In theirs last tweet, Minexpay offers UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS card holders to use Minexpay to exchange crypto to fiat  and get money via holders regular bank cards or bankwire through SEPA.  Question is why would anyone do that and pay Minexpay extra fees,when it can be done on every exchange with minimum expense on fees?

Today we saw on exchanges MNX so call "dead cat bounce" or temporary price jump,after protracted significant price decline.Despite some price recovery, demand for MNX coins on Instabuy stayed at 0 level. That is a sign of investors deep untrust in whole project and without Instabuy as an only source of income ,Minexpay will be forced to sell coins directly on exchanges.

MNX price is free-falling extremely fast

Their PR department will definitely close soon and then Boris and Co will run off.

When some company is trying to scam investors, it is just matter of time when the house of cards made by theirs public relation department will collapse. They can lie people some time,buy cant lie all the people all the time.But it seems that price of MNX is now in free fall:

As far as dumping is concerned, the price is now $0.25 and sinking. people are getting out. I agree with you, there is no doubt in my mind that if they could sell their remaining pre-mined MNX they would exit, fast.

The Minex team have lost the public relations battle, it is a disaster for them. Banning people on Telegram and using the censored Bitcointalk thread to silence people has backfired spectacularly.

I do think Boris and Co have definitely left enough evidence to make themselves culpable in a Court of law. I just hope Boris does get a chance to defend himself in Court even though it will be a futile attempt to try to avoid the inevitable jail sentence.

They used project as cash cow,milking it to the last drop of milk/cash. With so many lies and with so brutal attitude toward investors(attacking,harassing, instabans...) it is probably one of the worst ICO scams ever. What they did do the people on Telegram group is an attempt of using behaviour conditioning and developping of Pavlov reflex on human beings - people developped fear of instaban, to ask what is happening with theirs money.

They left 500.000 MNX premined coins yet. I strongly believe that they would leave project right now, if they were successful to sell them all. I predicted that after last parking rate drop, price of MNX would settle in $0.28 -0.22 range, but it seems that it is possble to go even lower. Market is so shallow now,that only one mid-size investor dump can destroy it completely. Instabuy demand is on 0 ,so we will see who will dump first - some investor or Minexsystems/Minexpay.

The end game is near for MNX. It will collapse within a matter of days

As for their new scams, I am not surprised. They will make money after money with fake ICOs and fake projects as long as demolition man Boris is not locked up in jail.

His inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and several others allow him to promote the lies which then fool gullible users and newbies in to investing. The inner circle scammer alliance as just as much criminals as Boris is.

Zombie cards - already issued cards are not literally cancelled,buy you cant put money on them - debit card on which you cant put money is useless, living dead - zombie.

One more sign that game is over - few hours before announcement,they transferred 2000 MNX from address used for cards so call Minimum Reserve Balance to Instabuy. They have already cancelled cards issued to theirs employees( I hope so it was not card users money) and putting MNX to Instabuy, but demand on Instabuy in last 10 days came almost to 0.

Without Instabuy in action,they will have no other option ,but to sell premined coins directly to exchanges,like they did it before, They were selling coins in value of $75000 - 100000 every month to finance expenses,so you can imagine what will happened with coin price.

Why is the Minexcoin.org username saying that the cards are working but the conversion is not working? It seems they claim you can still use your Upaycard to go shopping if balance is on there but I doubt they are telling the truth.

Today,new court documents about Boris Shulayev involvment in tax fraud became available.Trial began at 22th.Feb. By court document,it seems that he and his buddies from other companies which formed a tax evader ring were going in the poor villages around Kiev,offering poor people a money compensation to open companies under theirs names. Of course ,even now they are trying to make it look not so ugly as it is.They are claiming how Upaycard is now working in-depth due diligence check-up of Minexpay illegal account on Upaycard. Such work usually lasts 7-21 days after account suspension/blocade.Today is 15-th day after account has been blocked and it is obvious that Minexpay failed to give any reasonable explanation why they are hiding behind other company account,sending cards out of EEA and forcing card users to pay them special tariffs and fees if they want to use card.

This represents how shameless fraudster Boris really is. First,he took/stole investors money and used it for his own personal project which was never part of initial Whitelist. This game was made from initial investors money so any profit/shares belong to them.

Now he wants from people he lied so many times to buy imaginary shares which value was estimated by him !  He estimated value of these imaginary shares to $8-10 millions and now with price of 10000 MNX = $3100 per 0.1% shares, value of company suddenly changed to  $3.1 millions.

Real truth is that Boris made a agreement with Omnigames as a game wholesaler/distributer about his game distribution. Usual percentage games wholesaler/distributer is taking is 30% per every sold game.So Boris will get 70%, Omnigames 30% from every sold game. But Boris part of profit actually belongs to Minexsystems initial ICO investors,not him...

In reality, there is no company or shares to be sold.Minexsystems and Omnigames are staying two separate companies.  Boris is trying to sell imaginary shares,which price is based on his own estimation how his game is worth,but which real value now is 0$. Plus,after all people should believe to him that he will correctly present data about sold games and pay dividends  

In total, it is just one more attempt of fraud and taking money from naive people,before Minexsystems inevitable collapse.
 

Today is 12th day how Minexpay lost its ability to use payment card system and now it is obvious that Minexpay / UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account on Upaycard has been blocked by Upaycard and Mastercard.





In the meantime,as predicted,price of MNX is starting to go down faster and faster as we close 15th.March. Today it hit new All Time Low at $0.31. Mine estimation it will settle in $0.22-0.28 range till 15th March.

Market cap is now only $1.6 millions and Boris want to sell his imaginary new game shares at price which is 2x bigger than current - 0.1% of shares for 10000 MNX or $3100, when the real, market cap value for 0.1% of shares is $1600  

now they are trying to get people to buy 10,000 MNX in exchange for shares with dividends supposedly.

 

With all things he did and he does, it is just matter of time.
