dadon: The devs have nothing to do with whatever is going on in the markets.
Stop spreading misinformation

The increase is people hyping anonymous coins, xmr, sdc, dash, nav and so on. Any anon coins have risen.

Ummm...  it would be better if people learned the difference between coins like xmr, sdc, dash, nav and so on.

Shadowcoin Tor addnode=.onion's have been updated to the current release v1.5.0.1

~ I noticed that the windows x64 download link at https://umbra.shadowproject.io is currently for the x32 version of v1.5.0.1

The correct windows x64 download link is ofc here :

- https://github.com/shadowproject/shadow/releases/download/v1.5.0.1/umbra_1.5.0.1_win64.zip

- See: https://github.com/shadowproject/shadow/releases/ (all versions)

Cheers!

Herewith, SDC UMBRA Tor addnode=.onion support ;

addnode=umbrapxieyalbldd.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxhy2lmc3j7t7.onion:554
addnode=umbrah4nz5nybziy.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxp7gbiaqniwp.onion:554
addnode=umbrax5u5zj5bspa.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxzr2wpn6hz23.onion:554
addnode=umbra3nrlxk66gzl.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxvuymj4ika4m.onion:554

An example Tor shadowcoin.conf (which can be used with the Tor Browser Bundle - https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html
- out-of-the-box) ;

Code:

Code:
listen=0
port=554
maxconnections=8
proxy=127.0.0.1:9150
onion=127.0.0.1:9150
onlynet=tor
addnode=umbrapxieyalbldd.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxhy2lmc3j7t7.onion:554
addnode=umbrah4nz5nybziy.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxp7gbiaqniwp.onion:554
addnode=umbrax5u5zj5bspa.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxzr2wpn6hz23.onion:554
addnode=umbra3nrlxk66gzl.onion:554
addnode=sdcfxvuymj4ika4m.onion:554

addnode=shadow2b3ozvqmhm.onion
addnode=shadow3kdzs7v6is.onion
addnode=shadow5ea566kf2j.onion

It is advisable to add regular IP addnodes at the base of this .conf for 'failover', which will enable your client to also exit connections via Tor. Although, hidden_service connections (.onion) never leave the Tor network.

- https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sdc/#!network

Remember that less connections are preferable over more connections, in terms of anonymity and privacy. 6 to 8 connections are probably optimal for broadcasting transactions.

Port 554 has been selected as it is a common Tor Exit port - see: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/ReducedExitPolicy - whereas the 'default' Shadowcoin port 51737 is not.

SDC / Tor users might also appreciate my ramblings here ; https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.16104604

Cheers!

Hi BitcoinFX,

We sure appreciate Tor nodes bridging the clearnet to the hidden net!
We have a few of our own actually, we should probably update the docs to include them, thanks for the notice.

Code:
addnode=shadow2b3ozvqmhm.onion
addnode=shadow3kdzs7v6is.onion
addnode=shadow5ea566kf2j.onion

You're always free to host your own, if you need funds to do so then the only option is to openly request it here with a BTC/SDC donation address attached to it.
I can't however guarantee any monetary reward for running the nodes, I'm sorry  Undecided

I don't think the whale(s)/dev(s?) putting in those multiple steps buy wall is inspiring much confidence - looks like manipulation on the face of it -- the kind that evaporates after a pump-dump.

It'd be good if that 500BTC in buy orders looked "natural" -- like real, genuine market support.

I know long term holders aren't interested in the daily price, but its good to see a nice long term rise is definetly happenining. Its always a good time to buy as soon as the price reaches this line. This for everybody that is thinking to invest in the project long term as most of us do. Here it is:

Long term holders get rich, if the dev team is more active, next anon coin lists on dark net market will be sdc.

How many Shadow cash do i get if shadow cash would be recommended as a buy in a newsletter for traders?

Are you planning on putting in your recommendation the fact that you were paid to make the recommendation?

That's what it would take, with this crew. No phony stuff here, that's for the crapcoins.

Agreed, we want honest opinions, not propaganda. We won't be paying anyone to recommend SDC. There will be no points deducted for sincere criticism.

I dont mean as propaganda. I am serious, i am sunscribed to a serious trading newsletter. They send this newsletter to 50k subscribers. The owner mentioned Monero three weeks ago. So i can ask if he wants to do he's research on Shadow Cash and review it in his newsletter?

That would be really cool.  Come join our slack channel here https://slack.shadowproject.io/ and shoot me a pm to discuss this possibility.  My username in there is Extremistan.  I'll be around. Looking forward to chatting.  Smiley

Fantastic vtr99!

Btw, I created this giveaway and I'm not a dev. Just an active contributor. Smiley

The bounties are geared towards video reviews of Umbra and it's main features. The goal is to get video tutorials, reviews, excitement in the YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, etc platforms. There are also larger bounties for articles from crypto news centers and main stream news publications. Reddit style, steemit, etc posts and reviews are not eligible but definitely wanted.

I posted this on r/Shadowcash as well. https://www.reddit.com/r/Shadowcash/comments/52s8v2/community_sponsored_sdc_giveaway_focused_on_new/

You can pm me here or better yet on our slack @litebit. I'm rarely here.

By the way, who would we contact if I create an article about Shadowcash on my blog?
if they publish this here where can we see it or where can we submit our link and see if its approved?

You can post the link here, and PM dzarmush.

I'm not part of the team so it's better to contact devs directly here or on Slack channel. But sure, if someone PM me about a publication I'll let devs know about it.

Sorry for any confusion, I thought you were volunteering to manage this...

Simply posting a link here or on the Slack channel will get the author recognized and rewarded.

The 100% match I am offering will be awarded in 25% increments.

Part 1: If I feel the project completes one of the stated objectives I will award a 25% match of the posted bounty.

Part 2: If the project offers a unique perspective I will award another 25%. It is fine to use existing material to backup your project, but it needs to offer a new angle or personal perspective.

Part 3: I will award another 25% of the stated bounty for good quality. This will be subject to my opinion alone...

Part 4: And finally I will award another 25% for overall impact of the presentation.

In addition, I say we take a vote for the best presentation and I will award an additional 100% match for the best project.   Smiley
