And again, there are facts being discussed. It's not an opinion that there's no way Marcelo Santos has 850 Gh/s of Scrypt mining power. Hey if I were you, I'd be butthurt too. It's a sure sign that you're an intelligent investor when you dismiss facts as "fud" and do so without a thought to using a capital letter, punctuation, or correct spelling. My repeated claim is that Scrypt.cc is not mining and the only rebuttals to that point are insults, nonsense, and directives to put stuff in my butt.
Meanwhile, my hardware miners and investments in legitimate mining operations, are paying out. It's certainly your choice to continue investing and believing in SCC, but dismissing facts as FUD is a dangerous tactic in crypto.

If they are really mining, and they are mining at that rate, then yes, they can recover. But in my experience, websites like this who say they got hacked are ponzis and will entirely disappear soon. But hope for the best.

Have they stopped mining at least for some time during this incident? Because if so - there has to be a significant drop in scrypt hashrate and then rise up agan. If not - they have no real miners or uses an extended fractional reserve mining, that is selling way more hashpower than they own..
no, they just stopped some services on the websites. website was set in panic-mode. (disabled trade-engine, withdraw- and deposit-service).
miners are not affected by this incident and still mining.
they are mining to compensate with the loss of BTC but I don't think rewards will be given to those who invested with scrypt just for now.
lets just hope that the site will be up and running soon
