As a manufacturer we are interested in a wholesale that is why retail price is little high. But you may find resellers selling our miners with heatsinks and psu
Also lets get back to definition of "scamming". If we promised 30Gh and sent 20Gh units we were scamming, if we promised couple of months for product preorder and took money for a year we were scamming but we are just selling devises for our price. So if you don't like it just pass by and try to find another offers.
