There are many scammer in telegram, so we need to be careful with our actions. Never provide email or download any files from telegrams because they could be viruses and will steal information from our computers.

Whole of telegram groups have already filled by the scammers but the developers were also banning them when the dev has already seen their investors were reporting this. that's right, we should suspect anyone who sends a message using the name of a project outside of their official telegram group. if we have questions, it's best to ask via their official telegram and usually they will also answer via official telegram. it's very rare for me to meet a team talking outside of their official telegrams.so don't ever respond to any message that comes to you.

Although scammers using top exchange site telegram group to locate their prey is not something new and i think it people that need to wise to understand that no exchange site administrator will ever PM first.
The group pinned message usually contains the names of the administrators.
Not in every exchange site group on telegram and best and safest way to see the list of genuine administrator is by clicking the name exchange on telegram app which show list of the group members. 
For anyone to see this scam as a scam should rethink either going back to the analog age or get use to this old scam. If anyone make request from telegram impersonating an admin and ask you to send some tokens or coins to get higher coins, you should understand that such is a scam. Even at that, always check their telegram handles to always verify the Admins names with the account that message your telegram account. They have approached me several times and I turn them down and later called them scammers, from the name they won't chat you again in that regard.

Admins of top exchange group, even Bounty groups do not pm first, if anyone PMs you first offering a cheap sale or to help you. Block asap.
Never give out your private key to friends or strangers
I support your statement on this one dude, I agreed also that most of the scammer appeared on telegram they will definitely send you an email to ask something about the coin, then they will ask for Private key to have access to your account where that's their an open gate to steal your account that's why if you find some people sending you in pm at once block them that was a right thing to do.

I think scammers will always go to where they will have huge targets and funny enough it is in exchanges telegram group. No matter the exchange, there will always be scammers who will clone the account of the main admins to scam people, which is why it is very important that anytime you join an exchange telegram group or any telegram group at all, be careful of private messages that will start dropping in once you ask a question.
Besides, every official admin will surely give a warning that they never send DM beforehand. Means, if there is someone who claims the admin did it, that's a scammer. We must be very aware of this. Immediately report the account, use the features in the telegram, then notify the official admin to give a warning to other members.

Yes. I also experience this often. They ask to pay an amount in the form of ETH. If anyone has problems with Exchange or Wallet, it's best to contact the admin personally to avoid scammers.
