What is the eta Micon? Myself and I'm sure many others use your site as a form of income and have a majority of our money with you. I need to know how to prepare in real life if this is going to be an ongoing issue. I hope you can understand the concern.
As a poker player with a 1999 Paradise Poker account I completely understand you and have been in that situation myself in the past. I don't believe this outage should be very long, although you must consider once we beat this version the attacker may change it up and once again achieve temporary success.
Personally, I'd bet we can play SwC within a few hours. I don't hold much hope for it being smooth sailing all day though.
Best of luck to ST6, I got word they are calling in Dr. Huh. He should have the medicine.

This downtime without an update is unacceptable. Some of us have real money on this site. There needs to be an ETA and an explanation. Immediately.

from SwC perspective, I am personally in charge of the MTT schedule and there is a revision that I have submitted to ST6 that we should see here soon, then after that schedule runs for a week I will be revising again. Then again.
user FIVEbetBLUFF has been helping me with suggestions to fill in some of the gaps we have in the action. I also feel we may have too many total MTTs in the lobby, which may be cluttering the schedule and cannibalizing each other. I feel we all want the biggest MTTs possible, and I vow to work constantly to that end.

Can you update us what specifically your intentions are?So fare it seems that only what you care about is
to save as many high stake MTT's as possible on expense mid stake MTT's,on every other poker site mid stake MTT's have much larger players field then high stake.You offer nothing to these players except 10 chips as small as possible ,essentially turbos.You have NOTHIG to offer average MTT player.Why?

I was logged into the client as well and playing. Whatever issues they are having didn't stop me from getting disconnected while playing and then I couldn't reconnect:)

If Micon or anyone at Seals would like me to lay out a completely overhauled MTT schedule I will gladly do so. I've had alot of people pleading with me on Seals to help change the tournament schedule/structures, and I am more than willing to help. Micon has me on Skype. No excuses. Contact me and let's get this thing fixed!

I was asking about krill earned for tournaments as I couldn't find it on the website. I emailed support and they responded. My post about that is 3 posts before yours.
As far as disconnects, when this happens the pc client closes and I am prompted to send an error report. This only happens when I am in a game, never when only the lobby is open. It can happen once or twice an hour. XP hard wired very fast intertubes. It has been going on for months and when I contacted x a while back I got no response. Whether or not I have detect disconnect selected or not makes no difference.
I had stopped playing for a while and recently came back. Who knows for how long. I have AA and there is a raise and a call in front of me, please don't disconnect PLEASE
Any timeline on the new client?

THE SAT 500 AND SUN 1K MTT TOURNAMENTS ARE INCREDIBLY BAD STRUCTURES. MANY PLAYERS THROUGHOUT THE THREAD HAVE ASKED FOR 3K STARTING STACKS AND SLOWER STRUCTURES THAT WERE IMPLEMENTED FOR SAT 5K. PLEASE CHANGE FOR THIS WEEKEND IT REALLY SUCKS TO HAVE BLINDS AT 100 AFTER 30 MINUTES OF PLAY AND 10 BIG BLINDS IN 80 PLAYER FIELDS. COMPLETLY RIDICULOUS BINGO NOTHING TO DO WITH POKER LUCKBOX TOURNAMENT. REALLY A SHAME BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT TOO MANY 10 AND 20 CHIP BUYIN THAT ATTRACT 70 PLAYER PLUS FIELDS ON SEALS. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT TAKES TIME TO PUT UP A GOOD TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE BUT IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT ON ONE OF THE FEW TOURNAMENTS GETTING MULTI PLAYER FIELDS ON THE WEEKEND.
THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL. YOU HAVE 2 OVERLY QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO COULD HELP YOU GET A COMPTETIVE SCHEDULE IN CHAZLEY AND LUBOSKI . TOURNEY SCHEDULE REALLY NEEDS A REVAMPING.

The structure problem is an argument that for the most part has been ignored. I brought up this issue a few weeks ago and heard nothing but crickets. They don't seem to care that the structure for a lot of the higher buy-in tournaments is bad. Why does the Saturday 5K guaranteed have a better structure than the Sunday Big BTC 20K guaranteed?
I do appreciate the connection issues being fixed, so that's definitely something positive.

Support emailed me back. It is the square root of the fee rounded down to the lower tenth and multiplied by 2. They said they are updating the promo page and provided me a link to the explanation which I can not navigate to from the main page.

The krill explanation on the Seals promotion page only mentions cash games. I thought you received krill for tournaments also. Do you and if so how is it calculated?
When I started there was no krill for tourneys now there is. Don't know how they calculate tournament krill but fyi you don't get rakeback for krill earned in tournaments just the ring games.

Yes I remember that they went from no krill to awarding krill on tournaments. Doesn't make sense that they wouldn't have those details on the promo page.
Seeing that there isn't much in the way of support here I guess I will email them.
Correct you don't get rakeback for tournament fees. A lot of the tourneys have overlays so you can think of it as a way the site compensates itself. Sat 5k yest had 37 runners meaning 1300 overlay, perfect example.

I like some of BitBOOM's ideas. 1 WTA superturbo for shizzle.
going to drop a 20 deep GTD on the scheddy soon at 1600 vegas time.
Also going to make saturday 500 and sunday 1k a 3k chip stack. seems right. Those will likely be changed next week.

I very, very rarely get disconnected these days. I do hear stories of others having it happen to them, and it is very hard to rule out user error, so we simply must stand by our "play at your own risk" policy while trying to provide the very best service we can.
