There is no ideal platform, everywhere there are dissatisfied users. I think that this project will also have some difficulties. Although the prospects for this idea are really good.

I think there maybe minor issues that will arise once the mainnet had been launched but I'm confident in the team's ability to resolve it asap.
It's popular now for projects to have their own blockchains, brings additional value to the project. Do you guys plan to launch on your own blockchain straight away or you gonna use some in the beginning and then switch to your own later on?
Building a good chain isn't something done in 10 minutes.
Most blockchain projects begin with an Ethereum token and later on migrate to their own chain.
Nothing unusual here.
It's also the reason why Ethereum is losing value imo.

Projects releated science good opportinity for researchers but there are a few points that i didn't understand. For example what is te proof of research and how will people use this option as miners. Will it be a new coin or just a platform? And from investors perspective, if they invest to your project how they will earn income?
Hi, we will use the BOINC framework: basically, your CPU will help research projects.

Projects with pre-developed platforms and / or projects under development will be better used in this downturn period, some projects with open CIUs have not raised enough for development and have not developed enough to continue, becoming a paradox
Indeed, those project that depend too much in the money they can raise to continue with their road map (at least in their first stages) are going to have a hard time to survive.That's right! And that's why I have high hopes for Scientificcoin since they are quite far with their platform development having completed already 60% with their own money.
