The problem is that i don't get share.... is like as since there is more people at the pool who has lesser hashrating than others are getting less or nothing share...

I agree, the graph page is a big bullshity. But it calculates your hashrates based on how many shares you deliver. And since p2pool shares take longer than normal pushpool shares, it will show up like that . Nothing you can do about it.

It all depends on your share. This pool pays for every share you deliver. But you have to wait 120 confirmations, which takes roughly 2-3 hours.
Might be that you got lucky the first hour.
But all in all, spread out during a day you will make the same amount if money. It happens that sometimes you get more of a payout, and other times you get less payouts.

Well. After you get a share for a block, that share needs to get 120 confirms and which roughly takes 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours you should start seeing chinacoins in your wallet, like so: http://i.imgur.com/nly7090.png

If it does, you're all set up.

Normally payouts are expected to come after 2-5 hours of mining. But more realistically it should be around 3 hours.
