I don't know why Seabet reps are keeping quiet about their user complaints, they should have told their side of the story in the scam accusation thread so the community could see who was really at fault here. It is important to hear both sides of the story in order to come to any decision, and Seabet is making a mistake here by staying silent rather than solving their customer's problem, and if they think about operating this way they will be ruining their reputation at their own fault.

Seabet said "several days", 2 weeks passed since he said it but no updates from him and the user has not received any update from them. The other user (kadat) opened a scam accusation thread already and it seems that the case is the same as vdd2a2ddd which is about "
account under review" and both cases takes too long time, not only several days as what Seabet said in above post. This casino will start to get bad impression if they ignore the complaints without giving good explanation about what is going on.
