I cannot speak for other members that are reading your post but I welcome any input from Seabet because they have stayed silent for far too long. Having said that, the post did not address why there was silence on the allegations until now. This sort of conduct does not look good for any company that proclaims to be a serious business.

What was the reason you deliberately avoided addressing the allegations/concerns before? What has changed that has now driven you to make the post seeking resolutions?

I must say, it's a good call on your side julerz, running a promotion with a strained reputation would be bad for their marketing since people would probably not have the best view of their casino. it's always for the best to address or fix any issues first before proceeding with another promotion if they want people to view their promotion in a positive way.

LuckySea (the seabet.io forum representative) was online two days ago yet failed to make a post in order to put forward their side of the story regarding the recent scam allegations that were made against them. These are not new allegations, they were made some time ago therefore LuckySea had ample time to reply to them.

I am disappointed Seabet did not even try to address the allegations (or provide an update if they were looking in to them). Their behaviour has been below what the expected levels of customer services should have been.

Most websites (even the trivial ones) would have some form of terms and conditions, however some of them use a clause to change the rules as and when they want. It is not unusual to read in almost all terms and conditions a line stating: "we reserve the right to amend these rules". Some would add a notice period and some would not.

It would be an extremely unusual move by Seabet if they have used this particular scam accusation to remove a country from their accessible list in order to try to stop the claimant proceeding that is why they need to post here with their side of the story.

That's a bit strange even though they could do it without telling you or all their customers first. I saw they wrote about this one in the TOS, and hope you received notice of the TOS change as they said. The question is, did you get one of them?

Its really weird since anytime they can change their term in favor to them especially if someone win a huge prize on their casino. This is really weird  since they can possibly void those winnings and say that they violate the TOS since there's updated terms regarding on their situation. I guess for having this kind of information we read its really better for gambler to read the TOS  so that they can read something thay can make them feel uncomfortable.

Seabet should came out on where they are now and answer all the accusation posted against them since this will be the end of their business if they keep evading people waiting to see some actions coming for them.

There is a lot going on in this thread but the Seabet forum representative (LuckySea) is nowhere to be seen. I understand they have not been online since 16th February and this could be because of many reasons but overall it does not look good when complaints against them have been outstanding for a long time. If they had given some response with their version of events it would have given a full picture of what happened because as of yet we still have only one side of the story.

I think casinos have a TOS that all their customers must adhere to and if you bypass the restrictions by using something like a VPN then you need to consider the consequences.

I think this is a good idea since casinoguru will be interested in getting updates on outstanding complaints considering that it lists the casino on the site and will not be satisfied with directing site visitors to a suspicious casino. It is a responsibility that requires the provision of confirmed statements from any party to ensure the efficiency of the casino and that all complaints against it are resolved.

Still wondering why the casino representative remains in his silence while I think it should not be a big issue to explain if what they did it without any bad intention.


It is irresponsible behavior from a platform that only promotes itself on the BitcoinTalk forum and after it managed to gain the trust of the community by launching a signature campaign for several weeks under the management of a reputable campaign manager. Perhaps the campaign manager, Julerz, has the possibility to contact him and ask him why he is ignoring all the accusations and if this will continue in this way.

The platform will not be able to maintain a good reputation this way, and he actually received a negative trust on his profile from one of the dt members.

Well they could lose trust for acting like that since for sure a lot of people here doesn't like to see how they take action on the accusation posted against them. I they continue to ignore it then I guess we will just assume that those accusation is true since they didn't clear anything to defend their platform towards those allegations.

If their campaign manager could able to help contacting the representative then I guess that would be better to see how they could able to solve those issues.

OP is so active before posting updates on this thread but now he's totally vanish and that creates a lot of doubt that there's something bad happening on their casino.
