Dont think so that Boris will try one last big pump. It needs a lot of money with very uncertain outcome for one who will pump,because people would dump relentlessly just to get out of it.
Boris has already spent 5 of 5.5 milions of premined coins or 90% and I believe he would try to sell the rest of premined coins and finish VR game project which is not very likely.He also has 90 ATM machines,bought last year and worth at least $300.000,but I dont think that he will put that money in project or pump.

They are quiet because of two reasons.
After multiple failures in a row and MNX price in spiral fall,they exausted all possible and impossible excuses and lies. Second, a lot of people employeed in Minexsystems,especially in theirs Support and Marketing department left,so there is nobody who can talk with customers except 2 guys in Telegram.
Irina Syvun, head of Customer Department left in August 2018, Kateryna "Katoshi" Doljenko - Chief Strategy officer in marketing department left in January 2019 (went to CODEX exchange) and Lyudmila Tovstenko - Chief Marketing officer left Minexsystem few days ago.

In theirs last tweet, Minexpay offers UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS card holders to use Minexpay to exchange crypto to fiat and get money via holders regular bank cards or bankwire through SEPA. Question is why would anyone do that and pay Minexpay extra fees,when it can be done on every exchange with minimum expense on fees?

Where did you dig this up? About that the U-Pay refuses to make cards for Minexpay and Minex project. Is this information from some source?
As far as I know, this procedure is temporary.
Upaycard has never issued payment cards to Minexpay, but to lithuanian company UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS. That company Minexpay illegally used as a cover,shell company for theirs illegal activities. Minexpay used UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account illegally,without Upaycard knowledge, plus Minexpay were sending cards to countires out of EEA zone ,despite Upaycard license covers only EEA.
Minexpay did massive violations of Upaycard and Mastercard rules and regulations and it was caught in it. UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account is suspended indefinetely and Minexpay illegal non-branded payment card program is over.
