorize criminal charges then you may wish to deal with any losses you feel you have suffered through the civil courts. Thames Valley Police will advise you in due course of the outcome of the enquiries it is currently undertaking.

In order for me to consider the matter further I should be grateful if you would let me have a response to the following:

1.       What was your understanding of the terms and conditions of the product you were purchasing from Black Arrow?

2.       Do you have a copy of these terms and conditions? If so, please scan and forward these to me.

3.       In simple terms, how did you intend using the product you purchased from Black Arrow?

I look forward to hearing from you,

Regards,

Mark

Is anyone organizing legal action against these guys?

no one really is and they are cutting their losses.

this is exactly what BA wanted.

But I am taking different action. I sent some really bad people on a manhunt. Then we will see who is ready to issue refunds.
