I'd say they are doing pretty good in this department, especially compared to some projects out there. Majority of our questions get answers pretty fast, so I'm satisfied myself.

token sale on erc20 is understandable if you move to your own chain... i dont fancy ether too much

Using erc20 for the token sale phase is the best choice and move to the own chain after it. Erc20 is already well known during the token sale so it can be easy for investors to be involved.

Yes, it's also the cheaper and most known solution to date
