Is this considered defaulting on an auction? A final bid was made, and they haven't accepted payment nor delivered their promise.

You could say, well she never took the BTC so no, but its like if I bid 10 BTC on something on Bitmit, or the auction section of the forums, and I won, isn't that a contract that I have to buy said 10BTC item?

Totally, I offered her 0.2 BTC for not taking my religion and until now I have no option to stand to my part of the deal.

That calls for a scammer tag!

I would like to know the result of this, Otoh did you ever hear from Thunderbit or not?

Nope, as I posted earlier she quit the forums & as my course of self initiation would be way more rigorous than some forum ribbing then it seems she is not ready for that as yet & the universe moved her back to elementary pre-school where they also deal with issues like internets potty mouth & ego over sensitivity.

Well, if Thunderbit had put her soul in escrow in the first place we wouldn't be here right now.
.........is that supposed to be a joke?...
pfffffhhhhhhhhhhhhahaha ahh hha hha aahhah hh hh hhaaa ffffff hhhuhhhh ahhhhhhhh

Thunderbit got mad because someone questioned them while asking for a loan, and then left the forums before the auction ended.

I go for instant buyout at 21 million bitcoins.
They are yours already.

You must now accept the religion which is the one in which you already believed.
Enjoy!

yep, I believe that you are right strictly speaking, but to me it's more like someone asking about different flavors of baby food which while they can be nutritious you don't necessarily want to be feeding on these your whole life & I was offered her a 6 month course in hopefully learning how to grow, harvest, gather & hunt, prepare, cook, serve, share & enjoy much more interesting fare imo. Anyway seems she couldn't face the forum cynicism & trollery & has taken herself off in a huff - I just put Alister Crowley's 666 on my eBay watch list for her too after reading her last posts, all roads lead there - some are just more tortuous.

Thunderbit, your auction closed a day or two ago & I believe that I'm the high bidder, if you wish to go through with it then please post &/or PM me within 8 hours so that I can place a bid on the first book promised as an auction for that closes then, many thanks. I will need an address to send these to & an email address to coordinate would be useful as well.
Dude, Thats not a religion, You "bet" is automatically Void because your not betting on the right item.

You don't need a religion... Just be good to your fellow man and you're set Smiley

Yes, but the OP wants to make it profitable, too.
