This is the land of wolves now & you're not a wolf
I received an email over the weekend that Hold Em Manager is now accepting BTC.   That is pretty cool that the online poker world is opening up to Bitcoin.

Not sure if hold em manager works with seals with clubs?

Yes, that name exists. Gotta email them for password recovery (expect some serious questions / validation methods.) GL.

May I know how did you check it exists?

NLNico is super clever Wink

also, you cannot register a name that has already been registered.

There's also the #seen robot in the lobby chat.  Not sure how far back in history #seen can see though.

Had a chance to play semi-recently and I have to say it was a very smooth experience all around, I managed to come out with a decent profit as well. Less confirmations on deposits would be ideal though if possible.

^ obvious scammer

I legit LOL'd

HAHA I edited just to make sure anyone with a brain didn't realize I was trolling. Wink Nice to see you picked up on it.

^ obvious scammer. Obv trolling that is the highest trust score I have seen to date. You should come into the lobby and do sales if you aren't already. Pretty comical that all his negatives come from red untrusted members.

Not sure. Sealsdeals.info might help, but its not working for me now(last I tried it months back, so not sure if the search feature is still working.
Bitcoinpokerblog also might be one option, but you need to register there first. or maybe what dave23 said

How is the player level on Seals with clubs compared to pokerstars?
I play mostly tournements on stars, are the players on SWC weaker or stronger?
Well, that would be hard to answer considering tournaments on Stars having a big field of players, but I think tournament players are similar almost on all sites.
The field obviously becomes tougher if you go for the big buyin tournies like the BIG BTC on sundays, but mostly its similar to stars.

Well depends on the stakes you want to play on. If you are talking about tournaments, then expect mostly the same kind of standard as stars.

I used to play on here a lot but forgot my password (or maybe username). Any chance on recovery or atleast telling me if this dumb forum name (TingCoin) exists on SWC? Because I'm sure I'd of used this back then.

Cheers!

Tried to use either swc chat command (#seen TingCoin) and  sealddeals.info site to check for that username and it seems it has never been used on SWC.

My suggestion is to visite sealdeals.info: on the left you will see a field you can fill with player usernames; try with username you likely used when you first registered there, different from tingcoin btw.

if he is a very old player who has not logged in for 2 years, he wouldnt be in the #seen history.  The best thing to do is to send an email to support @ sealswithclubs.eu

You can play Betcoinpoker on Android thru web if you have an Android flash browser. I play on Puffin browser there perfectly.

Regarding the other point you are missing the whole point. Everybody knows that if you have an Ace there are only 3 left out there and so forth, and the more opponents the more likely that one has one.  In HU it is less likely that any one particular card is out there than when playing multiple villains, that is why you play a wider range. But that would only be relevant here if the guy was playing only face cards. Obviously he was not as he/she/it was open raising 98%  of the  time so he was playing a super wide range.  The point is that with that super wide range he was folding preflop 95% of the time if I had face cards pocket pairs or AK . So how can this be possible?

And I think it's fair to reward old players that helped build the site up.

A lot of people just buy accounts with Krill. So they may have never spent a cent on SWC, nor played before, and instantly become eligible for the different tournaments by buying someone else's.

guess who's back
You guys should change the title now, its not the Largest Bitcoin Poker site.
You should also remove all bots like afpro, agrom from HU . They sit there for 24 hours, and makes it obvious its run by Seals.

Are you familiar with Agrov? Played once HU.  He/she/it would open  raised  preflop 98% of time except if I had AA, KK, QQ or AK would fold prefop 95% of the time. How would not having an A, K, or Q be relevant to only one opponent having them?

Who would be the bigger bitcoin site?

I think betcoin is only playable with a windoze binary.  As far as I know, there's no way for GNU/Linux or Android users to play, not even an inbrowser option.

About if having a particular card is correlated with your opponent not having one, it is!  Note that if if you assume that a deck can be in any random order, so there are 52 spots (0-51) for an Ace of spades to land in, and recalling that there are only 4 aces.  Assume that you get positions (0,2) and your opponent gets (1,3).  Then if you have an ace, then you know that A1 is in position 0 or position 2.  That means there are only 3 other cards which can be in position 1,3 so your opponent gets an ace.   If you don't have an ace, then
are 4 cards which might be in position 1 or position 3.  Do you see what i mean? If you have 2 aces, there are two less cards to fall into position 1 or 3 giving your opponent an ace.  You could make this more concrete with bayes rule but I don't think it's worth it.

Cheers

i play often.  glad to hear odeano isnt as big a freeloader as i thought.  would still like to see monthly krill races

I still like the overall krillrolls because it encourages players to play more under one name.  And I think it's fair to reward old players that helped build the site up.

So I wouldn't want to get rid of them, but I also see the value in something that incentivizes people to keep playing more after reaching a level.

Maybe a combination of both... lower the frequency of the lifetime krillrolls and use those chips for tournaments that require earning X amount of krill that month to enter.
