Your help is very much appreciated and thank you for all help so far. I will try to solve the problem, a challenge for a Linux-newbie  Grin
Do you tried to run cgminer as root ? (sudo ./cgminer ...) ? If successfully - check permissions of /dev/hidraw* (ls -laF /dev/hidraw; chmod 666 /dev/hidraw*)
It seems that 01-cgminer.rules contains wrong usb IDs for hasbuster so your OS don't set permissions of /dev/hidraw* to allow unprivileged users to open USB device.

Praise the Lord ! and the Lords name is XBOCT ! This solved the problem, cgminer is now running with the hashbusters on my ubuntu machine. Thank you a thousand times gades and XBOCT !

Unfortunately I just ported the code to the new version cgminer, to get rid of pereodicheskih segfault. I operate the device without a virtual machine. Fix Firmware I can not do this as you are a consumer. Therefore I propose to work together to improve the code!

disconnect power and usb, waited 30 sec, connected power, waited for led to stop blinking, connected usb: same error

The weird thing is, when I run the VirtualBox machine they work in cgminer ! When I do a lsub in a terminal in the virtual machine it shows the same as on the ubuntu machine, no manufacturer

lsusb on the virtualbox machine
Based on your image, then you have all worked, and lsusb output will not display the manufacturer because the package usbutils not know such a device as fa04: 0011

it works in the virtualmachine yes, but I don't want to use the virtualmachine. I want to run cgminer (or bfgminer) without a virtualboxmachine on my ubuntuserver or even better on my rapsberry pi with minepeon (my ultimate setup)

so more help is very much appriciated

If you ever happen to want to link against installed libraries
in a given directory, LIBDIR, you must either use libtool, and
specify the full pathname of the library, or use the `-LLIBDIR'
flag during linking and do at least one of the following:
   - add LIBDIR to the `LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable
     during execution
   - add LIBDIR to the `LD_RUN_PATH' environment variable
     during linking
   - use the `-Wl,-rpath -Wl,LIBDIR' linker flag
   - have your system administrator add LIBDIR to `/etc/ld.so.conf'

See any operating system documentation about shared libraries for
more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.

I downloaded the new version, when I run ./configure I get this error:

checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... no
configure: error: Could not find pthread library - please install libpthread

library is installed:

sudo apt-get install libpthread-stubs0
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libpthread-stubs0 is already the newest version.
