Good update but what do you think the gaming provider block his withdrawal? It supposedly your platform blocking as you might have suspected that he might doing something behind, in short taking advantage or cheating, but let's see though, hopefully you can comeback and explain everything.

Why don't you post proof that the game provider contacted your casino to block the player's withdrawal. and I can't understand, what's the player's fault when he's simply playing at your casino? You should check the post above by the representative regarding your case. The game provider is the one having an issue on your account probably have something to do on your betting activity or something that raise concern to them.
