This is very  nice if schools should adopt bitcoin into the school curriculum  for students to get knowledge about bitcoin,  it will really be  a good advantage to the young ones that are coming up to help them  to have good plans as they are coming  up on how to be free from financial stress.  I think in time to come this will take  place in other regions as more countries accept bitcoin.
For sure government had let these things to happen because once it can already be seen that it is been teached out then it do already have some approval by governing bodies which is really that great to see upon.

We are wishing that we could see this on other countries as well to fasten up the adoption rate and recognition which would really add up on overall awareness and adoption.

Its a good step in that place Slovakia on where youth do have at least the idea or information about bitcoins existence.

This is no problem because it is about the basics. And I am sure that they will not explain Bitcoin technically based on the technology or other technicals.
This may be about the general knowledge about Bitcoin. Actually, this may not be a problem because this is like another new thing for them. As long as they explain the real about the general and they also give some advice about it, the student swill know and understand

Okay so you are taking about the Ghana Teacher who was drawing the whole setup for MS word to make students aware about it because there was no system in the school yet the dedication of the teacher was not broken and he took the responsibility himself to tell them about it :
This is another impressive news that we can find out. Some countries may still face the difficult situation, moreover about education in which actually this is very important as the basis of life. This will make how creative and smart a teacher to work based on their limited condition, become more patient and also spirit to make their children and students know more than a thing about this world and everything inside.

It is high time bitcoin was added to the education program for schoolchildren or students, because it is a new and progressive technology that is being used all over the world. I just don't understand in maths, computer science or economics to teach it? Probably better to teach it in more detail in institutes.

I would say that most of the current crypto experts are only self proclaimed one's and don't have an idea about the market at all and you should not believe them at all.The best one According to me is Andres who is so passionate about Bitcoin and can provide you in depth knowledge about it if you are capable of understanding it.

Yes! Yes! This is exactly the one I was referring to and you can find all kinds of stories like this all from Africa and India where there is a great need for education to bring the people into the digital age and yet where most people will never even get the chance to see a computer in their lives. Sad but inspirational to read about them.

So when people talk big about crypto influencers who do nothing do further the cause, I just roll eyes.

Andreas as you say is one of the few who is so different from the rest!

I have a lot of respect for Indians and Africans in terms of teaching technology. You see all their videos on youtube just teaching people without hype or without fame. I remember this story of one African teacher I can't remember the country, he was teaching students to use computers without computers. How? By drawing the screens for every software like Word on blackboard!

Because he knew even though they may never have computers but if they went to college they would know how to type and use software.

After this the Microsoft extended their support to the teacher and gifted them system so that they can have practical experience for it.

I see the same thing with crypto, so many influencers are teaching nonsense and gambling. But the good ones are also there teaching the good stuff and without the same recognition.

I think i remember this video which was circulating a few years back, one teacher teaching kids about computer with a blackboard and those kids have not seen a computer, it was heart touching to see people who are inspired to learn technological advancement but not having money to purchase one.

I hate the so called influencers, who are self made fake ones who usually create a social media filled with bots and then preach themselves as the hot prospect and they do nothing to the ecosystem but a thorn in the system who are there to leech money and nothing else.

I think i will utter that this is a good strategy for educating children ti learn bitcoin instead of creativity a wallet that they will not know about it. From my own understanding bitcoin have to be included to educational curriculum so that children of present era will start from the grassroots to learn bitcoin to the highest level, if not that government is against bitcoin and they will not accept such kind of advice, Bitcoin have go a long way from childhood to learn bitcoin

Catching them very young, one of my greatest mentor Gaius the first African to invest in Crypto and now lectures crypto all around the world would say. I think this initiative is welcomed and kids would get Early knowledge about crypto-currency, more reasons to believe the future is bright for Crypto-currency, and it's even amazing that slowly government are allowing people make their choices in crypto, I really wish I had someone to teach me earlier about crypto-currency I believe I would be better than I am now.

This is a good thing they already now make an introduction about the future bitcoin is not all about investment but also the transaction is made with the blockchain too and the security. This way the students makes an idea and literate them what is the potential of the bitcoin is self imagine if those kinds already see what can be in the future with bitcoin at a very young age they can commit and one of the millionaires at their age.

Bitcoin lessons have started to be done in many countries. mostly for young people -snip-
Yes, it is good news that the lesson of Bitcoin has been adopted in many countries. It means Bitcoin is a necessary part of our life already, everyone thinks it is needed to learn from an early age. I support the idea to have Bitcoin lessons in elementary school or kindergarten, but those children don't need to learn something difficult such as trading or investing. They only need to know the pictures about crypto or Bitcoin. Or they just read fun stories such as tale, that is related to crypto.

I see this one as supercool. In the current event it’s much much needed to showcase the new generation whole new world of financing. Though it’s gonna get injected way slowly in the market; it’s off to a great start. Student are nothing but the future of their national development and how they look at the systems that run it.

So pretty impressive that they are preparing them for the same. I just hope that they also add up blockchain associated studies when they go to high school level and graduate study. Depending on the interest they might just evolve it further to unimaginable use case.

This is superb! I love seeing education like this, I do think honestly that they are not interested in it on that age, though some of them will still remember this education and will have a step ahead in the financial world Smiley
Good thing that it wasnt banned on there on which it was been part of the curriculum which is really great and this isnt something that you could really see often on which
institutions would really be allowing this kind of teaching but it seems that the youth do shows up some interest and this one is really a good step on  making adoption
and recognition goes higher and its good that they do start up on very young to have some good grasps speaking on this crypto market not only on its
investment manner but also into its real use case.

Seriously that's really cool, I believe our kids should be given the opportunity which we didn't have. That's really a nice idea teaching our children about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general right from there I believe they will be able learn lots about financial sector and I believe this shouldn't just stop at Slovakia other countries should also learn from them.

This is a fantastic development; it sounds great to hear or see such advancements in cryptocurrency; those children will grow up with a strong foundation of both technical and fundamental knowledge about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general; kudos to Solvakia, which, despite its small s. All country, has made a significant effort with this fantastic development about Bitcoin.

I don't know about the parents being all that interested. Some will be, for sure, but how wide-spread will that be? I don't think anyone can tell with any amount of certainty. These kids will grow up though - give it a decade or so, and that generation may be far more interested in and accepting of cryptos than their parents.

Slowly more business were converting the cash reserve into bitcoin fearing inflation. We don't know what will be the future of cryptocurrencies, but as things are completely connected to technology learning it will surely be helpful in some means. There were more schools and universities that have begun to accept cryptocurrency payment, whereas very few have started to provide knowledge about cryptocurrencies.

As mentioned by the OP, Slovakia is a small country. Anything associated with technology isn't an easy thing to adopt, being a small country with limited population providing education on cryptocurrency is a possible one compared to a highly populated country doing the same.

Slovakia may be a small country but they have taken steps that even big countries are afraid to do. Once the school students are aware of bitcoins, they will tell their parents about it and you can't imagine how fast bitcoin awareness will grow among the people of Slovakia.

Also by taking these steps, Slovakia will become famous for teaching and giving awareness about bitcoins in the schools.

this is a very good move. In today's era, education must change according to the times, where technology is increasingly sophisticated, of course, children's education must adjust. With the lessons about bitcoin this is an example for other schools in this world. and this is a good thing for bitcoin, meaning that bitcoin is increasingly accepted by the community, although not all people know and not all countries can legalize bitcoin. But in the future I believe that over time bitcoin will not be separated from our lives.
