This service, for the good will of my life, have been tested, for a good long six months, without any whatsoever banning or warning from AdSense.

Please I am starting to think that it's not even worth my time trying to sell a decent service here at all.

The rates for the clicks will be the same as mentioned in the op.
Getting all 5 clicks from USA is possible but it depends on whether your website DOES actually get many visits from US.

If you don't have visitors visiting from U.S, then I won't suggest you to get the clicks only from U.S.

that CPC list isn't really accurate but it can be referred as a reference. The CPC also depends on the keywords you provide.
For instance, I get clicks from Spain for my faucet & get $0.6 per click from Spain.
Thus, providing the right keywords for your website is important as well.

Yes you are correct. That's the exact reason why when you use this service, I will be asking for your website description & at least 3 keywords for your website. The clicks are not only geo-targeted but also keyword related.

This is blatant stealing. Any click to an ad is supposedly to bring a lead to the advertiser, and they are paying for those leads. For a heads up, sooner or later I'm pretty sure you'll get your Adsense account banned for this.

Secondly, I did not know that we could create so many adsense accounts? They only allow 1 per user and I am going to look into this right away if I was wrong.
