I would again like to point out that the scope of science is insufficient to comment upon God even if you assume God's existence right off the bat. 

In the same way that the scope of science is insufficient to comment upon its own non-empirical assumptions, it is also insufficient to comment upon the non-empirical aspects of God (again, assuming God exists; whether He actually does or does not exist is irrelevant to this consideration).

I just watched the remix of Exodus, and when I went to make my cup of tea, god spoke to me and asked me to ask you, in the origional version of exodus, and in the bible, was it not moses who was asked to sacrifice his kid? Why was this very significant peice of information removed from the latest version? (history is written by the victors) - This alone would prove that the god they worshipped at that time would be BAAL. And why freemasonry adopted said name into their own dietie's name. I mean if freemasonry worshipped the one true GOOD god, why 3 seperate names of diety? Freemasonry demands as a point of membership, for members to have a belief in god.. The reason I posted this is not immediately evident, but read carefully, and decide for yourself. 3 points to the above, One is clothed in light and flashing with fire, who is evidently higher then the being below, and thoth. Thoth is the scribe, keeper of the achaisic records. Thoth is Jesus. For Thoth claims the same as Jesus, in that only through him can you find the way. So it is reasonably safe to assume that the dude clothed in light is either god, or the devil.  The difference being, that if I were to post this in it's entirety, you'd discover that the dude clothed in light and flashing with fire is actually the christian god, albeit with the ring with weels upon weels on it's face.

I might agree that, that particular dictionary has slightly different entries for "God" than some others. But they are all quite similar. And, they have been around for a long time.

If you suddenly want to remove the word "God" from your vocabulary, that is up to you... at least to some extent. Perhaps you are one of the very few who doesn't believe in God, and who doesn't use the word as a curse word, say, at the bar, or out to lunch with a bunch of friends, or when you scrape your knuckles while being a backyard mechanic. But if you use the word in public, others, at least, will recognize the standard definitions.

Not so long, really.

The people back at the time after Jesus ascended into Heaven, thought that Jesus would return quickly, as He said He would. Well, they haven't been waiting for almost 2,000 years. So far, they have only waited as long as they lived after Jesus ascended. And I, how long will I wait? Only the length of my life.

If I live a hundred years, a hundred-year wait might seem like a long time while it is happening. But it is less than nothing when compared with the glory of eternity that I will be raised to in the resurrection.

If Jesus doesn't return for 10,000 years from now, what is that to me? I only will have to wait for Him for the hundred years of my life. Then I get to sleep. And as in a sleep, when I awaken to Him calling me from the grave, even if it is 100,000 years from now, I will only have waited for Him for a hundred years.

Your mistake lies in the definition of the word "God."

Jesus said near the end of John chapter 10:

One example of the word of God coming to someone is Moses. Moses was very powerful as he lived before God and the people of Israel. He did miracles at the command of God. After meeting with God, his face actually glowed with its own brightness, which gradually faded as he was outside of God's presence.

The Moses point? You are as God only when you do the things of God, only when the word of God comes to you. Otherwise you are a man/woman, destined to die, with little in life that you can do greater than any other man or woman.

As far as Lucifer (Satan) goes, Satan had such greatness at one time, at the time that he walked with God "among the fiery stones," right inside of the knowledge and presence of God. But when he attempted to make himself greater than God, he lost it all, and was thrown to the earth, to take up the form of a man at the greatest, even though he is way more clever than any man.

Keep on thinking that you are God. You will become like Satan, finally to be destroyed in the dust of the ground, with people wondering how they could ever have thought you (or they, for that matter) could ever have been considered to be God.

Personally, I am going to be like Moses, and Jesus in Philippians chapter 2:
I'm rather glad that the job of dying on a cross for the sins of the world has been done. I can't do it anymore, even if I ever could. But there are things that I can do to move me toward God likeness. One of these is to clarify as I have been doing, the wrong ideas about God that appear in this forum.

Near the end of Philippians, St. Paul says the same kinds of things that I am hoping for:

Your ideas what a god is, is wrong. When you come back with fairy tale points, you have no argument.

I am God. I know I am God because there is no other answer. The ideas of god have always been made up by man and nothing else. I would find it much more entertaining to believe in Harry Potter than a god, according to the man made stories, who has killed so many for all the wrong reasons. If Jesus made Himself visible to the world in such a way that everybody would really know that it was absolutely, indeed Him, then nobody would believe. They wouldn't believe because firsthand knowledge would take the place of faith.

This is why it is so extremely important that people believe in Him now. Faith saves. Knowing doesn't. When He comes, we will know. There will be no more room for faith.

Those who have been locked in to Him because they had faith before He came, will remain in Him. Those that didn't have faith, or had too little of it, will have no more opportunity to get faith, because faith will be out of the picture.

We are all God?

Prove it about yourself by keeping yourself alive for 200 years or more. Stay alive after jumping into a pool of molten lava in an active volcano. Prove it by staying alive and fully able to see after shooting yourself in both eyes with a .357 Magnum. Prove it by flying across the sky like superman.

Prove it by healing the sick people that you meet, like Jesus did. At least prove it to yourself.

How do you know that you are totally justified in anything? Simply because you can do it doesn't mean that you are justified in doing it.

What does the fact that Christ is partially energy have to do with anything? All material is energy, acting and reacting upon itself in complex ways so that we have this stuff that looks like material, but is really interacting energy.

Simply because God dwells within a person doesn't mean that the person is God. It may mean that he has some of the attributes of God. But he is simply the temple that God dwells within.

Why would anyone want to read any of your stuff, since we already have the Bible that way more accurately explains all we need to know about salvation?

Science can never prove the existence of something that never existed. If the thing some people consider god would just come forward there would be no confusion. Until then, stop believing in fairytales.

I am totally justified in discussing any and all aspects of God in this thread and of making an educated comparison that relates to my faith; in PM I mentioned to you some chapter(s) in Journals relating my point of view on this very topic of "Biblical Christianity" and now I have bolded an astounding statement of yours; i am totally confused. Christ was a being and is still a being!, not a story; Christ energy is not differing from GOD'S ENERGY. He IS ONE WITH GOD and GOD DWELLS WITHIN THE TEMPLE THAT IS YOU!
