For me, it will depend on the situation. Yes, bitcoin’s cost right now is meager, and if you sell your bitcoin right now maybe in the future, you lose huge money but what if you desperately need some money and the only thing you have is bitcoin so don’t hesitate to sell your bitcoins.  But if you don’t need some cash and can hold your bitcoin for a long time just keep your bitcoin or wait for your profitable moment to sell your bitcoins. Smiley
Will be more good if you store some money for the time of need so you will not have to sellout your bitcoin, as if you will in need to money at the time of dump then you can get lose so better if you hold some money for the time of need, as if you are earning 100% money then invest 80% in bitcoin and hold 20% in your wallet so you will  not  be have to sell your bitcoin at the time of need, otherwise it is very easy to use bitcoin for payment as now bitcoin is easily acceptable.

Well, this depends on the situation because we can't avoid some unexpected happening such as emergency. Especially when it comes to medical expenses but on the other, if it is not really necessary to sell then better to hold it in longer term because Bitcoin will probably be growing high as the years are passing by.

Because bitcoin belongs to a high risk investment, it means selling bitcoin is not an opportunity to lose, because there's nothing to guarantee that prices can continuously rise.

Technically it's a loss of opportunity for having a good profit because bitcoin price isn't stable so the chances of getting much more profit is anticipated. Thus, if you really need money then don't let this hold you back as of course you can still buy when it will dive again so be mindful to buy back.

Many posts discuss the possibility of exchange earnings with selling Bitcoin (and buy later). Other posts discuss the Bitcoin exchange rate, it seems that many agree there is a strong upward tendency and the volatility is hard to predict. It seems dat selling Bitcoin results in a serious probability of an opportunity loss. Selling Bitcoin can only be motivated by an (partial) exit. Do you agree?
I Agree on this there are many people that are trying to hold or to HODL their bitcoins even it is so small amount because they knew that having a bitcoin is an opportunity to change your life. some people call it the life changer. i also agree on it. just hold.

depend on every person i think. when they just sell their bitcoin without think for some future, or just earn some money from it, maybe they will loss chance to be better. but for some people who will buy back that coin and than sell it again, do this many time they will have more advantages than just sell

You have not losses opportunity and the price s increasing so you have to not lose hope and wait with your coin because bitcoin is most famous and popular currency for various ways like it is good for online transfer of money with in seconds you can send your bitcoin across the boarders and through this way we have to hold our bitcoin.
well, i guess that way. we will not lose luck selling bitcoins, but it could add capital to the next opportunity. I rather feel that selling bitcoin is adding value from luck than selling luck.

For some people with good technical analysis skill, selling bitcoin maybe an option. They will buy bitcoin back at lower price when they sell it because they can make prediction on market. But for me, i dont have good technical skill, my option is just hold it and hope price will recover.

You're right, maybe those guys used a short term technique in terms of investing here in bitcoin that we could buy and sell. It's just a simple strategy but need to be keep in monitor, so that they'll get the right timing either to buy or sell their coin. And in your scenario, I guess you used long term investment and that also a very effective way because bitcoin is much preferred in long term investment. Since this is the very first crypto currency and we know how far it reach its value.

A continuous selling and buying everyday is really beneficial. Simply call it trading. A really good friend of mine does it everyday. He buys/sells bitcoin around 10 times a day and tadaa after the end of the day he is with 5% more bitcoins that he had before the beginning of the days. Ofcourse he is good at reading markets and really has a great trading sense. So ofcourse he makes a partial exit but in this bearish phase its really great if you forget your old school HODL regime and try to go with the flow of the market.

My dear friend all i got to say about it is that people normally sell off their btc when they find their investment at profit they normally tend to cash out their investment once they find them at a higher profit level and it normal tendency of every investor not just that happen on btc it happen in every forms of investments for the investor to cash out their investments when the find out that the market is running at profit so its no new thing for the investor to cash out their investments at profit ratio. There are also some investors who do selling when they find their investment at loss as it create a panic situation for the investor which result in selling out their coins some often do it and end up on loss as they think that the market will continue to sink and they think that it will not recover so in order to cut loss some even sell during loss

Actually I feel sad and confused by seeing the bitcoin situation lately, because every time I see the market I have a sense of wanting to sell but hesitate because I think it will rise again and keep it that way until the bitcoin price is lower and very low .. and I feel sorry for not selling it when the price goes up a bit and now I have lost half of my previous income .. and finally I changed my mind because this is the beginning of my real profit because I am sure Bitcoin will one day recover and rise and I will be patient waiting for him. .
Maybe if we sell bitcoin today we are like lossing an amount of profit. Because this time is not the right time to sell, the price is low and we can buy many more bitcoin for good. I believ etgat the bitcoin will soon rise because it is really becoming more trend and amazing and many people gain into it.

For me, selling bitcoin is not an opportunity loss. It is just another way of gaining profit from possessing bitcoin and selling a portion of it is not a bad move to make. There are times that selling bitcoin might be preferable than holding it and we all know that the price of bitcoin is volatile so there are chances that you might consider selling it especially if it is a good time for doing so. Is not wrong to choose selling your bitcoin, it's your own choice whether to sell it all or sell a portion of it.  Some choose to hold their bitcoin as long as they can because they believe that the bitcoin's equivalent price will continue to go up. This is uncertain so selling bitcoin is not an opportunity loss at all.

If we buy expensive and sell cheap of course it is a loss, but if buy bitcoin a year ago when the price below $ 1000, of course sell now will get profit, not always sellling is detrimental, as long as have a good analysis then we can always profit when the price up or down.

suppose a few months ago when bitcoin fell to $ 1200, then I sold my bitcoin because I thought bitcoin would be lower than this price and you could see the current bitcoin at $ 7500 if I bought the current bitcoin then I would get 1.5 bitcoin. is this a loss? not because I'm sure bitcoin will have value in the next few months. I can still get 0.5 Btc from the amount I sold before.
back again to believe, if you believe in something then do it.
