I just made a topic on this....
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/blackarrow-scam-656265

I think it's time to call in the police of some sort.... They are clearly thieves and they need to be stopped

They are hosted in Germany this means Interpol can be involved. Their corp is in HK so it means they are hiding behind nominees... but there is 1 thing i know about nominees... At the first sign of trouble... They resign and run away.

I found this on the Hong Kong police website

Internet Commercial Fraud

Swindlers hide behind the anonymity of the internet to deceive victims by appearing to be a legitimate company to promote their bogus products or services.  Victims end up paying for goods or services that are non-existent, sub-standard or vastly overpriced.

Such swindles are usually perpetrated by email and often include extravagant claims such as exclusive and profitable investment opportunities, luxurious gifts in return for small purchases, and ‘special’ or ‘time-limited’ offers urging the victims to act fast.

Seems pretty clear to me what Category BlackArrow falls into.

I will file here -> http://www.police.gov.hk/ppp_en/02_er_room/cif.html
I should not be the only one to do this.... Everyone should work together to take these $%I#@ to the cleaners... They give a very bad name to the industry.

and im guessing they didn't let people pay with credit card??
least those lucky people can charge back, all though I've never done a charge back but surely you can do it at any stage ?? (unlike paypal)

consumers should just refuse to pay unless they can use a credit card, but ofcourse for every 10 customers refusing there is 100000 customers happy to take theirr place in the queue.. and bit with bitcoins..

seriously if someone made a pic of a device with electronics inside, do people just throw, not give.. but throw money in said companies direction ?
I saw them flogging BitFurries and believed they had the knowhow to produce an ASIC. They appeared to be a real company delivering real product. In many places it's unlawful to fish with live bait and barbed hooks.

it used to sadden me... now it frustrates me...

anyway if this company delivered now would people still make a profit ?? or is it another one of those companis selling expensive door stops ?

The network difficulty is now 4x what it was on February 24th. This means that 8TH/s today is the equivalent of 2TH/s back then. When the today number gets big enough it's a door stop or a space heater if you're one of the lucky Siberian customers.

In what way have you lost any BTC in this? And are you able to prove this?

I paid in USD via swift, the receipt is proof.

All customers including me have lost about BTC17 in revenue per X3 since Feb 24th due to the failure to deliver.

3. No shipping date provided.

4. Refunds refused.

A report from an irate customer says Black Arrow has offered a BTC refund to him. Although this customer has taken issue with the amount offered to be refunded.

5. SHA256 is an established encryption scheme. ASICs are an existing technology. SPI is an existing technology. The official Acorn RISC Machine project started in October 1983. CGMiner is an existing software.

Why are 99.9% of the customers left with nothing at all three and one half months after the agreed upon shipping date of a revenue generating perishable commodity?
