Today Minexsystems statement looks like indirect recognition of Boris utterly incompetence in running project:

Also it looks like they dont have a clue what to do next,that project is abandoned. Project failed,Boris game project failed...

But Boris incompetence is not only thing that ruined project. His greed atributted to that even more.

Original Minexsystems Whitelist project has never been started. After collecting money,Boris commited fraud toward project investors and diverted money in his personal gaming project which was never part of project. At the same time, he was mercilessly dumping premined coins on investors, ruining project completely. Now ,when the project is totally ruined and money was spent(something on project ,something in Boris hands),there are not new Whitelist which can help. It will continue to fall down,followed with bunch of empty promises with only purpose to sell rest of premined coins to gullable investors.
