Hi everybody,

XRP is currently very low (€ 0.20). I have some Litecoin coins. Bought at the beginning of January 2018, so considerably less. For the amount of those LTC coins you can now buy a lot of XRP. My question: do you expect XRP's rise to be higher than LTC's? I can easily see XRP for 0.20 go to € 1. So 5x. While this growth seems more difficult to me for LTC?

LTC is difficult to up because this coin is stable, in contrast to XRP which has high volatility. If you want to make big profits, you can sell your LTC and buy XRP. but the question now is, is the price 0.25 $ low enough now ?.
it could be that the price falls deeper considering BTC is in an uptrend.

If I were you, I'd rather hold LTC until things get better.

It's best not to exchange your top 10 altcoins for potentially profitable and trusted altcoins, because I think Litecoin and XRP are the best coins you should own and hold until the altcoins recover.
And you have a coin that will be profitable in the next few months and you have to be patient, you have to do some analysis and find accurate information before you do and that's my advice.

Sell your LTC for ethereum. This is a better choice rather than investing your money into the security coin like ripple. Billions supply, no utility usage, the foundation didn't even consider the holders as a part of the foundation.
XRP lacks of usefulness.
It's better to buy a coin with so many usability like binance coin. Litecoin is good but it can only be used as a payment system. I din't see any usefulness of litecoin other than it.
You can also earn passive income when buy a coin like binance.

In thay case you can use the uniswap if you wanted to or use the central exchange for that. Yes, I do believe that the XRP is way better than LTC but just like other members here stated that all will depend on the project and its market. Why not ask the team of the current update of the project and possible trajectory for the coin or market? Maybe they are still planning for betterment of the project.

why not just keep the two coins, because in my opinion, the two coins are also good, and have the potential to increase in price, if you only keep 1 coin and your prediction is not correct, it will result in losses later

Better not to go all in, if you can split from this two coins much better doing it, having the potential of alts bull on it's own, the market
may go further, if same thing will happened after 2017 bull run then expect to get something decent from both projects, the most
important thing to do for now is to keep reading what updates both this coin have, it will backup your decision making in the long run.

Those coins were not having a bright future. There is a better decision to sell them all and replace those coins with a coin like ethereum or something else. It's not about the prediction but when he was still in the profit and he can do what he wanna do.
I guess to keep the coins with low volatility is a good decision though
Somehow, people are still believing in those crap coins these days.

He has bitcoin, ethereum and many more promising coins to be chosen.

XRP price is cheap so this is a good decision to choose cheap altcoin because can give us a good profit, but I think you should not only choose XRP, but also diversify is so important, don't put all in only in a coin. Or maybe don't allocate all your LTC to XRP better 70-80% the remaining 20% still in LTC. Keep both or add more cheap altcoin is good decision

They both good actually so its hard to tell who will pump first so if you do see opportunity with XRP then so be it, because I’m sure they will pump both I just don’t know who will become the most successful one. Many hates XRP but this coin continues to pump despite of those hate, same with LTC so you have a good holdings but if you do have extra fund better just to buy XRP and hold them both.
I think the most visible price movement is LTC, in view of the less supply of XRP in my opinion it will give you a lot of profit when you have a lot of litecoin, litecoin price movements also depend on bitcoin price movements so it is certain that litecoin will be the best .

Based on data today 08 November, XRP price is $0.25 and Litecoin price is $60. So that's normal if you can generate more profits in XRP than invest in Litecoin, The cheaper coin can easily give profit than the expensive coin so your decision is good. But don't forget we are in crypto world everything is unpredictable

Thank you for replying! To be clear, I mean to sell LTC (€51) for XRP (€0,21). Both of them are going to grow in a bull market, I hope, but which of the two has the better cards for this grow?
During the 2017 bull run and beginning of january 2018, XRP went from 0.20 to $3.40, that's a tremendous growth. In that year, LTC all-time high was $360 according to Coingecko [1], that would be a 500% increase from the current price ($60). Pick your poison. But i would listen to the other users and keep an eye on Ethereum, just saying...

And remember, don't go all-in on a single crypto, diversify your portfolio.

Obviously litecoin is better, they also announced some good progress few days ago, if you're thinking about XRP, better to buy cardano, they're similar but with more better technology and i don't really believe xrp since theyre centralized

mate, crypto market is unpredictable, thats mean, your opinion  can be happend but also vice versa,,
so, if you confuse its better to split your money to litecoin and ethereum

I don't even imagine that will happen with XRP. The golden ERA for XRP has ended.
What you need to see how the performance of ripple was getting down. When whole of market has been increasing a lot and it's not happening with ripple. It's very sad to see but I would say that the ripple tech was a failed product.
Even if that was targeting the banks as their customer and R3 consortium has a better tech rather than ripple.
This coin is still in the legal battle with its investors whether XRP was a security coin or not.
You should avoid to deal with ripple and if you have a better choice and just choose it. it's too risky to put your money on ripple.

The current market is bullish for altcoins but the high volatility on BTC makes it hard to reach the ATH prices. The altcoins will be valuable if the market of top altcoins becomes flat or low volatile. LTC has gained a ~30% gain for the last few weeks, maybe it is the turn of XRP to invest in. You should make your own research and diversifying the altcoin portfolio is better than going all in a single altcoin. The diversified altcoin portfolio is better from all perspectives because the single altcoin will not be able to change the whole portfolio value.

XRP holders will say that it's XRP and Litecoin holders will say that it's ok to hold LTC. But if I'll choose, both are quite passive for the years and didn't moved a lot except XRP. IIRC, that was a long time already and now there's no motion that's been found on it.

I recommend you invest in ETH, this month is from eth!

Also, ETH 2.0 is coming and many better and new prices will be sold in your market.
Consider this suggestion Jerryv.

ETH 2.0 is upcoming.

Another good one is EOS, ADA, XLM, STELLAR and LINK.
