i tried, but i cant make a complain there because seabet added my country to restricted locations, so its not possible to write complain there..
When did they do it, was it before you registered or after this case occurred?
I think casinos have a TOS that all their customers must adhere to and if you bypass the restrictions by using something like a VPN then you need to consider the consequences.

I have seen the negative tag on their account yet even after that Seabet did not make efforts to reach out to resolve this claims. Keeping other scam accusations mentioned in this thread aside, it is disappointing they have not posted in the scam accusation thread: Seabet.io Holding my funds for more than a month. because they could have put their side of the story forward.

I guess what also does not help is if the OP does not post an update every few days even if to say nothing new has happened otherwise it could mislead some to think they have settled the matter between them.

Will you try to submit a complaint at casinoguru, you'll be the first one to submit because I cant find an on going complaint there except 1 review from a user with the same case as yours about account under review.
Perhaps casinoguru can help you to contact them and it will also help others outside this forum to notice that there is a serious issue to be resolved by this casino.
I doubt you will get an update here because OP seems to be ignoring complaints, he/she should have answered you or gave you updates if he/she has no intention to ignore.
I just checked, they are still active at X, have you tried to contact them through DM at X?

I think this is a good idea since casinoguru will be interested in getting updates on outstanding complaints considering that it lists the casino on the site and will not be satisfied with directing site visitors to a suspicious casino. It is a responsibility that requires the provision of confirmed statements from any party to ensure the efficiency of the casino and that all complaints against it are resolved.

It is irresponsible behavior from a platform that only promotes itself on the BitcoinTalk forum and after it managed to gain the trust of the community by launching a signature campaign for several weeks under the management of a reputable campaign manager. Perhaps the campaign manager, Julerz, has the possibility to contact him and ask him why he is ignoring all the accusations and if this will continue in this way.

The platform will not be able to maintain a good reputation this way, and he actually received a negative trust on his profile from one of the dt members.

Well they could lose trust for acting like that since for sure a lot of people here doesn't like to see how they take action on the accusation posted against them. I they continue to ignore it then I guess we will just assume that those accusation is true since they didn't clear anything to defend their platform towards those allegations.

If their campaign manager could able to help contacting the representative then I guess that would be better to see how they could able to solve those issues.

OP is so active before posting updates on this thread but now he's totally vanish and that creates a lot of doubt that there's something bad happening on their casino.

if it is conversation with their support you really should post screenshots of it so forum members can see and get more information about your issue with the gambling site, right now, there is nothing backing up your claim.

there is a scam accusation posted against the website recently but sadly their forum representative hasn't responded on that thread.

Their forum representative (LuckySea) was active today but yet again have decided to not make any post at all regarding the scam accusation by Kadat and that was disappointing.

They have had ample opportunity and time to at least respond in public to the complaint against them, even just to state they are dealing with it would have sufficed for a short time but they did not even do that. I have no idea why they have decided to ignore forum members that are asking them to look in the above case when they know it will not look good on their reputation.

We know from previous experiences that some investigations may take up to few months. Also, by doing so, they show us that they are serious about about resolving these issues.

We know from previous experiences that some investigations may take up to few months. Also, by doing so, they show us that they are serious about about resolving these issues.

Reviewing or investigating user's upon withdrawal request is normal and some casinos (smaller one) do it to make sure that all bets made by players are legit.
But taking too long time to do that without good communication with the players is a red flag and it shows unprofessionality.
Looking at the amount involved in the 2 complaints, I can say that the amount is not that big for a casino to make too long investigation.
The OP also change his behavior a bit lately, he was so active in bumping this thread last month but he is not doing it anymore this month (can be after the complaints).
Is it just a coincidence or OP has no clue on what he should say in this thread about the complaints?

This casino will start to get bad impression if they ignore the complaints without giving good explanation about what is going on.
She disappeared from the discussion after giving only one reply, she informed her team about this but she couldn't come up with any update even after so long. If it takes them so much time to resolve a complaint, what will they do when their business gets bigger! They may be ignoring this complaint on purpose, and I think that would be their biggest mistake to ruin their reputation here.

In my opinion at this stage neither of the two complaints mentioned in this thread can be elevated to a scam accusation because it is too early for that. The Seabet team need to reply to the complaint you highlighted because over two weeks of silence is simply not good enough.

As for the other complaint against them, they seem to have kept him waiting for over a month. By trying to stay neutral, their next reply to both these cases will probably indicate whether the scam accusations against them are justified therefore they need to reply as soon as possible.

Below is the only response from Seabet for the complaint by above user (vdd2a2ddd):

It is important to hear both sides of the story in order to come to any decision, and Seabet is making a mistake here by staying silent rather than solving their customer's problem, and if they think about operating this way they will be ruining their reputation at their own fault.
